They did a fantastic job. Very inexpensive and always very kind and good at customer service. I only had to pay 28 dollars for a removal and full set and I have to say I will always go back there for my nail and salon needs! read more

Classy Nails By Le - They did a fantastic job and it was incredibly cheap. I only had to pay 28 dollars for removal and a full set! - Nail Salons Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

I literally made a yelp account just to write this review. I tried to call and make an appointment and was treated so poorly. Immediately I was asked to hold, I could hear another customer in the background complaining about their service. The guy on the phone was then yelling at me when I was trying to make an appointment for my friends and I to come in. Terrible customer service. Told them I would take my business elsewhere. read more

Love this place! Ask for Quan. He is awesome and so is all of the other staff!

it pains me to give them such a bad review because i think the nail techs are all so talented but their system is ridiculous. they overbook appointments and take walk-ins that they cannot meet the needs of. i made an appointment over a week ago but still had to wait 45+ min before i was even seated. they do a great job with the nails and we every talented but i simply cannot keep wasting time here. if you make an appointment for 3pm you should not have to wait until 3:50 to even start. read more

Classy Nails (I know, the name is silly) churns out one of the best mani pedis in town. Despite the hellish construction situation on Campbell and Ft. Lowell that seems to be dragging on endlessly and has driven some neighboring businesses into the ground, Le and crew are busy yet amazingly efficient. Pink and ones are absolutely perfect, and the price menu is clearly posted and reasonable. Le did my nails himself, and he is a quick perfectionist. Length, color, sheen, all top notch. CN is clean and the entire staff is professional and friendly. It's worth the traffic hassle and then some. read more

I didn't get the manicure I wanted at all, despite explaining several times. Communication is a problem. If I would go back again, which I won't , I would bring a picture. Management seems to be going around , hurrying the people to work faster. Nice nails, but $$$ and not what I requested. read more

I have never been treated with such disrespect at any business in my life. My friend and I had appointments and were about 5 minutes late. When we got there, Le, the owner, had already given our spots to someone else. He was openly very frustrated that we were late. We didn't mind waiting a little while, so we went to pick out colors and he was being extremely rude and angry towards us. We ended up just walking out because I couldn't stand to be in there for one more second. I will never come back here, and would recommend that anyone stay far away from this place and it's angry, rude owner. read more

When I went in everyone was very nice and the ambiance was relaxing. I specifically came here because they offered SNS. My SNS was great, for less than a week. It has already come completely off of all my nails. I have had SNS before, and it has lasted over 3 weeks! Don't know what happened this time... read more

Hands down the best nail salon in Tucson. This nail salon has such a relaxing atmosphere as well as always give an amazing experience. I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience, I usually get gel manicures, fills, pedicures, eye brow waxes. You name it, they do it, and do an amazing job. Thank you, Le!! read more

Small, cramped, strong smell, impersonal service, had an appointment but still had to sit in the pedicure massage chair for 20 minutes before anyone started working on me. Selection of nail polishes falls short. I got the mani/pedi for 30. It left my hands and feet feeling dry. I will never go back. read more

My go to spot for nails!!! Roommates and fellow classmates had been saying they go to Classy so I decided to try it out. All times have been good and each time is minimal wait. The place can get busy but that's because there's about 15 manicure chairs and just as many pedi ones. So even if you do have to wait they offer coffee and snacks which is nice. Every time I ask for something specific they always deliver and respect whatever you want to get. Lots of variety and colors. Great discounts for students and first timers too!! read more

