I Spent $95 9 days ago. 4 of my nails cracked within a week. I assumed, of course, that they would repair them for free so I went and had fills as well and they charged me $20 to repair my nails on top of the fills. Because I have been a customer for a couple years now I thought they would at least wave the repair fee for the Nails since it was less than 10 days that I had been in there. Not only was she rude telling me that she wouldn't afford me, the grace of waving the fee of the cracked nails, she spoke to me as if I was out of line for asking. Terrible customer service. My daughter does not speak up for herself. So I tried talking to I'm assuming the owner. Her tips were supposed to be silver sparkles. She started doing it in gold. My daughter actually said something so they just did a gold and silver mix. Not what she wanted. The base was supposed to be a nude color and it was pink. Then there was hair in two of her nails. The owner kept yelling at me. I'm like we just spent over $300 for nails and pedicures. Worse treatment in a nail salon that i have ever experienced!!! I made an appointment and as i pulled into the parking lot I received this text!! Look for yourself!! My 1st time there my friend Autumn scheduled my appointment!! I knew i needed an appointment so i called and they said sure come on in at 11am..... 1st time there wonderful..the nails were not the best.... Alot of gel left under the nail... the shellac was very thick....the nail shapes are not straight.... No big deal.... The construction going on was unbeatable... super loud.... No big deal..... I recently moved to the area and I'm looking for a good reputable nail salon. Classy Nails Salon is the worst yet most expensive salon I have ever been to. I'm not sure the technician knew how to do a manicure. He cut my cuticles and they bled, He didn't clean or use any antiseptic to clean my bleeding cuticles he just painted my nails. I had my so called manicure Thursday by Saturday night the shellac polish was lifting from my nail beds. In essence I paid $46.00 before the tip for bleeding cuticles, uneven nails, and nail polish that lifted and peeled off in two days. read more

