Very happy with my mani, pedi and eyebrow wax. Service was very thorough and attentive to my exact needs. I got in as a walk-in with no wait time close to 6 pm. Thuy was my nail tech and I will definitely be going back to her in about three weeks as she gave me exactly what I asked. read more

I like this place. It's big and mostly busy but there never seems to be much of a wait. Everyone working here is of Vietnamese decent including the owner. The old school techs speak Vietnamese to each other but also seem to understand English pretty well, the younger ones are busy working and talking about how their collage application essays for AP classes are coming. You can see the whole American immigrant experience unfolding right here before your eyes while you get you nails done. I'm sort of an atypical nail salon customer but I enjoy it and I've got some issues with my nails that need to be professionally addressed otherwise they get pretty painful and ugly, besides nail dates with female friends always make me happy. Anyways, nobody ever seems to mind the presence of a 260 pound tattooed biker looking guy in flip flops in the mix, I've always felt right at home. When my female friend goes in without me everyone asks about me so I guess I'm a bit of a hit. I think everyone thinks it's kinda funny how much silver I've got to get off my hands before they can get to work. Check 'em out if you are in Tucson, the place is consistently clean, friendly, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Been going for years now. read more

I went and got SNS done here and my nails keep breaking. i got my nails done as "black" and they are completely see through which is awful. My friend and I went and had to wait for over 45 minutes to even get our nails soaked off and after we got our nails wrapped we waited for 25 minutes to be seen, and at that point my fingers were burning from the acetone. would not recommend going here, unless you want your fingers to burn and your nails to break with barely any pressure involved. read more

this is my go-to spot! I used to get gel and they always looked great and lasted a very long time usually 3-4 weeks with maybe one chipped. I just recently got dip and i'm in love the quality of my nails are so good it's worth the extra couple dollars to get dip they do an amazing job. I always love getting pedicures here as well it's very clean and they do a great job. love this place and the amount of colors to chose from. i've found my go to spot now for a great mani and pedi read more

Man's Perspective: I got a mani/pedi combo. I don't get them often, but this was a real treat. The hygiene was impeccable, liners, gloves, sterile tools, the whole 9 yards. Mary is the woman who took care of me, she did an incredible job. I'm so relaxed and refreshed that I'm currently trying not to fall asleep in the parking lot! I haven't felt this great in a long time, and the prices were super great. Highly recommended. read more

Always clean and very friendly staff! Color range is very good as well. Always satisfied when I come here. Prices are also reasonable. 5/5 read more

Had the worst experience here, went in for a manicure and the nail technician made every single one of my cuticles bleed. I have never experienced so much pain while at a nail salon in my life. Later on in the week my nail broke so I went back in to get it fixed and the nail technician fixed my SNS nail by giving me a gel nail. They don't pay attention to their customers and don't care about them either. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I love the service and my nails are amazing! They're so sweet and kind! My favorite shop in Tucson! Very affordable

I've never had a "nail lady" until coming to Classy Nails. I bounced around from salon to salon & I've been a loyal, regular customer here since 2017. I'll be moving soon and will so sadly lose my favorite "nail lady" ever, AMY! She does incredible acrylics and pedicures. She takes her time and is patient and kind if you have any concerns while she is working. The quality and price CANNOT be beat anywhere in Tucson read more

I came into this salon with a happy attitude but left disappointed because the lady that did my nails was rude to me and didn't do a very good job on my nails. read more

Been coming only here for a few times but like others have said, only a very few are polite enough to make you want to be here. I went in the other day and was turned away by the owner who was very rude and dismissive because they were closing in 45 minutes. Never enjoyable when you feel shamed or disregarded. No customer deserves that kind of attention to treatment. I won't be returning unfortunately. read more

I usually come here for my pedicures because I'm not so picky with my pedicures then my nails. But today I had the worst experience I've had and will not be returning. I had a man named UYEN who was extremely disrespectful and couldn't give me what I asked for. The French tip was so bad and choppy and mind you the shape he filed was also horrible. I politely asked for another person to do my french tip after giving UYEN multiple chances. I could tell he got very upset and completely ignored my apologize and still thanking him for trying. And that's completely fine not everyone's good at French tip but I wanted my moneys worth , and was going on a vacation trip the next day. After being done UYEN came back to get his equipment and accidentally slides my shoes off the stepping shelf and so disrespectfully threw and flopped my shoes at me. It was a horrible experience and was completely unprofessional. Do not recommend him. They need to give customers well trained people because this is our money and time. The same thing happened with another girl not so experienced the same day with my friend. read more

Normally I have mediocre to good nail experience here which is kind of disappointing to have a bad experience. This was my second time doing the dip service for my nails. First time it was with a nude color and I was happy with how they had come out. This time I decided to go with a burgundy color, which turned out to be a very messy experience. Color ended up all over my arms and fingers. The guy who did them also buffed my left hand thumb way too much to the point where you could see the white of my nail. Ended up trying to cover it with a gel color (since OPI makes that color in both gel and the dip powder) which seemed to fix the problem. Until two mornings later when the gel layer peeled off. Tried to go in there to get it fixed but I could not be seen right away, and I had no time to wait for a chair to open up, get the nail dipped again, buffed, and wait for the clear coat since that alone would take some time to get done. Just overall not happy with the dip experience here. read more

