OBSESSED with my nails done by Classy Nails. Highly recommend this nail place if you are in the Tucson area. The people are so kind and will give you exactly what you ask for and for a good price. I am picky about my acrylic nails and to finally have a place that does them correct and to where they look perfect makes a girl so happy. They have TONS of nail colors as well. Definitely going to be rocking these for the next few weeks until I go back and have them give me a fresh new beautiful set. read more

Quan is the best nail tech ever. I walked in at 630pm with my friend and they stayed open late just to accommodate us. Hands down the best service in town. read more

I went to get a full set had to wait almost an hour after my appointment time a homeless man was asking me for money inside the salon. the guy who did my nails was really nice but he rushed didn't glue them right todays Wednesday I got my nails done sunday they are already lifting I'm not happy and won't return I really wish I could get a refund I wouldn't recommend them at all! read more

I've been here twice now, and the experience has been consistent. The pedicures here are fine, nothing to rave about. They kind of go through the motions. Mine chipped a little bit, but it might have been because I've been staying pretty active recently. They do a pretty good job with acrylic nails, though. This place is a little pricier than other salons in Tucson, but it's justified considering their interior and atmosphere. My only "complaint" is that they aren't very clear about any up charges that's added on during the service, which I found out only as I was handed the bill. I'll be sure to ask if things cost extra next time. P.S bring cash for tips! read more

I went into classy nails for the first time friday and the blonde receptionist was so helpful! She was so polite and sweet! Rachel did my ombre nails and they look amazing. Had to wait an extra 15 min but it was so worth it! read more

I got a full set of acrylics the other day and wasn't satisfied with them. I came back here today to get them fixed and Quan fixed them for free and did an amazing job!! This is the only place I will get my nails done because they have the best customer service and reasonable prices. Go in and ask for Quan! read more

I am so impressed! full set and a pedi in an hour. There wasn't a long wait either and the did a fabulous job. If you are looking for quick amazing service this is the place to go. Also does a student discount. Le is the best. read more

I always get shellac along with a manicure and pedicure. They are efficient and really care about their customers. Their shellac last for more than one week and not too pricey. They are better than other places I have been too. read more

Have gone here multiple times, and am always satisfied! 4 stars instead of 5 because they cut a huge corner off my toenail during a pedicure, then the lady told me to make sure and cut them straight...?!? And there is one lady who is terrible at manicures... super rushed and rough. She sits on the end aisle, 2 or 3 rows back. read more

My mom and I went in to get gel manicures and by the next day the gel was already peeling off. When I called they said they would do them again. This time the guy made every single one of my fingers bleed. They have been in constant pain since. I will not be returning ever again read more

I love this nail salon. It is by far my favorite. My nails always come out exactly the way I want it. They have a great color selection and are always quick so I don't have to worry about spending 2 hours getting my nails done. This continues to be my favorite nail salon read more

If I could give a zero rating I would! The worst pedicure I have ever had. Had a 4pm appointment with my daughter...thought we would try some place new. They started on her right away and didn't get started on me until 20 min after. The tech was so rude. Rushed thru. Talked under her breath to the other tech. Nicked 3 of my toes with her drill so they were bleeding on the joints. Never said a word. I asked for gel. I got regular polish. She didn't clean up the excess polish so there is polish all around the nail on the cuticle. She put the flip flops on right away and rubbed against my right foot with her pants... swiped the polish off two toes. Then said "be careful"... handed my daughter the bill and my shoes and took off! My daughter had already received her bill from her tech. It was ridiculous! Such a waste of time and $31.00. Very rude. The worst pedicure I have ever had!! read more

Classy Nails By Le - Two toes messed up by the tech putting flip flops on too quick.Polish all over cuticles not cleaned up. This foot has two toes with nicks. - Nail Salons Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Got a pedicure at this place and it lasted about 10 mins and one of the toes chipped the next day. Was expecting more of a massage for the money I was spending. Also, I got a dip powder manicure and it completed chipped within 3 days. It was incredibly thin and the gel top coat peeled off within a day. I won't be coming back to this salon read more

