This place has never done me wrong! Beautiful nails every time! There are so many stations so there is never a long wait time! Plus there all very clean and never feel like a burden noticing something wrong and asking for it to be fixed! read more

I love this place! I have never been disappointed by their nails! I have gotten SNS, gel manicure and pedicures from here and they have all turned out very well. My nails last a long time, especially for the price! Would definitely recommend. read more

The first few times I attended the salon the service was amazing. The salon has a nice atmosphere and nice array of colors to choose from, however, I was not pleased when I scheduled an appointment and the salon neglected to tell me that the person I scheduled with would not be there. Needless to say, the end result of my nails had me just displeased with their service. I was rushed out the chair and the quality of my nails in the photo recently posted is not similar to the quality I experienced when I first began attending there. I do not recommend this to shop for people who are looking to have smaller details taken into consideration. "Busy" is not an excuse for inferior quality. read more

I continue to give classy another try because I am a forgiving person but today was the last experience I will have here. To start, my lady didn't care what so ever about how she was caring for my nails. She filed them so hard with the electric file that I literally had to pull my hand away and screeched "ouch!!". I loved my colors but my she made my nails so thick and uneven it will make my hair get caught when they grow out. She also told us we couldn't use gel paint over the sns dip base when I know for a fact you can when other salons in Tucson do it with no issue. NOT TO MENTION my nail is super glued to my skin and stuck. At the end.. our price increased dramatically for these "$5" extra charges that they didn't mention and blamed the host for being new and not knowing.. what kind of excuse is that for customer service? I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and being absolutely disappointed. We didn't get lotion and had to ask for cuticle oil. Overall bad experience and we will not be back. read more

I have had horrible experiences here. I came a couple months ago and got a full set. Two days later, 3 nails had already fallen off. It wasn't due to anything i would of done because they just flick off. When I would contact them about it, they would seem bothered. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so I took a friend and we went in for a full set for my birthday. The people that work there are sooooo rude. They make it so obvious they are talking about you cause they look at you and laugh. When the lady doing my nails cut one I told her it was too short and she didn't care and continued to do them. I pay for my service and tip well so i expect to get what I want done to my nails. I went home and the next day one came off again and so did my friends. We went in to get it fixed and this time Cynthia did my nail and she was talking bad about me from the very beginning and giving me attitude. She did my nail so sloppy. My set was coffin shape and she did this nail round and fat. It looks sooo different from the rest and overall the brand new set I paid 38 dollars for looks so sloppy and horrible. Neither I or my friends will return here. read more

Classy nails is a wonderful salon in Tucson they have variety of colors and are up to date with all the new styles going on. Quan is my FAVORITE nail tech he does a really great job. If you're in Tucson definitely check them out! read more

I have been here a couple times and my experiences keep getting worse and worse! They cut down my cuticles so much that I don't have them anymore- it caused a burning sensation and my fingers got infected. I have to sleep with gloves of aquaphor and lotion to stop them from being so dry. I also had to go to the doctor and take medicine to stop the infection. My fingers are now peeling layers of skin and my fingers do not look the same. If I could give any advice it would be to not go here! Not only was my nail experience awful but they also are very rude to clients. I highly suggest going to any other nail place as they do not deserve your money- it ended up costing me (and my hands) a whole lot more than it should. read more

Went here on a Tuesday with my friend (she'd invited me because she found out I understand Vietnamese and we have this joke about 'eavesdropping' to see if they gossiped about their customers). My friend had called in for the appointment so we didn't have to wait (but then again, there were only 2 other customers at the time). Environment was clean, service was nice and the massage chair was comfortable. They reminded us to make our payments before they painted our fingernails; that's always smart, isn't it? P.S. Yes, they do "comment" about their clients in their foreign language...but then, who doesn't? read more

This place is a 10/10!! My first impression is a very classy atmosphere and CLEAN! I work in the medical field and was thrilled to see sanitary work stations. Not to mention the immense selection of quality gels and dips. I originally came in on a Sunday for a color change after returning from vacation. My regular salon was closed and my acrylics needed some TLC. Kwan was quick to see me and was very kind and honest to let me know with the wear and tear from the vacation a color change wouldn't really suffice. Although I had just had a fill a week ago elsewhere, my nails were a mess. I did not feel upsold at all, but appreciated his care and concern. end result was beautiful and I could tell this salon uses quality products because it shows in their work. Beyond all of the above, while busy and popular with clients I still managed to be in and out in less than an hour and can't say enough great things about this shop. They truly deserve all of the success they seem to be having and without a doubt I will be back again! read more

