Great pedicure space with many chairs and nicely organized nail polishes to choose from. They have every color you could desire and are very professional. They offer walk-in availability and the massage chairs are very comfortable. The only downside is they are pretty expensive for AZ. Actually they are pretty expensive for any state. In CA you can get basic spa pedicures for $12-$15. Here they charge $25. Nothing fancy, no paraffin, just the basic. I had cut my own toenails the week before coming here so they really only had to cut the cuticles and put the lotions on. They were nice and let me and my friend chat during the visit. After we left my friend scuffed her big toe nail as we were walking to get food at a neighboring restaurant. We walked back and they fixed it for her and sat us under the fans with the quick dry spray so she wouldn't have that issue again. read more

I accidentally came in close to closing time to get my nails fixed. Quang made sure my nails came out absolutely fabulous! He took his time with my nails and did a beautiful job. He also fixed the shape of my nails in to make sure they were apart of the nail trend. Since I am a server he added a full layer of acrylic, even though it was just a fix/fill. I highly recommend going to this nail salon and going to Quang. I am very happy! read more

I have been coming here for the past few years for a lot of reasons! It's a great place for someone who likes consistency. My nails turn out great all the time along with being able to get me in and out due to always going during my lunch hour. My favorite thing to get here is the dip. They do chrome as well in case you are looking for a unique look. You can make an appointment or walk in. read more

I love this place. The prices are so reasonable. The woman at the front desk was always funny and set the tone of the experience. The owner is very skilled and and organized. He's always been very nice and told me some encouraging words when I told him about my immigrant past and my plans with medical school. I always used to go to Viet. He takes his time and really knows what he's doing! I miss his skill and diligence. I would always go in with my nails looking rough and I would apologize but he never wasted time and went straight to fixing it. Whenever I didn't get Viet, someone with just as much ability and talent would do a great job. You have a good bet getting anyone from this place. Sadly I moved to phx after university and still cannot find a replacement. Nothing will ever beat the prices and craftsmanship of this place. Anytime I'm in Tucson I will definitely go to CLASSY NAIL BY LE read more

Came back because I was desperate for a mani pedi. BAD CHOICE. Nail technician CUN cut me and didn't offer a discount or even a band aid. Once I was going to pay - $50 for a mani pedi - I told the two men at the register that I was cut and they apologized then laughed. No discount was offered at all. Won't be coming back! Customer service was amazing, the atmosphere was also amazing. Well usually when I go to a nail salon they don't clean underneath my nails or file my nails before they put on acrylics and after, but they did and I have great attention to detail. We got our nails done at a fair price as well. Love this place read more

Always go here. Close to my house. Aways professional, clean and timely. First negative experience today--Just tried to call and schedule an appointment. Was supposed to be placed on a brief hold. Rachel did my gel manicure and pedicure and she did an amazing job! I wanted to get a pearl white color that I've had before but I didn't know the name. I could only tell her "pearl white" and she knew the correct color immediately (OPI Funny Bunny). She was so fun to talk with and is very nice and personable. We spent the entire time talking about movies, Netflix, and the most random things. Will definitely be back here for future manicures from Rachel! read more

Unless I get Jackie or Cindy I'm always disappointed. Long wait times and iffy customer service don't help. Kinda hard to see in the picture but the painting was uneven, not impressed for 31 dollars for a simple pedi Three stars because the tech was nice but not very skilled, if they can't do a simple pedicure I'd hate to think what would happen if I wanted some more adventurous read more

I was a little hesitant to write a review but I feel it was needed, this is my 3rd time at this nail salon and it's usually okay but this last time was by far the worst. I think his name was Le but I know there are 2 who work there. He was rude and kept getting up during my appointment. The second time I put my nails in the light he walked off and didn't come back for some time so I thought we were done and went to pay he came back upset and tried to file my nails quickly at the desk. It was just sucky. One of my nails is COMPLETELY crooked and my gel polish chipped the day after. I'm not sure if it was the color I picked or what but it was a dark purple brown that eventually faded into a greenish brown. read more

So, as I sit here trying to relax, because pedicures are supposed to be relaxing...I think I will finally lay my business here at Classy Nails by Le, to rest. The man that is doing my pedicure started my service by assessing the current state of my feet and proceeded to say, "been a long time since you had pedicure huh". Sigh. *Then he talks to his lil gf next to him about my feet.* I ignore his comment, and smile. Continue to read my book...and *try* to relax. He waits for a few minutes and then asks what kind of pedicure I'd like "deluxe or regular". I say, "regular, please". Then this fool has the nerve to say, "with callus removal for all your dry skin". I say, annoyed, "sure, why not." He has the nerve to REPEAT his comment from before!! "Been a while since last pedicure huh, very dry skin". *screaming inside* LISTEN SIR NOW I FEEL LIKE YOU ARE TALKING SHIT AND I AM JUST TRYING TO RELAX!! I respond with, "well I suppose if you say so, then yes?!" It has taken everything in me to not cry and show my emotion to this douche bag that would like to be an asshole to me and spread his unkindness to me on this beautiful Sunday. But you know what, I choose to pay for my services, not tip, and never come back. Sorry but, don't go here if you wanna be treated with kindness and respect. read more