First, the woman who worked on my nails and my pedi did a great job. She was friendly and personable. She alone deserves 10 stars. However, it is the management that I have a serious problem with. First, when I called to simply to ask what a "classy pedicure" is the guy said "it's a regular pedicure. Haven't you ever had a pedicure before?" YES, I have had a pedicure before. I just wanted to know what their version of a "classy" pedicure was since I had never been there. He was rude. I went anyway because it was close to my house. Again, the woman did a GREAT job. But here's the rub: you can't leave a tip on a card. NOWHERE on the website does it indicate to bring cash for the tip. When I tried to leave a tip, the cashier pointed to a sign on the counter that indicates they don't take tips on a card. She told me to go to the Walgreens across the street. I walked over there, I had to cross Campbell in my flimsy little pedicure sandals (LAME!!) and their ATM was broken. I walked back, and I was furious because they just said "oh well, she doesn't get a tip". I would NEVER not tip. I felt horrible! Not a relaxing trip at all. I told them they need to put ON THEIR SITE that people need to bring cask for a tip. Those women work HARD for those tips, it is the bulk of their income. And management doesn't want to pay a fee to process tips? I would gladly pay that convenience fee to be able to just put a tip on my card. I told them I think it is unfair to their workers. Then, to make matters worse, the only guy there said "Oh, yeah, we asked the workers and they said it was OK." So, all these hard working mostly immigrant women were like "Oh, yes, please make it as difficult as possible and sometimes IMPOSSIBLE for people to tip us all because you don't want to pay a minor convenience fee. Yes, boss, that's great." Corporate greed vs. workers rights. The ONLY reason I will ever come back here is to give Winnie her tip (in cash) and that's it. No thanks. Management was rude on the phone, and mistreats their workers....and then tells us "it's ok." read more

Classy Nails by Le is my go-to for manicures and pedicures. Their seasonal pedicure specials are to die for! I am obsessed with fall and they just announced their pumpkin style luxury pedicure and I am dying to go. Le is amazing when it comes to acrylic nails. He always gets the shape just perfect every time. The salon is beautiful and very clean. I would definitely recommend Classy Nails for anyone in need of some pampering. read more

Very nice place! Quan is very nice and good along with the whole staff! In and out quickly and had great customer service with treats, coffee, and water. Very affordable, will be going here constantly! read more

I've been coming here for nearly 2 years now, and I've always had a great service - except for the two times I saw the nail tech Cindy. I had her in December for fills and gel polish, and the fills were so bad that SEVEN of them broke in less than 2 weeks. I went in once I was back in town from holiday travel and management was more than happy to take care of me. I saw a great tech but not sure of his name. I went in today and again saw Cindy - I was hesitant but didn't want to make a fuss and I thought it was entirely possible that she just had an off day in December and today would be different. It definitely was not. The acrylic itself is completely uneven, my nail shapes are uneven and the polish is uneven and she even missed getting polish on the sides of the nails. I still plan to come back in but I definitely won't be seeing this tech again. read more

I go here semi-regularly and there are definitely pros and cons to this place. On one hand, I have a lady I always ask for who does a super job. She spends lots of time massaging my feet/legs when i get a pedicure and it a sweet lady overall. The thing about this place is that they get very busy, so even with an appointment you might end up waiting. In my opinion, however, if you're getting a mani/pedi you should be going to relax in the first place and not worry a ton about the time. read more

I got a full set and the man spent extra time to make the shape perfect. The place was packed, but I definitely wasn't rushed to get to the next customer. I'll be coming to you guys during the school year. read more

I came in here yesterday for a pedicure and it was a nightmare. The guy who did my gel pedi (I think his name is Teo) was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable instead of relaxed. I only came here because my friend raves about this place. The guy who did her toes, Phil, seemed so sweet and took his time doing my friends pedi. The whole time I wanted to switch nail techs because mine was just in such a bad mood and taking it out on my feet. This is the first pedicure I've gotten since I underwent chemotherapy the last 6 months so I was pretty excited only to be super disappointed. I regret spending my money here, I should've just gone to my usual spot. read more

Sub par service today. I was sitting in the chair for about an hour because they were too busy and they forgot about me. Then one of the associates noticed and told the manager that I was waiting. Then because they were so busy I got a terribly done French gel manicure. It was just rushed and overall not a good job. Now I have to cut my nails to make the French manicure not look so terrible so definitely upset about spending $30 for a bad manicure! read more

The first pedicure was great. My second visit was mediocre, my third visit today was horrible. My feet look and feel worse than before I went in. The tech cut my toe when trimming my nails, it bled, she said nothing. Then she filed over top it causing it to bleed again. Said nothing. Barely touched my callus'. The massage was weak and my nail polish is lumpy and all over my cuticles. The other positive reviews you'll find here highlight specific techs. This salon is fine if you get the right person. Not sure I'm willing to gamble on another visit. read more

