I was a bit startled by the cost, though. I wish the customer service folks had mentioned how much it would cost for the counter balance reset of the springs (an unexpected $150 added to my bill at the end - ouch - just to reset the springs we already have, no new springs included in the purchase cost). I don't know much about garage doors, but it seems to me that this should have obviously been included in a rough, verbal estimate over the phone and it wasn't. It nearly doubled the amount I was expecting to pay. So, just beware of this added cost. Looking at other company estimates to reset springs, this is definitely on the higher end of what I'm finding.