I really love the tech who's been doing my nails for several months here but the manager is AWFUL at scheduling. I left work early to have a couple nails repaired based on the appointment given to me by this manager. Well, i was on time, got the 2 nails wrapped that need to be fixed and....I've been sitting and waiting for 50 min with foil on my thumbs. read more

This is THE BEST nail salon in Tucson, and I have lived in Tucson my whole life, so I've been to a lot of nail salons here. 1. Comparable in price to any other place you will go to for any service. 2. SO MANY COLORS to choose from (regular, gel, and dipping powder)! I don't care where you go, Classy Nails has the most vast dipping powder color selection I've seen, with over 120 colors. 3. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes without an appointment. If I do have an appointment, I walk right in. ALWAYS. 4. When I used to go to other salons before Classy Nails, I noticed I would become loyal to one technician that worked there. If that technician was out of town or moved away, I would have to start from scratch finding a new salon. The crazy thing about Classy Nails is that every single technician does an amazing job!! I have never had to request a certain person; I have been so so happy with every single person that works there. 5. Le, the owner, always greats you with a smile. His salon is a well-oiled machine, with constant business, smiling faces, and I always leave feeling so relaxed. 6. There is an ATM (for when I forget to bring cash for a tip) and it's only a $0.75 fee!!! Just save yourself the time and go to Classy Nails by Le! read more

I tried this place for the first time today. I got a regular pedicure. The guy said it would be 5 extra to do callus remover. I was super happy with everything including the price at the end. I was worried that itd be the place that keeps charging extra for every little thing. That 5 dollars was it plus regular cost. He spent a lot of time on me. The whole place was clean. Lots of people working so no wait when I went. They seem very organized and well run. I will be going back for my next pedicure, for sure. read more

Very pretty space, and the gals made us such pretty nails!! Excellent color selection, my mom and I each got pedis which felt luxurious even though they were the standard option. I told all my TUCSON friends about them- just wish we had a branch here in Boston! read more

My first visit was good I thought. I was told to get gel polish because it is the same price as regular polish. When I came back I was expecting to get the same great service for my folks. Even brought my mother. I had to fight about the shape of my nails I want. I had ombre pushed on me instead of French tip. My mother had to fight about how her nails were done. Then we get to the checkout. $33 for fills.....per person. Are youkidding?!? They had charged me the higher price for the full set before and didn't even give the option for regular polish and now $33 for fills??? The service was bad. They want to do what they want not what you want....deceitful I wouldn't have gotten gel polish....don't need it. Change color so often anyway. And WAY over priced. read more

I've come here for 3 years for all of my acrylics and pedicures. They have been nothing but amazing and i get tons of compliments every time. Le, the owner, has been nothing but accommodating and kind. i recommend this place to everyone read more

I call for a certain nail tech, to make an appointment with them. And whoever I speak to rudely says "they are on vacation". But for some reason I do not believe that. I have been a regular at this nail salon for over two years. To be spoken to that way for asking a simple question is not okay. My mom and I will be going elsewhere for my nail services. read more

I have been going to this salon for many years. I'm not an all-the-time kind of nail person - more like a feeling-spiffy-need-a-treat girl. Imagine my surprise when I walked into a beautifully remodeled, nearly doubled space with all the amenities of a much fancier place without the cost of those places. I love the massaging chairs, the friendly techs and especially Le, the owner. At $35 for a mani and pedi, this is the best deal in town! I also love that I can call for an appointment or just walk in. No hassle. The quality is always consistent and the experience just keeps getting better! Check out the coupons on their website for an even better deal. read more

Never been to this place before so a friend and I tried it out. At first mr. Lee was okay but once my friend sat with him he was just rude the whole time to her telling her what she wanted not the other way around. I guy I had was nice not very talkative but that was okay. But after we paid and tipped my friend tried to give mr. Lee his tip he wouldn't even take it from her to told her to leave it no "thanks for coming" or anything we left and both noticed bubbles in our acrylics. I won't go again because of how my friend was treated let alone the bubble issue. read more

