Mike (goes by Dino) taught me about all of these things, whereas the previous vendor did not. He stopped by multiple times to make sure the door wasn't sticking and to make sure the system was working as designed. Do not go with any other vendor. Call these folks immediately. The system is quiet, and it works really well, and the service is excellent. It is normal to need adjustments, and when you do, service matters. The cost is reportedly in the middle for automatic doors. As per policy, a complete assessment of your current and future needs is free at Capitol Locks and on-site, so you should get a bid. Now we can lock the door with one finger....no tugging or holding the door in anymore!
