VERY Dissatisfying!!! I have came back and talked my daughter into giving them extra chances as well. Brought my sister and both daughters and service was terrible for all!!!!! My sister was cut during her pedicure, my daughter and I were both burned with the dremel. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE I have wasted my time and money coming here They rush through the job leaving things not done properly and causing unneccessary return trips to fix the issues. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!!!!! read more

Let's start this on a positive note. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. The stations were clean and overall it was good experience. I asked for what I thought was a basic manicure and a gel pedicure. The pedicure was pretty typical, it looks nice, basic gel, nothing special or crazy that I couldn't get anywhere else. I would go back to get a pedi. On to the manicure, where we take a turn. Generally, I do my nails myself, and I think I will be going back to that. I have small fingers to begin with and my nails were at different lengths since I had gotten too busy to keep up with them. I was charged 20$ for my nails to be filed and shaped and for my cuticles to be cut. I didn't get any nail polish, not even a clear coat, which she had asked me if I wanted, and I had said yes. Overall, I hated the shape that she did, it was very square and made my fingers look very stumpy. What really bothered me was that my nail beds and cuticles looked worse off than when I came in, some of my cuticles are still completely intact like they were just passed over. These are both things that could have been easily fixed I'm sure, but they never gave me the opportunity to even tell them I didn't like what they had done. After paying, I sat in the car for a good 5 minutes debating if I should go back inside and ask them to fix it. However, my social anxiety got the better of me, and I ended up just going home and fixing it myself. read more

It had been years since I came here and I'm so glad I stopped in today. I am so pleased with the acrylic set and ombré gel manicure Amy gave me. It's exactly what I wanted and better. She did a fantastic job and for only $45! I will definitely be coming back. This is my new nail salon. All of the employees really care about their craft. The ones that didn't have clients were doing each other's nail and experimenting with new techniques like dip ombré. Highly recommend this place read more

Came right at 6pm to get pedicures with my mom thinking they closed at 7pm. However, when we arrived they informed us they were closing at 6pm and the hours shown on the internet were incorrect. We started to leave but a couple technicians said they could still take us. It was the sweetest gesture and says a lot about them as a business. My mom and I had been looking forward to pedicures all day so it meant a lot that they stayed later to accommodate us. Our technicians were the sweetest and did not rush our pedicures despite it being after hours. I've always loved getting my nails done here but this made me love them even more! read more

I have been here before and had a good experience. This time, it seemed like unless you're a regular they really don't care about your experience. I did not make an appointment and said I did not mind waiting. They got me into chair very quickly and I did not have to wait more than a few minutes. Then, I'm assuming Le, ordered a very inexperienced technician to attend to me. I don't know what he said to her, but it seemed like she wasn't being treated well. This technician was very nice, but clearly did not know what she was doing. She didn't even file my nails after clipping them. But she was very nice and did a good job on my cuticles, and my nails looked fine when I left. I went home and filed my nails to even out the sharp edges where she cut them. Didn't like how the manager treated me or the other technicians. read more

Not the best, the First Lady didn't do a good job at the pink coat it's like she didn't really care she was doing it so fast, she wasn't very friendly. unfortunately she also just gave me pink nails and then sent me to go get them dried but I had asked for the clouds and stars too I showed her the picture when she first asked me what I wanted, and when I asked if she was gonna finish she said I didn't tell her about the clouds or stars which I did I showed her the picture. So they had to send me with another guy and the guy was actually really nice I like the stars he did that, and he tried his best with the clouds so that's fine. I don't think this set was worth $42. read more

Since relocating back to Tucson I decided to visit the closest salon to my residence, and I've been very pleased with the service. The staff is very nice, courteous considerate of time, efficient, effective and the results are fantastic. This evening I got to work with nail tech, Jackie who did a lovely job on my dip manicure. Van, the manager on duty made it a point to walk around and checked in on all of the clients adding such a nice touch of customer service. Thank you both for such a great experience. See you all in a few weeks! read more

They have never let me down! I always go in for a pedicure & I have always been treated amazing. Prices are consistent as well as the effort they put into making sure the experience is amazing. I have always hopped around looking for a consistent nail salon but I've really found that here. I will NEVER go anywhere else after spending the last two years here. Many salons provide pedicure prices without the details that this salon has to offer. I sometimes have the nail of my larger toe grow into the side of my skin and anytime that happens they have never failed to fix it for me without me even having to ask. Their attention to detail can't be beat. Highly recommend the spring pedicure specials they are only $40! read more

