Classy Nails is the only nail salon I trust in Tucson. I've had almost every nail artist here in the past year, and have never been disappointed! If a place has excellent clientele, you'll never have a bad experience! Congrats to Le for creating a great team and a relaxing environment. Tip; If you're a hiker like myself; men do seem to be more attentive to remove rough parts of the feet. read more

Classy Nails by Le is the BEST!!! They are always so professional and my nails always look fantastic!! I HIGHLY recommend supporting this business! read more

Update- I've been told I can go back and pick out a polish of my choice. Didn't know they operated on "finders keepers". I only asked to to be compensated after you initially claimed it was yours because you placed a sticker on it. I don't want to pick up a polish that has been used, which is why I brought my own. If you had any respect for (loyal) customers, you would call the number I made the appointment from after realizing I had forgotten it. This is not about an $11.00 nail polish. It's the blatant condescending attitude I received from having the audacity to reclaim MY property. Beware if you bring your own nail polish. It will get a sticker smacked on it. And when you go back to reclaim it, they'll look confused and say "well it has our sticker on it"... Rude and condescending. Have been a loyal customer for years, but will not be returning. read more

Very busy, feeling rushed. For gel you don't really have a lot time to pick out color. Must tip with cash, other wise use the ATM in store to withdraw cash with .75 transaction fee. Price is fair but will not come again. read more

thank you so much Le for doing such an amazing job on my nails. i was referred here and i so am excited by the care and time spent on me as a customer. my nails have never looked better. i got acrylics and Le helped keep the place clean and sanitised during the whole process! i'm so grateful for this experience and can not recommend another place more highly. thank you!!! yes read more

I have been coming here for a while now and it's always a hit or miss - sometimes I am treated right away and my nails turn out average. However, more times than not I have an appointment and when I come in I STILL have to wait about 30 minutes or more. Not to mention I can never be sure how good my nails will be done. The inconsistency is extremely frustrating and the wait time is ridiculous- especially when I have scheduled an appointment. read more

I had time to kill before a doctors appointment. I live on the northwest side of town and didn't want to drive all the way home just to get my toes done so I looked on yelp to see what was close to me. This place is extremely clean and nice. I was very surprised when I walked in. Thuy did my toes, she was nice and did a great job. read more

The owner was great, first time being here and he knew exactly what I wanted with my nails. Also got a pedicure and the gentleman that took care of me took his time and made my nails look beautiful. Definitely recommend this place! read more

I have never written a yelp review in my life, but I knew I needed to after the great experiences I have had a classy nails! I got a dip manicure about two weeks ago and broke one of my nails snowboarding. I went in today to have them redo that nail and put a tip on it and expected to be charged something ridiculous for the one nail, like $8-10. Even though the break was obviously my own fault, they helped me find the color I already had, redid all my dip, and added a tip to that nail for free!!!!! I don't know any other nail salon that would have done that! read more

This is my go to nail salon. Everyone there is nice and is willing to do your nails to perfection. However, the two new receptionists, especially the blonde female, are rude and impatient. I would give 5 starts to the salon but that first impression when you walk in is not to my liking. They need to clean their attitude up and not be rude to customers when we walk in or have questions. I highly suggest either getting rid of the female or training her better in customer service and respect. read more

My first experience was great!! A year ago.. I gave this place a chance after having bad service 3 times!! My pedicure was a flash she was done so quick she forgot she was doing gel. I sat next to a lady that was having a pedicure all ready. And my tech was done so fast the lady next to me was still having her service done!! They also forgot to do my gel on one hand. After I called I was told to return to get someone to finish it!! I believe they are so busy they are lacking big time on focusing on their job!! I always get someone new. I could not get anyone to do pink n white. The owner did my nails another time , I was there for so long because he kept getting up to answer the phone and attend his desk.. bad service!!! read more

Overpriced and uncomfortable atmosphere. Nails chipped fast. Got a pedicure and the woman was nice but it was clear the manager was profit-driven. read more

I usually love going to classy nails but my last experience wasn't the best :/ I came in to get a full set and a pedicure. Pedicure was awesome and the overall pricing was even better, but my thumb nail broke off the next day and the nail tech (i'm assuming he's new based on his age) glued underneath my nails to the actual nail. Don't let this deter u tho! The more experienced nail techs are awesome, will be coming in for a fix with a different nail tech lol read more

I got my nails done less than a week ago and they are all starting to chip and break already. Two of my nails completely ripped off. Also we made appointments but still had to wait awhile. Not to mention I think I heard 3 other people come in while I was there complaining about their nails breaking so fast. read more

I've been in Tucson for about three years now and it took me forever to find a great nail shop but as soon as I got the chance at Classy's I've never went anywhere else. The service is excellent! They offer water and snacks, calming music, & the scenery is very nice. I also love how Lee always has the newest stuff as far as powders, polishes & etc. im always getting something new, my favorite is the glow in the dark. This place is AMAZING!! read more

