After 10 years I finally decided it was time to give it a good cleaning so tried to do it myself after watching videos but my arms just couldn't take it and I failed to get a lot of the stains out. I called M&M and the owner, Scott, asked me to send him photos of furniture and he sent me a quote same day. He was polite, professional and helpful. This past Wednesday Scott cleaned it beautifully with no mess no fuss and quickly! If my mom were alive she would be soooo happy! He also did an amazing job on the matching couch and loveseat. His quote was to the penny and I also asked for scotch guard to prevent future water stains. I am so happy with how each piece looks that I don't have to cover them when we have guests but more importantly I didn't need to spend money, time and energy to buy new furniture. His company and hard work are legit! When you watch them cleaning it's so amazing how much physical labor is put into it and they showed me the filthy black water from all the soot and dirt that they extracted. Yuck! We will be calling M&M again to clean my father's white furniture. Give them a call you will be happy with the results and how professional they are. He's a preferred vendor on a short list of cleaners from my property manager. Thank you Sandra! Believe it or not, Robert's been in the carpet cleaning business since 1980! His "steady" clientele includes military housing, realtors, businesses, and more. Yes, anyone is able to rent a rinky dinky carpet steam cleaner at the local store, but here's why Robert's business is so different from most carpet cleaners.....prior to the "shampoo" Robert has an additional machine that lifts dirt out of the carpet and scrubs it to make your carpet fluffy again! Then he uses a safe and pleasant smelling solution in the "rinse" process and for my dining area carpet, he carefully towel dried underneath all four edges. Seriously lives up to the company name, Clean and Beautiful! So if you need an expert carpet cleaner, who's easy to communicate with and does an amazing job, look no further (you won't find a company website either). Robert is one phone call away. Dozens of other property managers and realtors hire him too. As a matter of fact, Robert's lengthy experience is the reason folks call him to do "fix up" jobs when other carpet cleaners don't do a good job LOL Thank you Robert (and son) for the exquisite job you did on my area carpet.
