Once he was here I showed him a few other items that needed attention and he took care of all of it quickly and efficiently. He's a great guy, and very professional. James was working throughout my entire house and was very clean and tidy, putting down a towel to catch all the debris from working on the doors. James even took my door rugs outside to bang them out in the planter areas... classy. I ended up having him re-key 2 locks, and fix 2 exterior doors that weren't engaging properly, and he even handled a tricky exterior lock that a painter had not put back together properly. Ok, so it doesn't get any better than this. I have not dealt with a locksmith before, but my first experience set the benchmark for customer service. He saved my day/life. My alternator was incredibly bad and I couldn't drive my car home and my home was an hour away, and It wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. So after the Metro, the taxi, and my husband wasn't home. And wouldn't be home for a couple of days I found him. Which I am glad because either other lock smiths were closed and/or were about an hour or so away. He came in a fast timely manner, opened my door and I was so happy to be home.
