Right before we were about to call another company, Schmitz calls us and says they can get the seal on our door, with an 11:30 appointment time. The team showed up again around 8 AM, swapped the seal quickly, and then left all their trash from the job. I'm not impressed. Yeah, we got our new seal, but it took a whole week for no reason, and the company can't keep their own schedule.