I'm sorry to say but this salon is like a factory. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They will book an appointment for you when you call even though it doesn't mean a thing. You wait the same amount of time whether you walk in or have a appointment. Most of the people don't speak any English and they don't understand any special instructions. I can not give details as I don't want to identify myself but let's say my nails are not as healthy as they were when I walked in. I will say that the individuals are very nice and some do a great job. I gave up on the place after they harmed my nails and kept me and others waiting a long time. One woman I was waiting with said that they were rude to her. With so many places in town I'd go somewhere else. read more

Classy Nails By Le is my favorite nail salon in Tucson. A friend of mine recommended it months ago and now it's the only salon I'll go to. The customer service is amazing and the detail is amazing. The first time I went the gentleman asked me if everything looked okay at the end of a gel manicure and he said he would change anything if I felt like I needed to. Which I know sounds silly to point out, but the hospitality was beautiful to me. Greatly recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done in Tucson. Thank you for always going above and beyond for your guests!!! It's so, so appreciated. read more

This nails salon is one of the best in Tucson. It is often busy, probably because they do a great job, so I would suggest making an appointment. So usually I don't leave reviews but this place is amazing. I had a bad experience at another nail salon where she was ripping off my nails and they took me in, even though they were closing. They were very sweet and gentle and did exactly what I asked, the lady Kelly that I got took her time and they were very sweet. I got long coffins and they look amazing. I also met the owner Le and he made sure I was satisfied! Thank you again! I highly recommend this place. read more

I am a creature of habit and for years ive been looking for a nail salon that actually cares about my nails that doesnt lead to breakage and sore fingers. I have been going to classy by le for 6 months now and I have to say my nails have never been happier or healthier. For the first time there was an issue with a top coat and I didn't have time to go in right away. Normally when there's a problem I just bite the bullet and go somewhere else instead of fighting that there is an issue. Today a week after getting them done I came in with a top coat problem. Le greated me with a smile and asked how he could help. I mentioned the top coat and right away he got me in a chair and made them look good as new even one week out!! That's great customer service you don't see at a typical nail salon. I recommend everyone here and in addition to their attention to detail they are equipped to handle a lot of clients at once while giving you a true spa feel! Bob, Le, and Kevin have to be my favorite techs so far!! THANK YOU!! read more

I read nothing but great reviews online, and heard great reviews from one of my coworkers. So after not being able to get my nails done for FOUR YEARS because of the job I was working at, I made an appointment for 3pm on a Sunday, and I called and made the appointment on the Friday before. I got there about 30 minutes prior to my appointment, the lady at the front desk was super friendly, but I didn't get told where to pick my colors and what was where. So I didn't pick a color. At about 2:55 the guy calls me over and I asked him about colors. He took a deep sigh and said "you need to pick out your own colors." I explained to him that I hadn't had my nails done in years and I wasn't exactly sure how it worked. I went and picked my color and asked a few more questions about shape, whether or not they could be matte, etc. and he seemed bothered by every single question I asked. So I just kept my mouth shut. Then towards the end I asked if he could put a single rhinestone on my ring finger on each hand as an accent, to which he responded "I don't know. I have to go. I was supposed to pick up my son at 3 and now it's 3:30 and I'm still stuck here doing your nails." So I asked why someone else couldn't have done them, and he said not many people can do acrylic nails so he HAD to do them. Anyway, he finished them, and immediately left. I went and paid, got to the car, and was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with how they looked. The acrylic was uneven, the color was inconsistent, and by the time the evening rolled around, one of them had broken. So the next day I called the shop and told them what happened and asked them to just remove them for free. They agreed and told me to go in the next day. So I went in the following day. They welcomed me and asked me what happened, so I told them exactly what happened and showed them my broken nail. They said "okay sit down and we'll remove them." I waited for 25 minutes and watched as he took other people. Finally I just had to leave because I wouldn't have made it to work on time. I called again and told them what happened, and just asked for my money back, which they refused. It's disappointing because I waited a long time for this to happen and was left extremely unhappy. read more

I have had decent experiences here but the other day I had the worst experience at any salon I have ever had. We had a reservation because of the things we had to do later in the day and were on time but we were not helped until we asked several times about our appointment. We were called over 30 minutes after our appointment time. I needed to remove and get my manicure redone, and they rudely insisted they no longer had enough time to complete everything before I had to leave, but agreed to remove my SNS. They wrapped my nails and said after 15 minutes they'd remove it. I waited 20 minutes and then asked a lady if she can find someone to remove my nail polish, and she just sent every free worker to someone else and ignored my question. I had to rip the tin foil off myself and leave with my nails uncut just to make it to my plans. What is the point of a reservation if it will not be honored!? They kept saying they were just busy that day, but having had worked as a hostess in the past, I know the point of a reservation is to hold someone's place even through a busy day, because they likely have things planned before and after what they've scheduled at your business. Will not be returning. read more

