I had my nails done and a week later they started chipping. I have been getting dip for 5 years and never had this problem. They can last 3 weeks for me. I decided to go to Classy Nails and leave my reputable salon because it was closer to home. A second week came and more chipped and one nail has now broken because the dip is 1/2 chipped off. I called the owner Nik and he would not reimburse me or even fix them for no charge then he hung up on me. I was not rude to him I merely told him what happened and that I was no longer going to be coming there because of them not fixing my nails or doing them over. I do not recommend going there because this is not acceptable, bad business, and very unprofessional for an owner to do this. read more

I've been going to this salon for about 9 years. Never had an issue up until my last time being there. I called and made an appointment explaining ahead of time what I want to have done. I had Shellac acrylic nails on and I asked for them to be removed because I wanted to try dip. I was told that my nails " wouldn't be strong enough for dip and I wouldn't like it." Well that's interesting because I went to a different nail salon, explained the situation, and they said they've never not been able to do dip on someone... anyway, very disappointed and definitely won't be returning for business. read more

Steve is friendly but doesn't do a good job. New nails lasted 2 weeks and I don't do any thing to ruin them. I don't clean so no chemicals!! I've been getting my nails done for years and they always have lasted 3-4 weeks no problem. Their quality here lasts not even 1 week. Very poor quality work for a high quality staff. Picked 2 colors for gel.. simply black and a gold glitter for 1 finger.. had to tell the lady 3 times about the colors.. she didn't ask how I wanted my length, got an attitude when I told her I needed them shorter. 3 of my nails are uneven.. my thumb nail is a completely different shape. Even after telling her 3 times about the colors I wanted, she still tried doing it the wrong way.. I wanted more glitter coats, she got pissy, I gave up. If I could give this place a half of a star I would. After being greeted I was asked to pick a color and wash my hands. I arrived with one of my friends who's nails always looked good. So I went and tried out her place. The girl I had was very quite and a little aggressive with my hand. I had asked for a matte black shellac with a fill. She puts on my acrylic side ways with the brush and drilled my thumb so far down to the point where it was burning. I asked for square and I did not even get that my nails looked so chunky afterwards and my nail polish was wavy and the grooves you could see from her drilling. I was fuming I paid and left not asking for them to be redone because I didn't think it would get better. I go to my main salon Kia's nails where they PRACTICE social distancing and I was told she didn't put the right acrylic on my nails and more acrylic was uneven on all my nails . first time going here, very very fancy place and a little pricey but so worth it i usually spend about $55 for an acrylic full set but I spent 77 and it was well worth it my nails look great they're not super thick they're not really thin colors really nice and they actually took the time and did a good job on my nails it's was about an hour and a half which is pretty good for an acrylic full set definitely recommend coming here and I will be back! read more

Classy nails?? More like trashy nails!!! Had shellac done once and one failed the very next day. They did fix it, which was good. My sister had a pedicure and it's like they just forgot her heel. Well for starters I was over charged I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I wasn't informed of the price until the tips were already on my fingers I got a full set of coffin nails with regular polish for $40 that's outrageous I was told coffin cost more I don't have an issue paying for some thing if it's done correctly however my nails are thick within 24 hours one has fallen off and another one has chipped and 3 of my nails don't even reach to the edge of my own nail and my cuticles weren't pushed back or trimmed so they look sloppy and crooked to say I'm disappointed and dissatisfied is an understatement I only tried it because it was recommended by an existing client of theirs thought I would try since my regular nail tech (somewhere else) is on maturity leave read more

I was traveling and needed to get my nails done. I had an appointment to get dip applied to my nails. First off, the tops of all of the tables are covered in dirt and nail dust, which was disgusting. The lady that did my nails didn't seem to know what she was doing and ended up putting the wrong top coat on my nails and consequently, the tops of my nails flaked off within a week. She was going to leave residue on the sides of my nails until I asked her to remove it. One nail broke within 3 days and another within a week and a half. I paid $45 to get my nails done there and I would not recommend to anyone to go there! read more

Went to this salon for the first time today and will not be returning! My pedicure was completed in 20 minutes! Feet were wet but never soaked-no pumice stone or any exfoliation of the heels or bottom of feet-massage consisted of lotion being applied to legs-that's it-no massage of feet or legs. I went here because they had good reviews on Google and several people liked them on Facebook. BIG MISTAKE!! They did not have a good variety of colors - I expect my nail salon to have some hard-to-find classics. The girl who did my nails was nice, but appeared to be on an upper. She hacked the crap out of my cuticles, causing an intensely painful situation on my big toe that took weeks to heal. Horror of horrors, I couldn't wear high heels for 3 weeks after going to Classy Nails because of the pain. I am better now, thank Baby Jesus. read more

I love this place. I have been there a few times now, all walk ins, and every experience has been good. I went there once last summer to get a gel manicure and I have been back since.
