Our experience started with an appointment that included a 30 minute arrival window, which is outstanding. Most companies give you a 4-8 hour arrival window. Becky showed up on schedule, and started with an assessment of our needs. Carpet stains were pre-treated, and Becky supervised entire cleaning process to ensure that the work was done thoroughly and quickly. Very professional, thorough, forthright and common sense, got all my stains out ( which previous carpet cleaners had been unable to do), less expensive than other companies for specialty items ( like stairs, runners, chair upholstery). So accommodating - able to work in my last minute request and on a weekend too ( which they normally don't work) - so appreciative! I see everyone else gave five stars, but I have to put in mine. The owner cleaned a lot of carpeting for me and I was really pleased it came out looking this good. (It's light carpeting and had 4 years of "basic dirt" on it.) I like having happy people work on my home, and she and her assistant were cheerful, on time and hard-working.