I have been coming here for over a year and a half and I don't want to go anywhere else. I get the SNS Dip on my natural nails and it's so worth it my nails normally last 3 weeks ! It's a hit or miss. I've had a bunch of trendy and cute nail looks from here. (But that all depends on who you get) Some techs can only do the basics, which might be okay if you don't shy away from that. As for time spent: Plan on spending half your day there. There isn't really a point in making an appointment unless it's right when they open. Otherwise, you more than likely will be waiting 10-30 mins past your appointment time. It's so hard to find a good nail salon. Compared to others, this one isn't bad. Like I said, hit or miss. If you go during slower times, it's heavenly. If you go during their peak times good luck. read more

The first time I went here they did such a good job, the guy who did my nails I think was at chair 3 and he was awesome and went above and beyond for me. The second time I went made me decide to never go back. My nails are totally different lengths and shapes, and I had 3 different people trying to fix my nails because they were so bad, but no one seemed to actually care. My polish is bumpy and no one could seem to do a simple smiley face :( And on top of all that it was 45 dollars for an awful fill. read more

Classy nails is the bast nail salon in Tucson. Every technician is so talented and can do anything you want. I showed my nail tech a picture off Pinterest that I wanted and she matched the colors for me and did an even better job!! While she was working on my nails Lee the owner constantly would come over and watch her work. They really care and want you to love your nails! And a bonus, if you happen to break or chip a nail you can come in when ever and they will fix it for you. They also have lots of snack! I always get dip nails there because they are so so good and not a lot of people have mastered the technic. Finally they care about your nails I used to get a fake nail tip glued on with dip over because I didn't think I could have long strong nails. My nail tech convinced me to stop getting it and let them grow to prevent damage and look the best and she was read more

I had a horrible experience here, the lady that was supposed to help me was extremely rude I sat there she didn't say a word like she was angry or too busy for any customer, she starts grinding my nails, when she is done she aggressively and without warning pulls the towel from under my hands and arms then she wraps my nails in cotton with acetone and foil just to start taking them off in less than 3 seconds to start grinding them again I tell her I don't want that because my nails are too thin already she mumbles and keeps doing it then I have too tell her I dont want that and to just wait until my nails are soaked and ready for the nail polish to come off on it's own, I wait there 2 minutes by that time my nails were ready to be scraped off and she makes me get up from my seat and tells me to wait at front because she was greedy to take another customer, I got up and left. Last time I was there the same lady did my nails and she knew I did not like her using the grinder so much, she only did 2 coats and by the next days my nails were already chipping my cuticles were lifting like if she did it in purpose. After leaving I called the receptionist to tell her about what happened, I did not ask her for anything, and all she did was make excuses for the lady's attitude. I was a regular so imagine what they will do to a new customer. Don't waste your time, don't waste your money there is plenty of other cleaner places you can go to. read more

I have been coming here for the past two years. They use to be pretty good and I was usually always pretty content with how my nails came out. I came back today and I can't agree enough HOW DIRTY this place is. My hands on the nail table could feel dust and nail particles from previous people, it seemed like they were reusing clippers, cuticle cutters, etc without sanitizing them first. My nails were badly filed and are getting caught on everything. Honestly I was so upset the whole time I was there. Definitely will not be back and I am super sad about it. read more

I have never really had a bad experience here prior to this, but also never been anything but toe gel polish. I just simply don't understand how anyone could finish a set like this and charge someone 40$ when it looks this horrible. It was honestly not even worth asking to fix because I knew he saw no issues and would be angry. The environment was hostile and tense once business started picking up; customers would get very unnecessarily snappy responses to questions or requests. There is 0 care for the customer here and you are far better off going anywhere else. I went to the salon next plaza over and had them fixed in like 10 minutes and was so much happier with the results. You can clearly see why!!! read more

Visiting Tucson yesterday my friend and my first stop was the nail place. The appearance is nice we called ahead and they said we could come straight in. The nail polish setup is odd. However nice if you're getting regular polish for the pedicure and gel for the manicure. They pair up the polish. After about ten minutes into the pedicure they offered a package to remove callus and other lotions. I wish they offered it before the pedicure started as it was our first time in the salon. When you look at the polish you can tell its not 100% even but only if you really look at it and it's bright out. Over all the experience wasn't bad. read more

The place was chaotic- they were overbooked and the girl at the front desk did not know what she was doing so all the workers, especially my nail tech, kept yelling at her and telling her what to do, he was more concerned with this than my nails and ended up gluing my skin to the acrylic nail and then burning it under the UV light. After it was completely unbearable I asked him if I could wash my hands off and he said "no it's fine the glue always burns it will go away soon" but it did not go away, in fact it burned for six hours straight. when I got home I could see most of my fingers were bleeding but there was no way I could've fixed it or put medicine on it because it was underneath all the glue!!!! when The pain began to go away the next day I noticed all my fingers were crooked And wonky!! I will never be going to classy nails again and you shouldn't either unless you want to get burned and told no when you try to go fix it after your nail tech doesn't do anything to help you read more
