Mike (goes by Dino) taught me about all of these things, whereas the previous vendor did not. He stopped by multiple times to make sure the door wasn't sticking and to make sure the system was working as designed. Do not go with any other vendor. Call these folks immediately. The system is quiet, and it works really well, and the service is excellent. It is normal to need adjustments, and when you do, service matters. The cost is reportedly in the middle for automatic doors. As per policy, a complete assessment of your current and future needs is free at Capitol Locks and on-site, so you should get a bid. Full Disclosure: my door did stick once since the last repair. I used the technique they taught me to give the wooden door play, and it hasn't acted up since.

However, they gave us a couple of recommendations, and we feel extremely fortunate that the Lock Doc was the first to get back to us. We were impressed and amazed at the skill, expertise and knowledge Bill had and shared with us. I was looking to make a couple of copies of a building access card; however, I called around and I…read moredidn't find anyone locally (in NYC no less) that was confident they could make a copy (no visible serial number on the card or places just didn't clone cards, only keys). After doing some research online, I download some apps like NFC Tools and NFC TagInfo but this was an RFID card. Eventually, I snapped a photo of the card, sent it to clone my key via email, and heard back within 1 business day that they could clone it via their mail in program. You get to select the form of the copy you get, and I selected a fob instead of a card. They processed the copy within a business day, so you could have your copy back relatively fast, even from across the country, depending on the speed of shipping you pay for.