I made an appointment and I've been waiting over 30 mins.... whats the point of making an appointment if it does nothing. They need to be way better and figure out their scheduling. My nails turned out so average chunky and messy read more

I've never left a bad review before but my experience at this salon was too atrocious to ignore. I have never experienced such disrespectful and combative customer service! The man who did my pedicure was antagonistic, aggressive and rude. He spent the entire time making fun of me, sighing in exasperation and rolling his eyes. He was so angry that he completely skipped the massage, exfoliation and paraffin wax part of the treatment. All of this I would forgive if my nails turned out beautifully. But they look horrible. The polish is messy, the nail shaping is uneven and the skin on my feet looks worse than when I went in. My manicure was better because I had a different esthetician. The polish is sloppy and thick, my nails were cut incredibly short and she cut my cuticles in several places but at least she didn't try to humiliate me. I'm sure there are esthetician's working there that are respectful and talented. But I will never return. I get manicures and pedicures for self care and relaxation not to be subjected to degradation and debasement. read more

I went to Classy Nails today, I made an appointment for 5:30. I got there and waited for about 30 minutes. I asked to get a French tip. This is a common design any nail tech should be able to do. I showed the tech a picture of my nails that were done at Nail Lounge, which I have uploaded for you to see. First I was told I cannot get a baby pink color like I wanted. The entire time I was getting my nails done the tech was really rough with my hands. He kept making comments about how acrylics were too much work and that he wouldn't be doing it again. He also cut my skin a couple times. Then I was passed off to another tech to pain my nails which I have NEVER had done during a French manicure. I've only had my nail tech use chisel or dip powder. They were done in the weirdest way. She used this goopy old polish that has probably been there since forever. She had to take it off and repaint it several times because she kept missing spots, there was fuzz IN THE POLISH, or other debris. I kept having to tell them "hey this is wrong " that it took three hours for them to do my nails. I have never been at a nail salon for more than an hour. My nails came out misshapen, chunky, gooey, and just plain bad. I'm sorry but that is not a French tip. A beauty school student could've done a far better job. I paid 60 dollar for this. Not only was the work horrible but so was the service. Everyone was rude and made me feel bad for just requesting the style I wanted. I wanted to get my nails done and feel good but they were so awful I cried. I'd like a refund read more

I don't usually write reviews but I had a pretty negative experience here and wanted to share. I've been coming here for gel manicures for the last several months and I've always been super happy. I got my nails done last Thursday and it was fine until the person doing them mentioned that his gel machine wasn't working properly. I would've asked for someone else, but he was almost done so I just hoped for the best. Two days later my nails started chipping heavily. I decided to call and just let them know what had happened. The person I spoke with advised me to come back in and that he would redo my nahimself. When I went in, he wasn't there and the person at the front desk was super short and aggravated when I explained the situation to him. He asked me who had done my nails originally and when I couldn't recall the person's name, he was even more frustrated. They were busy so I tried to be patient but I eventually left when I realized that I probably wouldn't be helped. I'm super disappointed because I really liked this place up until now. Update: I went in again because I didn't want one bad experience to outweigh the many good experiences I've had. My friend and I went in right when they opened and they accommodated us right away. My technician was super great. I will continue to go and just be sure to request the same person for every visit. read more

I have been here a couple times because they have the best dip colors but I won't ever go back. Today I just wanted a basic manicure and it was a horrible experience. Cut my cuticles so much that they burn now. Filed my nails so poorly (they were a nice shape before) that they are literally sharp and jagged now. And the polish, wow, my 6 year old niece can do better. Laid it on so thick that it got all those nasty little bubbles and if definitely won't be dry before bed even though it's only 5pm. Not to mention she put it on sloppy and it's not even smooth. I'll be taking it off myself and fixing my nails myself. I can't believe I even paid, I should have said no, but didn't really see how bad they were until I was out in the sunshine UPDATE: I did tell her that I was very unhappy and it looked terrible and she offered to take the nail polish off but I still had to pay read more