Talk about fabulous!! I have been to classy nails a few times. Not enough to be a regular but I always enjoy going. Very clean, professional and relaxing atmosphere! I got a manicure today by a very nice young man named Bob! He was polite and professional seriously if I could give more stars I would. My nails are fabulous, cuticles cleaned (not cut like other plaves) and done to perfection. Thanks again bob. read more

First time going to this salon. Went on a Saturday morning and they were super busy. We had appointments and were very pleased to be taken promptly for gel pedis and manis. Very clean, nice facility. The bad news- both my daughter and I had to make return trips the next day. They completely forgot to apply the top coating of the gel to all of the toes on one of my feet. One of my daughter's fingernails had the gel extended up and over the cuticle, so it immediately started coming off. We each went back and the repairs were made cheerfully, but I prefer things to be done right the first time. read more

My Mom, Aunt and I made appointments for 2 mani/pedis and one pedi/fills. We were immediately seated upon arrival. My Mom and Aunt were started while I soaked for about 15 minutes. But it was worth the wait. My gal was very sweet and thorough. My nails are all even and beautifully painted. I opted for the gel polish on my fingers and and am very pleased with the outcome. My Aunt, (who is extremely picky) got a pedicure, fills and even got her eyebrows waxed. Even though she complained about some minor things (she always does) she got the technician's name and vowed to return. My Mom loved her service. She opted for a french pedicure and a manicure. Of note, it was really cute when Le's kids came in. His son who is under 10 was "practicing" painting one of the male technicians nails. Overall a wonderful time with my family. I will be back! P.S. They really appreciate if you tip in cash! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! My gel manicure took over an hour and 30 minutes! Was told the "powder" on my nails would wash away, its actually gel & ripped my cuticles. Never again. read more

Classy Nails By Le - DO NOT GO HERE! - Nail Salons Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

I got my nails done here about 2.5 to 3 weeks ago. I got a simple dip with tips look. Almost 3 days after, my hair started to get caught under my nails in the shower. My cuticles were not properly sealed, causing bad lifting which ripped my hair out. Not only that but they began to chip quickly, and as someone that knows how to take care of their dip nails this was a surprise to me. I find this unacceptable, especially for what you're paying. read more

I waited for over thirty minutes with my feet in the water for a pedicure. They kept saying you are next. I left

Gave my big toe an infection after a pedicure!! NOT a good experience would not recommend getting your toes done there!!!

They always do a great job on my dip manicure and always find a way to fit me in even without an appointment. The one time my manicure did chip (about a week out)..they re-did several nails no questions asked for free. Large color selection, and do a great job soaking your nails to get dip off and do not just scrape them or over-do the dremel so your nails have less damage. read more

Very conflicting review. Love the place, but I'm reconsidering coming back as often due to my last experience. Continue reading for details I've been coming here on and off for about 3 years now. I really love that they have a variety in gel and regular nail polish. They do all the new stuff you see on the internet, like ombré acrylic nails and dip nails. The BEST pedicure are done here and they offer an organic version. Overall the place is very clean and pretty. I have recently moved to Phoenix but still come to Tucson to visit family and stuff. Every time I'm in town, I try to make time to come here. I usually have a good experience. I got my nails done by some guy a few weeks ago and I really loved them (I'm super picky with my nails and like them to all be the same), so I decided to request him this time around. I felt like maybe I shouldn't have done that. I think they have a system so that all the nail techs get an equal amount of work. Me asking for someone kind of messed that up. I did try to call ahead and make an appt but they said they don't take appts on weekends. My toes were as good as last time, I felt like he was just rushing to get everything done and didn't care about quality. My hand nails were not done well either, some of my nails were slanted. I didn't ask him to fix it since I felt like I caused enough of an inconvenience by asking for him. Instead I came home to fix them. read more

I decided to try the Dip Powder and I am not impressed with the way they did my nails. They didn't bother cleaning my nails, removing dead skin, nor the lotion that should be included with a manicure. I opted for the French Manicure and it looks horrible. I was better off doing my own nails if they were not going to give a proper manicure. It was a complete waste of money and very disappointed. I now have to go to a different nail salon to get a proper manicure done. So save yourself money and go some where else that will actually give you a proper manicure. read more

After 18 yrs of nail spa hopping I'm settled on what I deam the best. This place is clean & comfortable and has a spa like ambiance. If you are having a spontaneous mani or pedi - they definitely make it comfortable...water and treats, comfy sofas and chairs make it a bonus down time if you have to wait. It's worth every minute because the service is excellent. They have clean chairs that are not worn out. I am particularly fond of the santized bags in the water for a clean feeling that I rarely feel at the average nail salon. On a personal note this past Dec i was at the tail end of a severe cold ... Not only was I handed a bottle of water but I was offered a cough lozenger to boot. I will forever be grateful for that extra service. Le has really kept a step ahead of others in this industry. read more
