We have 15 year old carpet that is pretty dirty. Dave was able to get to our home within two days of us calling him. He was on time and personable, and did an amazing job considering how dirty our carpet is. Great price, highly recommend. read more

CleanSense Carpet Care - Before and after CleanSense Carpet Care cleaned our carpet. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Encinitas, California

My last experience before this was with Mark's Dry Carpet Cleaning, which was such a disaster that I didn't call a carpet cleaner again for 4 years. My experience with CleanSense was night and day different! David did a great job. He showed up on time, paced out our place and gave us a price, told us all the limitations, then got right to work. He left the carpet looking brand new and even got out the spots he said might not come out. He charges by the square foot and he doesn't have coupons or discounts. There was no upsell either - he looked at the house, quoted us a price, and that's what it cost. And he was working hard, he definitely earned his fee. David was courteous, professional, quick, efficient, and extremely thorough. I'll be calling him again the next time my carpets need cleaning. Highly recommended! read more

Dave did a wonderful job on my carpets. He was referred by a friend and I cannot express what a thorough and professional job he did

Clean Sense carpet is definitely an expert carpet care & upholstery cleaning company. Dave is VERY professional, he is on time, his prices are very competitive and he doesn't quit until he's satisfied with his work and he's a perfectionist to boot! I like that he does all of the work himself. I had no problem with Dave working around our home unsupervised. I can not say that about any other cleaning company. I won't call anybody else...Clean Sense / Dave is the best. read more

We used Clean Sense to clean our carpets when we were vacating a rental. The prior renters had a small dog that had done quite a lot of damage to the carpets. David was able to remove many of the old stains. The carpets looked better than when we moved in! I wish I'd had David clean them earlier so i could have enjoyed them before we moved. David is great guy and does amazing work! read more

We've used David for years and have always been very happy with his work. He's on-time, does a GREAT job on our carpets and is a good guy too. I highly recommend his work. He doesn't suck you in with coupon discounts, or bait and switch marketing. His prices are fair and reasonable. Don't hesitate to hire Clean Sense. read more

I had David come out again because of the entertaining we did through the holidays. We had lots of foot traffic from children and adults with numerous accidents/spills. Called him on Friday and he was here by Monday. He showed up on time and once again worked his magic on the carpets, removing any trace of spilled wine and juice. You're unlikely to find someone who works as hard as David does to get your carpets clean. I highly recommend his services. read more

First time I've given a review but David really warranted it! I have bad carpet stains due to two boys and dogs, so David warned me that they may discolor from the treatment. Needless to say, it's been over a month and my carpets STILL look brand new! I've used several cleaners in the past and they don't compare. read more

David with CleanSense is VERY professional, punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We hired David to clean both of our Encinitas homes, and he did an amazing job both times despite the challenging carpet situations we presented. We will definitely use him again and recommend him highly. Thanks again, David! read more

This was the first time I've had my sofa and chair professionally cleaned, and I have to say I am very impressed with this business. David did a great job. After reading the reviews on Stanley Steemer and Sears, and not to mention getting quotes, I decided to go with Clean Sense since the reviews here were so good. He came to my place on time, checked out the parking/water hose situation (I live in an apartment complex), gave me a realistic sense of what to expect in terms of results, and after quoting me a very reasonable price, did an amazingly thorough job. You can tell that he took the time to get it really clean (and I know it was a challenge, I have two dogs that think they own the sofa). I appreciate that he didn't try to up-sell me and I feel like I got a great value and love my sofa again (it doesn't smell like dogs!) I would definitely go with them next time I need upholstery or carpet cleaning. read more

The best carpet cleaner we have had in 12 years. David takes his job very seriously and works extremely hard to do the best job possible. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. Nice job done on some difficult carpets to clean!

Clean Sense did a great job in cleaning our dirty, stained, neglected carpet. The work was fast, professional, inexpensive, and well done. They charged only $90 to clean 3 bedrooms and the carpets look brand new now! Thanks Clean Sense! Great job and makes me feel good to support a local small business. read more

I first met David about 20 yrs. ago while he was doing a commercial job for our company. When I saw how clean he could get a dirty office and furniture I knew I had to have him come to my home. I've been using him ever since for all my upholstery and carpets, he can get anything clean. He's fast and efficient but very thorough and very careful with your home and belongings. read more

We have been a customer of CleanSense for about 10 years. We have 3 dogs and Dave does an excellent job removing the stains and making the carpet look like new. Dave is very knowledgeable, straight forward, and does not use the practice of tacky upsells for stain removal and deodorizing. He just does an outstanding job for the price quoted. read more

Incredible job! Last year, another company allegedly cleaned my huge sectional, and they didn't get any of the stains out. But now, CLEAN SENSE got all of the stains out and my sectional looks better than new...my area rugs, too. On time, very professional, and I am very, very impressed. Highly recommend! read more

Dave does a phenomenal job. He has helped us maintain the 11 year old carpet in our basement family room as we don't want to invest in new carpet until the kiddo's and their gang of friends are out on their own. He always caution us that he will do the best he can with such old carpet, but every time he is done it looks brand new to us. Highly recommend. read more

I rarely write reviews on yelp but had to come on here to give credit where credit is due. David was professional, on time, and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. It really was a five star experience and extremely well done, something that you have to really appreciate in a service business as it isn't always the norm. I should say that I don't know David and only chose his business because of the solid reviews here on yelp... I'm glad I did. He told me up front about any considerations ($.25/foot with a $100 minimum, doesn't move furniture but is happy to clean around anything we want to leave in the rooms, things to expect, etc). He made good on every single thing he promised and even cleaned a large rug upstairs to make up for the extra square footage that would have been needed to reach the $100 minimum (basically 20'x20' room). He worked hard, was efficient, did some extra spot removal, brought all his own supplies/gear and did a great job. Only other thing worth mentioning as a courtesy for potential customers - the cleaning hoses connect to his van so he'll need to park close by (and preferably in a driveway so as not to run hoses over the sidewalk) and the equipment is loud...so don't do it too early in the morning or your neighbors may not be as happy as you are. Overall I couldn't be happier with the service and experience. Big thanks! I'd definitely recommend David to anyone in Encinitas and Carlsbad! read more