Classy Nails by Le has always been my #1 choice of salon but today I was very disappointed with my experience. I patiently waited to get assisted for a pedicure and the front desk lady sat me and for about 15 minutes and I was still not helped, sitting in the water feeling it get cold. I had to walk out because i kept seeing other employees help other people get a pedicure while I was sitting there way before them without being helped. read more

Best salon in Tucson. Came across this place by chance, just needed a middle spot for my friends and I. I called at noon to ask for a reservation that day at 4, they were able to fit the 3 of us. As soon as we walked in we were sat all together, we waited for a few minutes for the nail artist but the spa chairs we on so we didn't mind the wait. It was clean, big and very positive. Would definitely recommend more phone courtesy but it was made up for with everything else. read more

I have been coming here for years and have always loved it! I have never had a bad experience and am always so impressed by how good my nails look. Everyone who works here is friendly and kind and do a great job. They have lots of pedicure chairs so there is rarely a wait too! I have tried different nail places, but I always end up coming back to classy nails because there is nobody in Tucson who even compares! read more

I have NEVER had an even remotely unpleasant experience here! Classy Nails is the best and ONLY place I go to get my mani/pedis! (Have not gone anywhere else in 3 years!!!) Every technician is so talented, efficient, and kind! I have never had a bad experience at this nail salon and highly recommend it for anyone in the Tucson area! I went here with my bridesmaids, mother of the groom, mom and sister and this salon was amazing! They were so accommodating with our large bridal party and extremely nice. The service was professional and relaxing. Most of us got manicures and pedicures, both of which were beautiful and really added to our pre-wedding experience. Though most of us are from out-of-town, this is a salon I will visit whenever I am back in Tucson! read more

I have been coming here consistently for over a year now, to be a regular somewhere, you'd assume you receive great service and people know what you want.. all I wanted was to relax, get in and get out. However, as I sat down to get a Pedi, I noticed it was a new employee.. I'm thinking ok? Maybe she's good? No. Not only was she inexperienced, she didn't even know how to properly use a nail drill and I had Gel on my toes. After the third time of almost tearing off my toe nail with the drill, I stopped her completely. Calmly put my shoes back on and refused to continue with the service. It's not even the poor lady's fault.. It's the staff that know me and see me often to know better than to do some shady sh** like that. I refuse to pay another dollar in this salon. Who does that? How are you going to put a regular face that comes into your salon, consistently, with someone who doesn't even know what they're doing?????? HORRIBLE. RUDE. THE AUDACITY! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!! Now I should have wrote this a long time ago because this wasn't my first bad experience. The only reason why I kept going back was because Vic does a wonderful job. But with service like that, I'm sure I can find someone to do just as great of a job. Thank you, next. read more

Quan is a great technician and fixed my broken nail for free and with a smile! Thanks Quan :)

I love this salon! The employees are always smiling and super nice to talk with. Today I went in for a mani pedi (only $35!) with Tina and she did a fantastic job In about an hour. The massage chair is great. The sea salt leg massage feels so great and smells wonderful-like summer! My manicure on my short nails looks fabulous and I love how she uses a paintbrush with remover to delicately and beautifully clean up the edges of the nails. After a month of traveling, my feet felt better than ever after Tina's thorough pampering. She even took care of all the callouses and healed skin from blisters-ready for baring my feet in peep toe sling backs now. The salon is incredibly clean, all new furniture and beautiful accents like a water feature wall. Relaxing music, news channel on the huge tv and lots of reading material. Comfortable waiting lounge. read more

