I really Love Bryan and the guys at Clone My Key! They are always there to accommodate me on a short notice. I always order a day or two before I need the key and it always arrives on time. I just ordered one that I needed next day and it came next day! The first time I used them, NO WHERE ELSE made the type of key I needed at the decent price except for them. I am so fortunate to have landed on their site. I am very impressed with the turn around time and professionalism from CloneMyKey. At every juncture, I was informed by their automated email from when the key has been recieved, to the processing stage, and ultimately to the end state and out for shipment. I must say, I ordered a pair of the plastic keyfobs with a bit of hesitation when I saw reviews about the thin plastic piece; however, I would say the small as well as thin form factor is attractive and durable. To the other posts regarding low quality piece of plastic, I find that very un-true and I say that with a degree in engineering with exposure to materials. This keycut definitely looks like it has been through many iterations with thought around the keyhole for long term durability. With any graphics, there will be wear and tear but I have confidence that this company will back its products if it was truly a stress crack or manufacturer's raw material defective. The fobs they sent back were very thin, tear-drop shaped plastic about 2 inches long (exactly as seen on the site) that are hopefully strong enough to survive normal wear-and-tear. Pretty simple process... Send in your current fob that works... they will copy it to another key fob or card or even a sticker. With in a day or so after receiving your original they send your original and the copy back. They currently offer free shipping and let you upgrade to a faster shipping at your expense if you want. They also use USPS (my favorite since they have access to my condos mailbox). If they can not clone your fob they will refund you minus the shipping. Not a bad deal at all. I just moved to a new apartment and was only given one key card to access the building. I was afraid that I would lose it or leave it inside of my apartment unit. The apartment property management company charges $100 for an extra key, if lost as well as if they need to come out to let you in to the building. I was so happy to find CMK to get additional key cards made. Bryan from CMK was nothing but supportive and helped guide me through the process. I was initially worried about sending my one key to the company via mail and not having any way to access my building during the time I didn't have my key card. Fortunately, a work trip came up that allowed me to send my key in, while I was away. I used the 1-day rush processing option so that I could be sure to have the keys upon my return. Everything would have worked fine, if it weren't for the United States Postal Service's sloppy courier services and tracking system. When my package came up missing, Bryan was extremely helpful by getting in contact with USPS to discover what happened and rushing me out a new key card the same day that I discovered that the card had not been delivered (as guaranteed by USPS). Recently, my fiance and I decided to move from NYC to Orlando. With technology being the way it is (creepily all-knowing), Facebook started showing me useful products that could help with our relocation. Most of the time, I gloss over these ads. Then, CloneMyKey.com came up. The name interested me, so I decided to watch the video. "Hmm. Good to know." I took the information and filed it away in the back of my mind. After moving into our apartment in Orlando, we were told that we were not allowed to get another key fob - we were only allowed 2. Now, these fobs given to us by our apartment complex are on key rings and have to be placed on a sensor, outside the car, to open the gate to our community. (Why would they make a fob a key chain, if it needs to be outside of the car to let you in?) I very quickly remembered CMK, introduced it to my fiance, and we decided to look into it. I decided to send in a picture of our key fob to get verification that it could be cloned. Very soon after sending that picture, I received a response explaining our fobs are generic and while they feel they could duplicate the key, I could send in pictures of the sensors for a more confident response. So I did that. Again, another quick response - explaining that this is a fob with a 98% success rate of cloning. What did we have to lose? If it didn't work, we could get our money back. We decided to order three - one for each car (for those pesky sensors - so as not to take it off of our key chains) and one for a guest set of keys. We overnighted our fob to the factory on Thursday. We received email confirmation that it was received on Friday afternoon, and not three hours later, we had an email confirmation that our order was already on its way back to us. I lived in a giant apartment building that would only give me 2 fobs to get in the only entrances, and even then charged me $50 per fob. One for me, one for husband, none for guests? Then I found CloneMyKey and made an extra copy for guests, and life was great. Until I got new fobs, and in sending in my new fob for lifetime reprogramming, I forgot to send in the old copy. Then I was traveling for work, and then I had the flu, and a million things happened in-between. So I spent quite a bit of time and money shipping two fobs back to them. Totally my bad. I just wish I could've added on a sticker key to my lifetime reprogramming request--instead of $10 as an add-on for an original order, I'd have to pay $30 for the sticker, even though they were already programming a fob. :/ read more

They're pretty great, and get your key duplicated quickly, and back to you right away. I got a copy last year, and wasn't sure how it was going to work out.