i went in with a example picture that didn't seem too difficult but it did end up being too out of the park for the nail tech, i then asked for french tip but it was basically a jagged line almost straight across my nail, in tears at this point i had told her that i felt bad for already wasting her time and she assured me that i wasn't and that she could start over and do just a solid color instead and that ended up being sloppily applied and all over my cuticles and underneath the acrylics. i paid 40 + tip and was unhappy so i called back and was told that i could go get them fixed the next day by someone else. i waited an hour for the manager to do them and all she said was "i don't know why you don't like the color!" and i had to re explain myself and she did not respond. she then said that she could do the design i wanted but it would cost more. then she was unable to get all of the sloppy polish off of my cuticles because i was "too sensitive" for the drill even though i told her i had cuts from the lady before. in the end my polish looks better but the shape is still off, it is more round than it is square. they really need to stop using dull hand files.. i would stay far away if you are looking for any sort of design, or good nails in general :( read more

I love classy nails by Le! I went to classy nails because it was my birthday and they offer 10% off if you show your ID. My experience was okay but I'm not sure if I'll go again. I got a mani pedi and I've never had my toenails cut so weird--she clipped all of the corners off to where my toenails are shaped like triangles and I'm embarrassed to wear sandals. Another woman did the same thing to my mom. I wouldn't recommend getting your toes done there! read more

It was my first time coming here because I heard from many people that they love it. I did not. Overall my experience was okay, but could've been better. The man who did my nails was Le. He was the rudest nail technician I have ever met. He repeatedly told me my nails were going to look bad because I wanted them shorter. Also, when I was looking at my nails he told me not to because they weren't finished. Then at the end there was a smudge that I asked him to fix and he seemed so bothered and annoying to do so. My experience was not up to my liking for what I paid, but my nails do look decent. read more

This place is horrible. The service was awful. I got a manicure and pedicure. They rushed through the job and it turned out really bad. The manicure was especially rushed. They did not take care of my cuticles, my nails were filed in all different shapes and some were crooked, and the polish came out completely full of bubbles on every nail. One of the nails got smeared as I was taking the money out to pay and when I asked the lady to fix it she quickly wiped a little nail polish remover on the spot and slapped on one coat of polish over the spot without even looking and said that was acceptable. This was the worst manicure I ever had. I had to take the polish off the next day because it looked so awful. I could have done a better job myself, and saved myself $30. I can't believe I actually paid money for that shoddy work. read more

I have tried a dozen different nail salons since moving to Tucson. This is by far the best. The salon is clean and calming and overall the staff are friendly. I have been here before, the last time I was here, I got a fungal infection in my big toe. I decided to give them another chance as my toenails were really long. It just seemed like their is no organization of when new people come in and when they are given attention. Pedicures depend on the person doing them, sometimes massages are better than others. What totally grosses and appalls me as I am a nurse is their lack of properly cleaning the bowls afterwards. I cringed and honestly would have got up and walked out if I was not in the middle of the of pedicure. The girl next to me asked why after getting her nails colored did her big toe look different. "Because you have a fungus" you should go to a doctor. Now comes the gross part they barely washed the bowl that he used with her, which exposes the next person to this fungus also. Hmm guess I know how I got mine earlier. They also use the same fingernail clipper over and over without cleaning them properly. The prices are expensive and don't mention the complimentary fungus. Please think twice about coming here, I am appalled about how many people unknowingly are getting pedicures under these conditions. read more

Went in at lunch to get a fast pedicure, service was great...very clean and relaxing...best part only $25!

Went in to get my nails painted and forgive me for not knowing the name of the tool, but they used a rotating thing to scratch up all my fingernail surfaces, when clear paint was going on top as part of a french manicure. That was in February. It took until now for my nails to grow back out and get rid of all the scratches. Also, it was the male guy in charge who made this amateur move. read more

I came here because my friend had recently gone, and it was close to my work and I had just broken a nail pretty badly right before I got off and wanted to get it fixed asap. My usual spot is across town so I gave it a shot. I was a walk-in and they got me in right away which was nice, and were accommodating about clipping my nail and making sure it didn't hurt. However, I was suggested to do dip by a tech, and then the techs switched on me and I was told they couldn't do dip, so I had to stick with gel unless I wanted to wait longer. This was fine, however the polish they used looked really nice but turned out super speckled on my actual nails which was pretty odd. I had them my nails a decent amount because they were very long and looked bad with the broken one. this made them lose their original shape that my other salon has kept up for months now. I was very shocked at how hard it was for them to file my nails into the desired shape. Square on top, sides tapered in, basically coffin, just not too skinny on top. My thumbs are two different lengths, one is slanted, and thats after I asked so many times for small corrections on every nail (at one point 3 of them were slanted unevenly) and saying I didn't like how my thumbs look and I wanted them tapered in more. I eventually gave up, luckily the gel change was a fair price but I don't think I'll be coming back :( read more