TONS OF BAD REVIEWS CHECK THEIR FACEBOOK!!!!!!!!!! We were here today with a bridal party. There were 13 of us getting mani pedis. The experience was BAD from the beginning. When I walked in I used the bathroom right away when I got out a man greeted me and asked what kind of polish I wanted. I said I think regular and he gave me a snotty look and rolled his eyes and told me "that will only last two days". As I was looking at colors the woman who was doing my nails came over and aggressively said pedicure I'm ready and motioned to a chair. I said I was still picking a polish she rolled her eyes, aggressively came over to the place I was standing grabbed a bunch of color samples and said sit and walked away. She was rude the entire time after that! I sat and put my feet in the water and it was HOT! When she came back I asked her to please cool the water off and she rolled her eyes at me. I had to tell her multiple times it was hot before she would add any cold water. She rolled her eyes at me atleast 4 times. When she proceeded to do my manicure she didn't even ask if I wanted my nails clipped she just started filing. When I asked her to shorten then she rolled her eyes again and clipped them. After clipping them she did a VERY quick file and left the edges sharp. I had to ask her to relie them. She rolled her eyes gain. My daughter got a set of acrylics and they charged her $80! They put $35+ on their price list. They charged an additional $15 to shorten and shape the acrylics and an additional $30 for French manicure that was shellac EVEN THOUGH she did not ask for shellac. When I questioned the price the nail tech got very defensive and was rude and said "I don't do a regular French manicure I only do shellac" except it's NOT listed on their price list that way. Not to mention he was VERY rough and kept stepping on my daughters freshly painted toes. Another person in our party got a pedicure and they charged her $75! She got tips on ONE TOE and they charged her $35. The pedi is supposed to be $25 individually and $20 with a mani but they charged everyone $25. This place is absolutely terrible. I came in the salon for a fill with an almond shape, I asked the lady to keep the same shape and she completely filed them down to a square round shape which is not what I asked for. I told her 2 times that the shape isn't the way they were when I came in so she offered to have someone else try to get the shape right and I said sure. The lady (I'm pretty sure her name was Emily) came over to me and started screaming at me telling me to pick up the file and do them myself if I'm so unhappy with them. She continued to throw her clipboard around and storm over to the door where she told me in front of the whole salon that no one there likes doing my nails and that I'm never happy with them and to leave the salon and never come back. Whoever gets dip beware! Chipped in one week! Did not set the dip with dip clearcoat, sealed my dip with just regular clear coat no UV or anything. Also, got a very deep red color and they only did two coats, you could still see through the color and see my nail... asked them to do one more coat they refused... on top of all that I left and the clear coat turned white... Went for several months. First time was pretty good. Always busy, best to have appointment. They're priced high. gel nails I had done were rushed. Sloppy application left my cuticles dry, I peeled gel off for weeks. Cuticles sore, itchy and bleeding because Nick is rough. He uses his finger nails to pick away your skin from the gel. He files rough. Shaping is mediocre at best. I also don't believe he applied a clear coat over my color last time. I had file dust all over my cuticles and he was done. No clean up, no cuticle oil. My mom and I went to Classy Nails for shellac manicures. It was extremely dirty but my technician did a nice job and gave me exactly what I asked for. My moms on the other hand was a different story. Her technician painted her nails like a toddler, left paint everywhere and the manicure was splotchy. When we went to leave my mom showed the woman in charge who offered for her to come back another day to have them fixed. My mom shows up this morning for her new appointment and the technician starts scraping her nails causing physical pain. My mom asked if they could soak them off instead of scrap and they advised they don't do soak off. My mom then asked if they would just fix the one nail they had attempted to fix and requested a refund. A ride man then approached her and said "we don't offer refunds, and you are going to look like an idiot when I call the police." My mom did not want to cause a scene with the a room full of people but we will be calling the CDC and Better Business Bureau. I met a friend at Classy Nails whom needed a mani-pedi, which I referred her to go there for her services. My friend arrived before me and had begun her pedicure. When I walked in, the man at the counter was on the phone and never made eye contact, so I thought to myself he was on a very important call and being polite I went to say Hello to my friend while waiting to order my manicure. The man never acknowledged me and as I watched the counter all of a sudden he was no longer there l, so I walked up and waited. Finally a woman shouted out "Can we help you"? I said I'd like a manicure please and she said ok, gel? I said no, natural nails. She said, go pick a color and pointed to the rear of the salon. They had a brand of polish I didn't recognize, so I finally found an OPI shade that could work. Again, no one acknowledged me, so I went to the other side of the salon to stay with my friend thinking her nail tech would probably do my manicure so we could visit together. My friends nail tech motioned me to sit next to my friend at the manicure table, so I did. All of a sudden a man came to me and said "Go...., sit at station #2, which was on the opposite side of the salon, which split up my friend and I. So I did. The man took his time and finally sat across from me, he started on my one hand while telling me to soak the other. The water was ice cold with no hand soak in it. Next, the man worked on my other hand and did a slight massage on each hand, then told me to wash my hands at the sink to remove the lotion. Upon returning to my chair he said "Why don't you get the gel"? I said, I'd prefer the OPI, he said "It won't last more than a day or two". So I said "I'm going out of town and not sure I want to get locked into a color and also, I've never had gel so I didn't want to have try it at this time. He wasn't happy. So I said "Just Polish with a clear polish, and I'll pay, how much do I owe"? He charged me $25.00 when other salons,polish with a base-coat, color 2x, and a top coat! Sadly, the manicure was not good, my cuticles are peeling and the feeble attempt of a clear one coat peeled off by day two. I won't be back. If you go there make sure you ask what you will get for your service and how much is it before you start. They seem to name their price as they go. Tonight I make the mistake of going into this dirty, loud rude nail place ironically names "classy" nails. Absolutely the worst dip manicure I have ever had. It was also more expensive then most places. A young girl did my nail. She was very unfriendly. She left all my nails ruff on the tips, super bumpy and thick. She had to stop at least 3 times because she couldn't find any of her tools. Continued to borrow others without cleaning then before. I have never had a worse experience. Well, I don't really complain about anything but I am completely heated. I went for a pedicure and dipped nails. First time getting dipped nails and I asked for an ombré from white to pink. The girl spent 2 hours on my nails and when she was done she said that she didn't like it and wanted to redo it. I didn't like it either but I didn't have time to get them redone. So she put a dark color shellac on top and still charged me for the dipped nails which is about triple the price. I got home and was like that's not right... I called to talk to the manager and he replied she still did the dipped nails and needs to be paid for her work (even though she covered it up)... he then said if I wasn't happy to find another place and not come back AND HUNG UP ON ME. Mind you I have been going there for over 20 years and have never complained. I have never felt so scammed and pissed off in my life. I do NOT recommend people that treat their loyal customers like this. I recommend going to another establishment. read more

Classy nails has THEE most skilled nail artists with English speaking personality and understanding. You May pay a few dollars more, but, the quality in service is what you pay for and it's worth it. Especially if you can go 2 weeks with no lifting or fungus, no burning from the drill and good conversation. Do not get dip powder manicure here! They don't follow the correct method to apply it and out shellac over the top of it then your hands STILL have to go under the UV lights which is not good for your hands! Who wants to cause wrinkles and age spots on their hands!? When I asked nicely why they do that they were defensive and said shellac is a better top coat. Then why do it chip after 6 days? The salon I go to now follows the correct way to apply dip and it lasts 3-4 weeks. They said the ones that put shellac over just do that because it's faster and cheaper. read more

They always have walk-in availability, which is super convenient with my job. Everyone there is so pleasant. The pedicure chairs are amazing. My shellac manicure would last me 4 weeks if my nails didn't grow so fast. But they always last me 3 weeks and never chip or peel. They're always done to perfection. I was finally able to get ahold of the owner, "Nick" who said he would fix it, but wanted me to delete my two star review first. I refused but he still "fixed" my thumbnail which didn't even match any of the other nails that had been previously done. My cuticles became infected despite me being careful causing even more pain. As soon as I messaged him that I would like my money back (Just for the dip powder application which was $50, not for the other $25 I had spent trying to care for a faulty manicure) he blocked me. I decided to go to Classy Nails and leave my reputable salon because it was closer to home. A second week came and more chipped and one nail has now broken because the dip is 1/2 chipped off. I called the owner Nik and he would not reimburse me or even fix them for no charge then he hung up on me.
