Great boba, tea and coffee with large portion sizes. With so many options to choose from Josh was a big help in giving recommendations as well as providing excellent service. Will definitely be coming back here again.

I was excited to try Class 302 since they specialize in Taiwanese food, and of course, I had to try their boba since bubble tea originated in Taiwan! It did not disappoint. The tea had a really good, rich tea base, which made the drink stand out. They have a great variety of Taiwanese dishes, from savory comfort food to snacks and desserts. We tried their popcorn chicken, and it was on point! It had that familiar Taiwanese flavor and seasoning I was hoping for. Very crispy, savory, and full of that classic taste. Definitely a must-order if you love Taiwanese-style popcorn chicken! Their beef noodle soup was another highlight. It was warm and hearty. It's the kind of bowl that feels like a cozy meal, especially when you're craving something soothing and satisfying. Their shaved ice is a bestseller as well. The ice is incredibly smooth and fluffy, and the portion is really huge, it's definitely big enough to share. It's the perfect refreshing dessert for a hot summer day. The servers were very attentive, and the restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable. Parking is shared with the other restaurants in the plaza, so expect it to get pretty packed during rush hours and especially on weekends. Overall, a great spot for Taiwanese food and a refreshing boba fix!

I had been to the Rowland Heights location in several years ago and I liked it, so I wanted to give this location a try. Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing since some of the dishes didn't feel as authentic as I remembered. The Taiwanese sausage was not good at all, and the pork chop was also underwhelming. The stir-fried noodles and popcorn chicken were the only dishes we really enjoyed. The service wasn't very attentive, either. On the bright side, the food came out pretty fast and the interior still has the nostalgic Taiwanese classroom theme, with old-school desks and tables that add to the atmosphere.

This is one of the few authentic Taiwanese "theme" restaurants, with some unique specialties. I was pleasantly surprised that the store nearly full and about half of the patrons were non-Chinese, it's great that more and more people are discovering authentic Taiwanese food. We usually come here for Taiwanese bento and beef noodle soup, and we decided to try something different this time, and everything was good. The highlight was definitely the stinky Tofu, it was perfectly fried and with a nice "stinky" smell, and it was very good. Ok this one is probably not for beginners, as it is likely an acquired taste. The thick noodles was soothing and just what we needed. The satay hot pot was very good, we had enough to bring home and continue to enjoy the next day. I called it a "themed" restaurant because the store was originally modeled after an elementary school 3rd grade classroom, the chairs, tables, bulletin board and blackboard, even the menu is sort of what you might find at a school cafeteria (of course much more fancy), there is a nostalgic, cute feeling for those of us grew up in Taiwan. For everyone else, it's a nice touch if you are into these cultural stuff.

Keeping this short and sweet because the shaved snow here will always hit and it's probably in my top 3 desserts ever in life lol. Will always do the make your own and 95% of the time pick the milk flavor with fruit and mochi. Always dreaming about this especially when it's hot! But also don't skip out on Taiwanese cafe food, always a hit as well!!

This place is so cute.. Service is quick, you sit down they give you menus and when ready they have a button that calls your server. Food is good and well portioned.. many of the dishes are shareable.. from what I saw from my neighbors. tables are school desks, it's cute.. we ordered shaved ice, and the flavors we had are subtle despite the numerous toppings. They were good but not exactly sweet, they look to be loaded with flavor but both of our very different desserts weren't sweet enough, idk the nutritional information but perhaps it is in the lighter side?? Don't get me wrong it was yummy just so subtle.

Friendly staff but service may be slower for dining since it's probably mostly a boba and ice joint, the way it's set up. The classroom theme is done well. For food, the wontons and noodles were okay. You get huge portions for all noodle soups. The oyster omelet is not bad, good ratio of ingredients and sauce. It's a little more fried eggy than average I think, reminded me of one I had at the Taipei 101 food court rather than night market or maybe US Shihlin spots. I wouldn't mind ordering any of these again. The popcorn chicken was dry. The fried tofu had the right stink but zero flavor or seasoning. The boba had mushy pearls and the tea was a bit too milky for me. Also the crazy soup container size trend I feel should have come and gone. No way I can finish that size even if it was good. Now I know what to avoid I wouldn't mind returning but wouldn't go out of my way.

