You can definitely find a better repair shop. My 2023 Yukon was hit and the damage was extensive. The repair was to take 8 weeks. They called me when they started the repairs and I have not received a call from them since. I had to call several times to get someone to give me an answer on the status. Then on the day the car was to be completed they said the alignment shop found that the frame was damaged. So now they have to take the car back apart and install a new frame. Not to mention what else they may have missed repairing the car. read more

My 2023 vehicle needed its rear bumper and muffler replaced due to being rear-ended. My customer experience at Classic Collision (Bethelview, Cumming) was very poor. Over the 3 week experience, there was extremely poor communication. I received infrequent updates and had calls unreturned. I reminded them 4 times about an issue that was unresolved after a previous visit and they did not even address that issue until I arrived to pick up the vehicle. read more

awful- took my car in to be repaired. Picked my car up when it was done and my passen side mirror was damaged and they claim it wasn't done there. even though I have pics of it undamaged when they checked it in and the damaged mirror at pickup. They refuse to take responsibility. read more

Terribly disappointed - wish I had gone elsewhere. If you are a Tesla owner I suggest you go elsewhere. In my opinion the person whose card says he is the GM is just a con man and his minions are no better. I view the work as sub-par (you just have to compare the repaired area to the opposite original area). I accepted my car just so I could get it away from them. The first attempt to pick up the car was aborted - they tried to tell me the roughly 3 inch drip in the paint was just a clear coat issue that could be buffed out. That was BS and yet they seemed to think I was an idiot and would accept this. Maybe they were right because today I accepted the car in a condition that was far less than perfect, after waiting for them to "fix" the paint problem. (their attempt to "buff out" the issue resulted in, as expected, the need to repaint part of the car). Worth noting that the very first thing the tech did was unplug the hard drive for the sentry cam. He didn't even wait until he had the car in the service bay. And by MY calculation, the odometer had quite a few more miles on it that would be justified by sitting at a collision repair center. On top of this, they took the car to a 3rd party for an alignment (BEFORE replacing the damaged wheel) and the car now seems to have a pronounced pull to the right. I need to drive it more to understand just how bad it is compared to when I dropped it off. I should have walked away when the "GM" told me they would order the parts for the car AFTER I signed over the insurance checks (because Tesla would take so long to send the pars). I trusted the Tesla certification - NEVER AGAIN. In my opinion - THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF. I made nice to get away from them today - now I will find a proper professional shop to get the work re-done. read more

Issues came up after the repair at another body shop where their repair had to be completed/fixed due to how it was done. I would have never known nut someone hit the car in a parking lot. This went back on the insurance to resolve the issue. I will not use this place again. I will go out of my way for better repair. read more

Couldn't be more pleased with my service at Classic Collision. Irene at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I received text messages every day updating me on the progress of my vehicle. It was done a day ahead of schedule and when we came to pick it up it had been cleaned inside and out! I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend! read more

I chose Classic Collision based on a reference that someone else had given me on having their car repaired. In their case as well as mine, the insurance company was paying for the repair. So I can't comment specifically on their costs compared to others. What I can tell you is that State Farm recommended them and agreed to pay what they charged to repair my daughter's car. I waited a couple of weeks before posting this review, because I wanted to make sure the repairs were good and the car continued to drive well. Sofar, my daughter reports the car is driving very well. I drove it myself and it drove as well as before the accident. In my case it was a front fender repair which also required repainting side panels and the hood. The most important thing I can say about my experience with Classic Collision is that their customer service is probably the best customer service experience I've had in the past 5 years. In fact I would put it right up their with my experiences at Disney. They were always friendly and accommodating, they called me every other day to give me an update on the status of my car, and they always went out of their way to get any questions I had answered. I was truly impressed! In regards to the repairs, like I said the car drove as well as it did before the accident. When we came to pick it up at the location, my daughter was surprised to see how good it actually looked. They had detailed the car inside and out and the paint job made it look like a brand new car. I personally would and have already recommended Classic Collision to others. I think they are a quality operation and you won't be disappointed. read more

What a great experience! From start to finish, Brad at Classic Collision walked me through the whole process. He help me negotiate with the insurance company of the driver who hit me, got my car fixed in three days when the insurance company told me it could be two weeks, and even took care of getting my rental car returned! I've asked around and have visited 2 of the Classic Collision centers in the area. These guys do good work. But they are very very expensive. I'm not saying they are dishonest, but it's difficult to reason with them on pricing. For example...$800 to repair a little paint scratch? Are you kidding me! You should definitely shop around before giving them all your hard earned money. read more

This is the first Classic Collision to engage in fraud in my 20 years of using their locations, and I've learned the hard way that each location is an independently owned franchise. If you love other locations (Sandy Springs, Buford Highway), don't assume this place is honest too because it's not. Their estimate of $3800 was promised to be a "midrange" estimate which lured me into making a $500 deposit, then they tripled that to over $9000 when they had the car disassembled and refused to return the car to one driveable piece (it drove great coming in) so I could retrieve it. Fortunately my Mercedes dealership reached out to a more reputable Classic Collision location who would flatbed my car to them for an honest repair. This John's Creek location then charged almost $300 "restocking fee" for parts they had not unboxed yet, and they cost me another $300 in rental car charges while they messed around disassembling my car. I should have known when I walked into the overbuilt expensive car dealership-like new building that they had to pay for it somehow. read more

Classic collision was a great place to take my car in for body work after I was in an accident. My first dealings with the company was when I called and spoke to the receptionist. I don't remember her name but she was very knowledgeable and polite and made me want to take my car in for repairs. Walking into the office and talking to my appraiser was also a pleasant experience. He explained the process and afterwards I was sure that I had taken my car to the right place. I was impressed with the daily follow up emails and texts I received on the progress that was being made. My car was completed earlier than promised and overall Im very happy with the results. I hope I dont have a need for a body shop in the future but if I do I know where to go. read more
