He stopped by multiple times to make sure the door wasn't sticking and to make sure the system was working as designed. Do not go with any other vendor. Call these folks immediately. The system is quiet, and it works really well, and the service is excellent. It is normal to need adjustments, and when you do, service matters. The cost is reportedly in the middle for automatic doors. As per policy, a complete assessment of your current and future needs is free at Capitol Locks and on-site, so you should get a bid. However, they gave us a couple of recommendations, and we feel extremely fortunate that the Lock Doc was the first to get back to us. Bill came within 35 minutes to take a look at our problems and went right to work! Within an hour and a half, he had every lock working beautifully! We were impressed and amazed at the skill, expertise and knowledge Bill had and shared with us. In the end the big problem was the door strike plates all needed adjusting and no new locks were necessary! He was totally up front, honest and reasonably priced. Now we can lock the door with one finger....no tugging or holding the door in anymore! He made sure we understood that was how the lock is supposed to function, and if it doesn't to call him back right away so as to prevent further destruction of the lock.
