The donuts from Class One are the most quintessential donuts. Most of their options are those of a classic donut and they do it perfectly! Always fresh and light. Sometimes at donut places you get an after taste of the oil but you don't get that here. And the employees are always so nice to all the customers. I was around this area and was craving cronuts. Found this little shop on yelp and decided to give it a try. The worker was friendly. I got the strawberry shortcake Cronut and it was delicious! I've had a few cronuts and I would saw this is one of my favorites! It was crispy, with the texture of a croissant and donut. The strawberry shortcake and the glazed Cronut complimented each other very well and wasn't too sweet. Not sure if they do Nutella banana too, but I didn't see it on the rack. Once I pick up a donut, I just can't stop eating it until it's all gone. Hide the boxes now!! We stopped by Class One because of a friend referral and we were so happy that we did! The service is excellent and so friendly. The donuts that we had here were really delicious and definitely were not soggy. Some of the other donut stores in the area sell donuts that are soggy or sometimes very oily so I feel like I'm having a heart attack while eating those.. but not with the donuts from Class 1! Their donuts stay fresh throughout and the donuts that are meant to be harder (like the old fashioned) maintain its shape and integrity. The donuts are also not too sweet and pair perfectly with a cup of coffee or milk. Parking is ample as it shares a grocery store in the lot and several fast food locations nearby. My daughter received a cronut from Class One as a gift, but my husband ate it. He then raved about how good it was, so I had to go and grab some to try. I got a chocolate bar that had chocolate inside and chocolate chips on top. It sounds like a lot but it was perfect. Today we went back for sandwiches and cronuts (they were out the first time). The employees/owners are always super nice to my daughter. We picked up tiger tails, cinnamon rolls, and sprinkles donuts many times and they always give us a few donut holes to take home. You all know the banners on the walls: "coldest beer in town", "best chicken in the city", and when it comes to Class One, "best doughnuts in Glendora". I'm not sure if I was just being a little critical, but I definitely took it as a bold claim, and after looking at the raving reviews, decided to stop in to see what the buzz was all about.   It's a big place, but they have a very simple selection. Unfortunately, they were out of a lot of my favorite classics, such as regular glazed, coconut topped, and anything with nuts. I ordered a few and pulled out the cash, surprised that 4 doughnuts were more than $8! These must be good, I thought to myself. That thought didn't last long. Worst tasting were the regular rings, a maple and a sugar sprinkled. The dough was dense and almost reminiscent of a cake over a golden-fried doughnut. You know the kind that breaks instead of tears? Yeah, ugh. Most offensive was the "special" Madagascar doughnut, which just had what was supposed to be a flavored glaze, and just had a single, small raspberry on top; no filling and the same dry, cake-y dough as the rest. Not what it used to be. I've been buying donuts here for 9 years and it has always been a great local neighborhood donut shop. Unfortunately, with rising costs it seems as though they have begun cutting back on quality. My daughter enjoys custard cream fills and the last several times there has been about one bite of cream inside, leaving her disappointed. I just had a raspberry jelly today that also had about one bite of filling. If they are going to raise the prices on filled donuts as they have, they should at least maintain the same quality. Went in again a week later and made a purchase, after fixing my coffee I forgot and left my sunglasses on the counter. I was out of town for a week and returned asking if they found my glasses, all the employees said yes they did and started looking for them, the owner came out and said to leave my phone number and he would call me when he found them. Two days later I went back, the owner was very rude and disrespectful and said someone must of moved them.
