As I was returning to my car, I could see it from a distance, someone had "keyed " scratch, the entire length of the driver's side of my vehicle. It was severe. Rule of thump: put water on a scratch on your auto finish, if the scratch disappears it can be buffed out. When I got home I ran the hose,wet the car, the scratch remained completely visible. As I'm new to Raleigh, and new to NC I didn't know who to call. I opened the Yelp app and contacted several repair shops based on reviews. They all responded promptly and gave a quote except one. The first one to respond didn't give me a quote, he set a time for the next day when he could come see it in person. The day Travis arrived a few minutes early and I was ready. He inspected the scratch and gave me a quote, best by several hundred $$ I was skeptical, I told Travis I was awaiting to hear from a couple more shops but I would let him know either way within a couple hours. I had a good feeling about Travis so even though his very much lower price gave me a "too good to be true" vibe, I needed my car fixed so I texted Travis. We set a time for two days later as I had to work around my schedule. Travis' two helpers arrived early, before Travis. They explained they would prep the car and could start immediately. I left them to get started as I had a project had had to attend. When I looked outside maybe 20 mins later Travis was there his truck unloaded, equipment set up. All three seemed very busy. What they had to do to get that scratch out was unreal. The scratch wasn't just to the metal, the metal was scratched as well. It was a lot of work many steps in the process and it took some time. As they neared completion of the project, one of the guys found me in my backyard and filled me in. I started towards my car, already close enough where the scratch was previously visible, I saw shiny pint. I continued to close the distance, scrutinizing with increased intensity. I was at the car, scanning the previously damaged area with my eyes. I saw no sign of any damage, no residual of the scratch whatsoever. My nightmare was over, Travis and his guys made my car look like brand new. I can once again drive my car with pride. I recommend Same Day Bumper and Grill all day every day and twice on Sunday Than you Travis !!

Someone hit and ran my Tesla in a parking lot on May 5th. It was a terrible situation and I…read morecontacted Tesla and the told me this was the only authorized repair center that works on Tesla. I met with then to get an estimate, Mark said it would be around a price and by that afternoon I got the estimate for the damages. It was under $1800 which was fine. The only downside would be how long it would take to get the part since Tesla is a new company. By june 17th I got a phone call to bring the car in they got the part and it took 5 days to repair. The staff was nice and friendly, they were very helpful only con, I work and live in Greensboro and the traffics to the location was unbearable. Raleigh sucks, I left to pick up my car at 2:30 got there at 4:40 and got home by 6:30 what a exhausting trip for something wasn't my fault but that's no fault to them, I wish there was one in Greensboro or Tesla service centers closer to Greensboro. I would recommend these people to any Tesla owner, but be warned you will have to wait for the parts.

Picked my car up on Saturday and I noticed a smell. On Sunday I attempted to clean my car out thinking I may have left something that soured or spoiled in it after the accident. That is when I noticed that my back seat and floor was soaking wet. I immediately notified Caliber thinking they left a window open when we had that huge rain storm. To which I'm told no they didn't but maybe a seal. Bring it back we will look. I bought it in today, it's still wet, it hasn't rained since I got the car back and they are saying they seals are fine. So my car is still wet and mildew smelly. There was no attempt to make it right and at the end of the day, they had the vehicle it happened while in their possession, but I am now having to take it to get detailed/cleaned which is an expense to me. They take your car somewhere you cannot watch, I got it back, although the tint job itself looked pretty good, it does not do much in the way of blocking heat, can still feel it on my face and arm when driving. Does not look very clear but maybe that is because it is new IDK. What I really am disappointed in is that it seems they never used a drop rag or something to prevent the soap from dripping down my door panels and into my Harmon Kardon speakers nor did they try to even wipe it off. I cleaned it off with a damp microfiber and most came off, got my rear seat wet, I noticed my Alcantara seat in the back now has some wrinkles. Oh and the label they use telling you to not roll down your windows leaves glue residue on the buttons when you remove it. Just cant recommend these folks, they are not very friendly, its like I was bothering them just me being there. Tint looks pretty good though and the price was the cheapest bar none. But I was hoping for a better quality product and better care for my car. Oh and Reving my engine in the service bay is not cool, Make sure you put your car in Valet mode if you take your car here. I give them a 2 out of 5, wish I went elsewhere even if they were more.