I LOVE this nail salon. Not only are the prices good but the staff is very professional and pay attention to what kind of look you're going for. I went in to have my nails done by Le today and he did a fantastic job (as always) giving me exactly what I wanted. This time around I was hoping for a natural, clean look with a little sparkle and shine and I got it no problem! The environment is clean and tranquil with soft music playing in the background and a water fixture right when you walk in the door. All of the tools used are new for each customer and the staff is adamant in asking the customers if they like what is being done THROUGHOUT the process rather than just at the end. I highly recommend this nail salon! read more

This is an excellent place to get a manicure or pedicure. I've even gotten my eyebrows waxed here and I am always leaving satisfied and happy. They have great customer service and I recommend this place to everyone. The prices are fair and they offer paraffin which is a must have. read more

Even on a very busy day like Friday afternoon the wait is never long even within an appointment. They always have plenty of staff and plenty of manicure and pedicure stations. It's very clean inside and all the staff is so friendly. read more

I've only been here twice but I can honestly say that I am a fan. The nail salon is very clean and has a very peaceful environment. Both times, I have been greeted with a smile and have felt very comfortable there. I have been to quite a few nail places and this place seems to be a keeper. I love the fact that I am able to call and make an appointment with a specific nail technician. The other place that I frequented for years did not allow that and my experiences were hit and miss. The pedicures are awesome. They are very relaxing and I don't feel like I am being rushed and I'm able to sit back and catch up on reading my email or just be in the moment. By the time I am done, my tootsies are softer, prettier and feel great from the foot massage. What I love most is the acrylic nails though... I have been able to have pretty, perfectly polished nails for 2-3 weeks with NO issues. They have made it through household chores, chasing kids, and working full time with no chips or breaks. Rachel is quick, yet meticulous and her nail art has been great so far. The prices here are better than the other places and my nails have never looked better. I love this place! read more

Reasonable prices, below average wait times, good color selection. Would return in the future for sure! Can't think of anything negative

tried this place as a walk-in for a pedicure. signed in & they got me in quickly & got my water started...took a few minutes for tech to arrive & she barely said hello. no biggie, i'm there to relax, not chat. loved the massage chair & nice service, but was never offered any upgrades...& there was large sign 4 ft. away advertising pedi specials & upgrades. yeah, i could've asked, but i shouldn't have to. all in all, good deal for the cost ($26). read more

This has been my go to nail salon for several years now. I hadn't come in a couple months and just came back for a full set. I asked for a coffin shape and my nail technician rushed through the entire full set. Not only do my nails look like they were rushed, they're also not all coffin shaped. I'm used to keeping quiet if my nail tech does not want to talk but this woman spoke very few words to me. The environment felt really hostile tonight and I didn't even feel comfortable voicing that I was hoping for a true coffin shape set. The service was also horrible tonight. I came in at 6 PM and acknowledged that they closed at 7 PM. I would've rather been turned away then have endured the customer service I did tonight. My nail tech must've really wanted to leave because she was very unfriendly and rushed. I feel really disappointed that tonight went the way it did because I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Best nail salon in all of Tucson great service kind and courteous people I love my nail tech Mary and I'll be going back regularly

Great prices for great services! If you do a walk in expect a 30 min wait time for weekends. I'll be back for sure!

First time here. Great selection of colors and services. Everyone is nice. Jackie did a wonderful job on my nails. Will definitely be back.

Classy nails by le was an awesome experience. Quan was our nail tech and he did my nails

This used to be an okay place but with the popularity of UA students, the owner and now his staff have an attitude. I have sensitive skin and was asking a few questions and the manicurist got defensive. I was cut as he was rough and when I asked why it was more than quoted, the owner got defensive too. Last time for me here!! Who pays their salaries anyway?? read more

This is my second time coming to this nail salon and I love it. I always try to see Kevin. He's super nice and great at attention to detail. My husband and I have been going to this salon for over 3 years. It is clean and we typically have a very small wait, if any. Most of the technicians are pleasant and do and excellent job with mani/pedi. Today, however, I had a horrible experience with a technician. He was rude and the pedicure was downright painful. I was so upset when I left I felt compelled to write this review. Normally, I only leave positive comments, but this needs to be said. Beware of the rude technicians, otherwise, this is a solid establishment. read more