I just got the BEST white tip full set for $25 at Classy Nails. The place is great! Relaxing atmosphere, flat screen TV's, good quality chairs. My nail tech was great too! Very sweet and made sure everything she did was exactly to my liking. She didn't try to sell me a ton of extra services either which was nice because I hate when they do. My daughter had a full set done on Friday, March 13th by Cindy and in less than 36 hours two nails broke off without her even feeling them. Anyone who has acrylics knows if you jam or mistreat your nails, you feel them come off. Both broke at the same spot. We had them fixed on Sunday. When we walked in the girl at the counter took about five minutes to acknowledge us, she was on her cell phone. I explained to her what happened and she just shooed my daughter to go pick the color that she had gotten on Friday. Well today one of the two nails that was fixed broke again, same spot. This is only roughly 72 hours later. We haven't made it one week with a brand new set, three nails broken. She has never had this happen and has had acrylic nails on and off for four years now. Total disappointment. We now have had four nails break in less than a week. I want my money back... 55.0 for what?? I have paid less and never had this happen in over four years. read more

The overall experience and end product was marvelous! The only thing is the nail technician gave me a cut on the tip of my finger while cutting down the acrylic nails. She wasn't as personable as some of the other technicians in the salon, but that's okay as I wasn't feeling too social myself that day, so that was nice. Definitely will return and definitely will do the SNS dip polish again, so neat and cool! read more

Not expensive, great service and lots of options... definitely will be going back and telling my friends and family to go too!

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. One of the best pedicures in town. I chipped my nail pretty quickly after (definitely my fault) I went back and they fixed it within 10 minutes for free! Gel manicure lasted well over 2 weeks! read more

Best mani/pedi in Tucson! I have been coming here for about a year now and have not had a bad experience. They have a variety of gel and dipping powder colors to choose from. They also offer regular polish to match gel polish for your pedicure. This is a very busy salon but the services you receive never feel rushed. One recommendation I would make is to schedule a appointment, especially if you are planning on going in on the weekend. read more

Best nail place I have been to by far! I got my acrylics done here and they were really good and paid close attention to detail when making them the right shape. I ended up braking my nail when jamming it into something and having to come back to get it fixed. They had run out of the color that I used so they ended up just repainting all my nails a very similar color and were so nice about it. Best customer service! I highly recommend and will be returning! read more

Classy Nails By Le - Exactly how I wanted them! - Nail Salons Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Been going to Classy since my freshman year of college and I am currently a junior. They are very accommodating and friendly. They do quality work! However, I've noticed that my nails don't last long after getting a fill or color change because they always break. Maybe I'm just being rough though. Overall, I'd still recommend. read more

I've tried other salons in Tucson, and I always go back to this one! Great selection of OPI gel colors, and my gel manis from here always last much longer than from other salons. Van at the front always greets you with a smile. Amy did my gel mani today, and she did a beautiful job! read more

I drive far to see Amy because she's that fabulous. I have been going to Amy for a very long time and I have gone to other nail salons and no one does as great of a job as she. They also have the best selection of OPI gel polish. This is a very clean and very nice salon. read more

I've reviewed this place before but had to do it again! I recently discovered SNS nails while on a trip to Kansas. My entire family was saying how amazing this nail system was and how it's better then Gel nails which sparked my interest (because Gel nails last about 3 days on me I hate it) I went ahead and got my nails done in Kansas and they looked good, the color stayed on my nails for 17 days no chip, just growth.. but they were a tad bit thick... anyways onto today.... I decided that the growth was bothering me and the shape of my nails just wasn't cutting it, I called to see if my fav place in town does SNS and they do! With so many colors to chose from, I ended up having the gal at the front desk pick one out for me (loved the color btw) and I then learned that the place in Kansas actually wasn't good at all! My nails look 10000000% better and I couldn't be happier! I had the guy (who sets second desk next to Lee) reshape my nails to what he thought was best and I am beyond happy! Only down side to this place is how busy they get, so don't come spare of the moment if you wanna do something "quick" come when you have time and you won't be disappointed, there is a reason why they are busy....it's because they are the best! read more

Classy Nails By Le - SNS nails I'm beyond happy with how they came out! - Nail Salons Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Not a great experience. My friend and I went last week and her nail technician wasn't kind. Every time we talked about anything she rolled her eyes and just didn't want us there. My male nail technician was nice though. We tried to engage in conversation with her and we asked her how is it working here and she said, "well I just LOVE doing nails. Every day. Every afternoon. Every night. All the time." Super sarcastically. I don't know if she thought we weren't being nice but it didn't appear that way. I've heard so many great things and I decided to give this a shot. Not my thing. Also pretty expensive compared to some better places here in Tucson read more

I came in to get a dip manicure with tips. I asked Ivy for tips and she said she wouldn't do them with dip because they would be too thick and wouldn't look good. I walked back to see my friend and she was getting a dip manicure with tips. I didn't have time to sit and get them redone but I am very dissatisfied. Probably won't come back because the lady didn't give me what I wanted. Although, my friends technician was very kind and encouraged me to go ask to get them redone, I just didn't have time to wait. Will not be returning read more

I've come here many times and I am usually really happy with the way my nails come out. If you want to feel uncomfortable I would recommend coming here. They rush you to sit down after looking for colors for less than a minute, then they talk about you the whole time you're there. Also, my nails have been a different price every single time I have gone. I understand getting a design costs more depending on what you get but I've been charged way more and way less for the same things the past few times I've been there. Also takes two and a half hours for a manicure. The girl at the front with the long hair talks about and laughs about you to the other people standing at the front while you are right there. Sad I won't be coming back here because they do a nice job on my nails, I would just rather be treated nicely instead of being insecure about what people are saying about me while I'm getting my nails done. read more