Two bad experiences in a row first time I went in around 5 pm on a Friday on a mother daughter date, just wanted a gel manicure and figured it wasn't too late for that, rushed by the gentleman who was told to do my nails he kept saying "pick your color have a seat" ... terrible massage really rough and he left when I did around 530 so I thought he was in a hurry to go home ill give them another try at an earlier time next Came in on a Thursday the second time it was almost 4 pm they were slammed and only had a few workers, the owner worked on my nails, he was busy answering the phone, getting people prepped, doing my set of nails plus taking more people!! Too many things at once, I felt terrible for him until he asked me what shape of nail I wanted I was given the option of square or round and said neither can I have some sort of inbetween and he said no that would look funny how about almond shape willing to try something new I was excited and said yes, after he glued the extension nail part on and was going to cut them down he was on the phone and was asking me how short naturally I kept saying shorter until my desired extension He hung up the phone and said well now we cant do almond shape, it is too short. IVE NEVER HAD ALMOND SHAPE HOW WOULD I KNOW THIS? I tried not to get frustrated because I saw the stress he was in, I said okay but I do not want square shape and I do not like round. He was pretty upset at this point and kept huffing and puffing tossing things aside. I told him I would like him to take them off id pay for the service he did this far and I want nothing else, he said he had to take these nails off and start over so I wouldnt hate him when I went home. I wanted to cry at the fact I was getting talked down to, when I had gone there to be pampered and feel good about myself. all in all he was in a hurry and my nails cracked shortly after, my cuticles werent taken care of properly, and I disliked him for his attitude regardless. because the nails were so poorly put on I had to get a two nails replaced within ONE WEEK, luckily I met a nice gentleman Phil who took the best care of me he treated me with respect and was super gentle. He took his time to make my nails better and did an excellent job, but i only got a fill and my nails broke again within a week Im not sure if the product isnt good or if it was because of the initial application that caused this to happen but the next time I went back I thought Phill would be there and he wasnt SO i just asked for my nails to be removed I wanted to come back when Phil was in. Their nail removal process was a nightmare, I cannot believe I spent 7 dollars for someone to rip my nails off, Ive only had soak removal before never this! It began with clipping the acrylic then using another nail to wedge between my nail and the acrylic until it came off, IT HURT! Not unbarable pain but I was pretty bad, I asked the guy if they soaked them to remove and he said no no it takes too long. I made a snarky comment mentioning I couldve just ripped them off at home myself and he said "this no you cant do this yourself" haha , now my nails look like crap and I am terrified to go anywhere after this. Do not go here! read more

Just got a Mani/Pedi and it was awesome! The price is great and ladies are very nice. We made an appt and were taken shortly after we arrived. The place was clean and the massage chairs divine. The feet and hand massages during the treatments was long and strong. I loved every second of it. They are a little lacking in the color department overall but I was able to find the exact color I was looking for. Also, check out their website for a coupon. $28 for a Mani/Pedi (normally $30); allows you to leave a bigger tip. read more

I've been doing my nails here for over a year now. This is the only place I go to in Tucson. The prices are affordable. It's a big shop, so they have a lot of employees. I never make an appointment and I get seated in less than 10 minutes every time. They also have sns powder which is great and a lot of color options. read more

This place is great! I got in quick.. The owner was polite, made sure I was taken care of.. and the music is pretty cool.. It is this intersting mix of pop, country, and traditional spa music... Everyone is friendly and they did a really good job on my nails.. i just got a simple fill, but it came out nice and was pretty cheap! I think this is one of the cleanest salons I have been to also! It is warm and inviting! Check it out! read more

I was not very impressed and unfortunately it seems like there aren't any good nail places around this area. Went here for acrylic nails, the customer service was great but I left unsatisfied with my nails. They are very thick, not consistent in shape and do not look natural at all. The process took longer than I have experienced at other places which was alright but it was kind of painful. After inspecting my nails I found several cuts underneath and around the nail bed. read more

I've gone to this salon before to get a pedicure and I actually liked it. So I decided to try it again to get a full set with polish. Maybe the person I got was more experienced with pedicures because it was literally the worst full set I've ever gotten. My left hand looked fine but my right hand was thicker and crooked. But in both hands the acrylic was pretty thick and uneven. Also the polish was slapped on thicker on a couple nails. It was fairly busy and I could tell the person was beginning to rush towards the end. I don't know, but I'm never going back. I've never had to go home and fix my nails after getting them done. read more

Classy Nails is not one of my top picks t I came in to get a pedi. One of works was complaining because I took to long to pick a color, which I wasn't. The water was cold in the tub. The whole time I was getting my toes done, the lady was hurting me and was very uncomfortable!!! Plus one of the things I look forward to when getting a pedi is a massage in the massage chair, it was broken!! My overall experience wasn't what I wanted on a Sunday afternoon. read more

Everytime I go here, I have noticed that it has expanded in size. There is a reason why - this is a fantastic spot to get a pedicure - and relax. The employees are kind and attentive. This location is clean, happy and a fantastic neighborhood salon. read more
