    I brought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler to John's Collision Center after damaging my front bumper. The Jeep dealership body shop was literally right across the street from John's, but they didn't get great reviews. I'm happy with the repair. The end result was close enough to what I remember when I bought the Jeep new. They even saved me on my deductible for an insurance miss. The best part was that the repair was done pretty much the same day I dropped it off. I was prepared for a long week of back and forth which never happened. After photo below:

    We've taken our car here twice. Once in 2016 for a second estimate. The prior estimate was for…read morejust under $1,000. Caliber managed to buff and polish the scratches on our bumper so that no one except us could see the damage. Cost = ZERO. I was seriously impressed. So, in early 2017, we were hit in a parking lot by a 91 year old driving a Cadillac. I told my insurance company I wanted to bring the car to Caliber, and happily, they were an approved repair shop. The car was in the shop the next day, fixed within two weeks - including them buffing and polishing damage on the other side of the car that was unrelated to this claim. Again cost was ZERO. These people are efficient, do great work, keep in touch throughout the process and have Enterprise rent a car onsite. Our cars will never go anywhere else if we need body work.

    I was told that since I did not want to use my insurance company for the reinstallation of one of…read moremy outside, rear view mirrors, that I would have to pay in advance for the installation of a new mirror, including buying a new mirror, priming, painting, etc. It only took a couple hours for them to finish and have my car ready for pickup and that was using my old mirror and that the advance for the new mirror, priming, painting, etc. would be refunded to my charge card with no restocking fees. Ultimately, they did not have to use a new mirror. It's been over 12 weeks and they still have not refunded anything to my charge card as promised. No one will call me back. Who can I talk to?

This is a true white glove service collision center…read morewith top notch service, and it's the only "preferred" collision center for Tesla other than Tesla's own collision shops. I had cosmetic damage from an accident that was luckily cut and dry not my fault thanks to a dash camera. - estimate appointment was available in a week, they only do estimates in-person (unlike some other places that do online estimates using photos). This does seem like a long time, however other shops I reached out to were all 1-2 weeks out and Tesla's own shop was a month out. - you work with one person through the entire process who oversees everything. I cannot emphasize enough how nice this is. In contrast, every time you call or chat in app with Tesla's shop it's always a different person. Things can get lost/delayed/overlooked pretty easily like that. I worked with Brent and he was fantastic. - once I talked to the insurance adjuster and let them know of my choice for the shop and once I signed the papers, I was able to drop off the car in 11 days with 10 day ETA for the repair. Insurance I had a claim through has some sort of agreement with Triangle Collision where they direct bill them and handle all the paperwork for you. I spoke exactly one time with the insurance adjuster, Triangle Collision had me sign one paper via email to get the ball rolling, I then signed a paper at drop off and at pickup, that's it. Very easy. - drop off was a breeze, they are partners with Enterprise and they call a shuttle for you to get you to the local nearby Enterprise branch to pick up a rental car - Brent provided regular updates and the car was done 2 days ahead of schedule - pickup was very easy, they allow you to drop off the rental car right at the shop, you just can't beat the convenience of that I'm very satisfied with the repair, you can't tell the car was repaired. Paint is matched perfectly. I received a warranty booklet for the repair too, hopefully won't need to use it ever! From the research I've done the final cost of the repair turned out to be on the higher side, but you get what you pay for. I would not think twice about choosing any other collision center but this one for my future car body work needs.