Being in a service industry is hard. I know that. Which is why I try to be kind with reviews for these places. But when the employees treat you so horribly you end up in tears, you feel a responsibility to warn others. Walking in: Don't make an appointment beforehand because it will just confuse them and you will still have to wait for 30 minutes. And don't worry it you're not sure what to do because they will be there to make you feel like an idiot. Pedicure: If you have even a little bit of insecurity about your feet, don't get a pedicure because they will openly point, criticize and laugh at your feet and legs. Then, they will refuse to do parts of the service that you signed up for. With me, they skipped the paraffin wax and the massage. Manicure: Time to discuss getting my nails done. I got tips with the OPI dip powder. A service I have had many times before and was listed on their website. The person doing my nails said at least six times "This is such a pain in the ass". Then, proceeded to criticize the other employees for "refusing to do it" because it takes too much time. They gave me no instructions when they needed me to do something and then reprimanded me when I was confused stating, "You should've asked". I then heard a wonderful story from the employee about how terrible it was to work there stating, "It must be nice for you to not have to put up with this s**t all day". I am now left with a serious regret, I didn't walk out. Holding back my tears left me trying to say as little words as possible hoping that I could get out of there without embarrassing myself. I'm sure that there may be nice people working there, but the people (two different people) were absolutely atrocious and treated me like dirt. I will never be returning and I hope that others save themselves the pain of putting up with this place. read more

Overall, I was pretty disappointed. I've been here before and it was ok, but my experience today left a lot to be desired. First of all, I called to make an appointment later in the afternoon, but they said they weren't busy and would not let me make an appointment. When I got there, I had to sign in and wait 30 minutes which was extremely frustrating. Second, their pedicure stations desperately need to be cleaned! I was grateful I wasn't getting a pedicure. One station had old, used cotton in the bowl, and another station had sitting water in it (who knows how long it had been there). I attached a picture for reference. Lastly, the gentleman who did my fill did not get the tip of the nail, leaving them looking unfinished. read more

I love this place and have been going to them since HS... 17 years.. Viet is my go to nail pro.. thank you all so much! Highly recommended

Worst pedicure in the whole wide world...yes, I said world! Never will I ever waste my money here again. Just TERRIBLE all around!

Never again. I ditched this place for several months because the staff is so unbelievably rude. I decided to give it another chance today. Never again. Weakest pedicure ever, she caressed my leg and foot for ten minutes. Where is the massage? And when she finished painting, I noticed the shape was off. So she decided to file them while the paint was wet! Who does that? Why do people go here? Never again, did I already say that? read more

I have only had good experiences at this place, for both pedicures and gel manicures. I've never had waxing services. It's huge--great for groups--and busy, but it's not loud, which I like. I've never had the same technician twice, and you're just assigned to the next free person, but I don't particularly care, because I go for pedicures mostly to be able to sit with my feet, relax into a massage chair, and read a book. I don't need to make small talk with anybody, and everyone I've had for pedicures here seems to understand that--we're not rude to each other, but we also don't feel the need to talk. Technicians can talk to themselves, I can read my book, other clients can talk to themselves or look at the phone, and everyone's happy. My nails always come out looking nice, and I'm not a particularly flashy person. Basically, this is everything I want in a nail salon--tidy and comfortable, clean, reasonably priced, up to code, and not flashy or ridiculous with silly amenities that drive up the price and aren't that great to begin with. A regular pedicure costs, as of March 2019, $26. Tips have to be made in cash, so plan accordingly. read more

Excellent pedicure, I highly recommend the fresh orange. Manicure was a totally different story. I had a pictures of what I wanted ..white tips with silver and blue design (just some lines and dots) half way through the manicure, the man tells me that it is an old design and out of style. If he couldn't do it, would have been nice to know at the start, and I would have requested someone else. He suggests the "new" cat eye, which is not new. He did my whole hand at once, so the cat eyes are good on some nails, but not on others (when I have had them in the past, they do 1 nail at a time and set it.) Very disappointing experience...and I was charged $45 for my manicure. I typically pay $30 for gel fills. I talked to the lady in charge twice and expressed my disappointment, she did nothing. She said they look ok. I showed her what I had wanted and she said, that would be easy, he could have done it. We were a party of 6, 6 pedis and a mani...we all enjoyed the pedis, but wont be back because of the poor manicure and poor customer service. They have lost several future customers! read more

My friend and I stopped by here for gel pedicures with no appointment. Luckily, they were open to walk-ins. The space felt clean and polished with soft lighting.
