Jason has been so communicative every step of the way with both me and the adjuster. It has been such an easy and seamless process of getting my car fixed, and he also made sure that I was able to get a rental car covered by the driver's insurance the same day as dropping my car off. The Enterprise is located right next door to the shop (so it was super convenient and I didn't have to worry about getting a ride somewhere else to get the rental). Ade, the owner of this "business" is extremely unethical and dishonest. I had a deep scratch in the center of the hood of my car and also a smaller scratch on my left rare door, which he said the entire hood and the door will need to be repainted and quoted me $450 and $400. Instead, what I got was a touched up, scratch on both panels and clearcoat overspray that left the hood and the door looking even worse than with just the two scratches. So I questioned the quality of this paint job and he told me his technician can buff out the clearcoat defects if I bring the car back on the next business day, and asked for full payment of the job which was poorly done and incomplete. I refuse to give him full payment and instead paid him $500 and I came back the next business day to have his technician buff out the clearcoat defects. But after his technician attempted for over an hour to buff out the defects, he told me the entire hood needs to be repainted as that's the only way to fix it. Since I had no further confidence that this paint shop could actually do a quality job. I left and demanded my money back which Ade, the owner refused. So now I am stuck with a hood and a door that is in worst condition with clear coat defects and overspray on neighboring panels, which I now have to get fixed. Stay away from this business and go to a trustworthy, quality paint shop.

And even when my insurance wasn't working with me, Troy sat with me and explained every step of what he'd do to fix my car and how much the whole job would cost down to the penny, and then charged me exactly that. He even respected my request to just get a quote on the mechanics damage only for right now, and I can get the aesthetics fixed later. I can not recommend a more honest and caring place to get your car worked on. The whole team here is super helpful and when I come back to make my car pretty again, I am looking forward to seeing them again. (And finishing our conversation on BBQ recommendations in the area.)

I had my son with me and he arranged for them to drive me back home which helped a great deal because I didn't have take a uber. They had my car for about a day Nicholas called me and provided updates as needed and he called me as soon as the car was done. I arrived about 30 minutes later to get my car and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. My new grill looks awesome and everyone at Friendship was a pleasure to deal with.
