Lionel and 2 other guys just left my home and my carpet looks amazing. I had a very strong smell of dog urine in several areas all around and a lot of crayola washable marker stains all over. I was warned beforehand over the phone and in person that my red and pink marker stains may not completely come out, but they look so much better. I'm not disgusted looking at all the marks everywhere. They pet treated and deodorized the entire 2nd floor of my home for the urine because we couldn't pinpoint the exact problem areas. They completely got out the urine smell. I wish I had found this company years ago. Feels so good to have a freshly cleaned carpet. Very very happy with the service and professionalism of these guys. I have been needing a complete cleaning for my carpet. Been putting it off for a minute and needed it deep deep deep cleaned. Talked to a couple of friends that used this company so I decided to do my own yelp research on them. They had high reviews and boy did they meet my expectations. Upon arrival I was surprised that they only sent one technician. The tech that arrived, Lionel, explained that they usually run 2 man crews but he was the a lead supervisor that been with the company for some time and was certified to to job on his own. Lionel got straight to work insuring me that he would do everything in his power to get my carpets looking it's best. After a couple hours of his sweat and hard work the finished product was absolutely amazing (from what it was that is). Got into town and desperately needed to clean the carpets before my sister arrived. Called Clean Carpet Rx on Monday and was able to get an appointment on Thursday, not always possible. They called the day before to confirm and again this morning to tell me they were on the way. They were ahead of schedule, which I was happy about. Justin and Lionel were so nice. I recently had Clean Carpet Rx send out their crew to clean several area rugs (wool, expensive; synthetic and not so expensive) and upholstered furniture. It happened that these "kids" (20 something) were at my home when we all received the false missile alarm. First, they had to move quite a bit of furniture to get to my rugs and they did this without complaint. As this was going on we received the false alarm. They were relatively calm during the event and I was happy to assist in calming them down the rest of the way. I've moved around Hawaii a couple of times and have used various carpet cleaning companies in the past. Of all those times, CCRX was the best. (I had a roommate that cleaned his rifle on a beige carpet and spilled black gun oil,... they got that, too!) So when my parents needed a BIG job taken care of, they were the only folks I bothered to call. It'd been three years since the gun oil house, but they still answered the phone using my name! They gave me a sweet returning customer discount, too! On the day of, the team called ahead several times to let me know when they would arrive. The company also has a neat feature now where you can track the team on a map for even better accuracy- so neat! Once the team arrived, Nick and (It's been a couple of months so I can't remember his partner's name-- sorry!) promptly got to work and pulled out ALL the stops to get our carpets cleaned. It had been years since they'd been professionally cleaned, so there was soap build up from precious shampoos, the notorious Leeward coast red dirt, general high-traffic staining, and three dogs worth of extra staining. They couldn't do anything about the discoloration our dogs had caused, but they sure got everything else taken care of! After they were done, our carpets were soft and plushy again-- no soiling, no odor. It was great! Our little dog even had an accident in the room she was sequestered in while the team was there-- and they gave us some stuff to help clean it up! (They offered to do it themselves, but our pup's not a fan of strangers, lol). Bottom line-- these guys get the job done right; even if their price isn't the lowest quote on your list, I assure you it's a fair value for the results they produce. This was a great investment of my money. Nick and Ollie just left after spending a couple hours cleaning my sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman that had been through almost seven years of our four kids. They have never looked better. Honestly it's like true day we bought them. I also saw the dirty water emptying from their machine.