I was so surprised to find this place -- I grew up going to the one in Rowland Heights, and I was really sad that it left. The pork chop was light and crunchy. It was tasty! The decor was also spot on, just like an old Taiwanese classroom

When you are feeling lazy to cook and you don't want fast food, Class 302 is such a great option. Easy order placement and pick up. The food comes well prepared and still tastes as good as if you ate it there.

small 302 Milk Tea w/ grass jelly

Decided on some boba for a dessert and Class 302 Cafe was conveniently there. Service was nice and friendly. Ordered at the counter, and drinks were out in under 10 minutes. Cozy and warm, nice liveliness to the place. Feels like a casual spot or a homey comfort spot! Got the 302 Milk Tea with grass jelly as an add-on. Average milk tea, nothing special. Average amount of ice, could be considered as too much for some people. A little too sweet initially for my liking but not overbearing and I'm not sure if they make adjustments because I didn't look into it or ask. I'd say that their original sweetness is like 80-90% level compared to the trendy affordable boba shops, and when the ice melts, it tastes 60-70% sweetness, which should be fine but it's just a bit bland when the ice completely melts for me (my preference is 60-80% sweetness for reference). For about $7, their small is worth it for 32oz, which is more than enough and a good deal for me. Can't say I'd recommend for taste and quality but for nostalgia, convenience, and quantity, I'd say it's a good option when you're in the area. I hope to stop by and try their food next time!

Excellent customer service. Nice spot to grab dessert, plenty of parking in the shopping center.

"Sit wherever you like", so we do. "Not this table, it's for bigger groups". That gave us the best laugh, specifically the area he pointed after, all the tables were extra dirty, with plates from previous patrons. So we sat on the 1 clean table available. We had the shaved ice. He only brought one spoon even tho he knew we were sharing. So I got up and got an extra one. We were almost done, and the waiter brings the 2 cups and spoons, lol. We told him it wasn't needed, he apologized for forgetting to bring it. The shaved ice was delicious, the place is either under staffed or staff needs better training.

Spicy Pork Bone Noodle Soup with Wonton

Class 302 Cafe is a very popular Taiwanese restaurant chain. This spot in Cerritos is very well run, and I highly recommend it. I've been coming recently for late night dinners, and the servers are very friendly. It's always pretty popular at night, so there are many tables taken up. It's a lively environment with fun music! This time, I tried the Spicy Pork Bone Soup with Wontons and the Fried Intestine. I actually really enjoyed both of them! The Fried Intestine in particular was very well made. The Spicy Pork Bone Soup with Wontons tasted like Malatang. I really liked the flavor of the soup. It also came with plenty of wontons and noodles. Overall, Class 302 continues to be an excellent place for great food!

Food took awhile, but it tasted good. Come here early to avoid traffic in parking lot and long wait time.

Do they still sell shaved ice cause last time I stopped by the one in Irvine but they did not have it at that location?

Some locations still do. Cerritos yes. Downey no.

Do they take apple pay?

Yes

Is this place good for a group of 7?

Yes but you may have to wait. Sometimes the place is totally dead and other times it's swamped. Matters what day and time you go as well...

We tried two appetizers; the beef in chili oil and the beef roll pancake. Beef roll pancake was my fav, always so good! The beef in chili oil was not bad, but personally I wouldn't order it again. The beef was very cold! I think that's how it is supposed to be so I understand, it's just not my preference. It tasted fine, but I'm just not a fan of the cold beef dish. I got the beef belly noodle soup and it was very good. I really like the broth and the noodles were yum. The meat was very tender as well. I would definitely get this again! When we finished our meal it did take quite a bit to get a hold of the check, but it's okay. That you do have to flag down the server for, so it could take a sec. The inside dining area was very clean and spacious and so were the restrooms!

Food: We ordered the Galbi-Tang and Sul-Long-Tang, and our food came out pretty quickly. You come here for Korean comfort food, metal dishes of banchan, enormous bowls of soup and stone pots hot enough to continue cooking your dinner while you eat it. And that stone pot is where I'd start. The gondre dolsot bibimbap was fantastic. Gondre is Korean thistle and here it gets worked through the rice with the egg, seaweed and everything else until the whole thing becomes earthy, savory and deeply satisfying. But the best part comes underneath. Leave it alone long enough and the rice against the stone develops that beautiful scorched crust, nurungji, which you eventually scrape loose and mix back through everything. That combination of the greens, sesame, egg and crispy rice is ridiculously good. There are dishes you finish because you're hungry and dishes where you keep digging around the bottom of the bowl because you're convinced there must be another good piece hiding somewhere. This was the latter. The galbitang was more complicated for me. The beef itself was excellent. Generous pieces, tender, falling easily from the bone and soft enough that our kids loved it. Plenty of green onion, too. My issue was the broth. I prefer galbitang on the restrained side so I can decide where it goes from there. Same reason I like seolleongtang arriving almost defiantly plain, give me the broth and let me dress it up myself with salt, saeujeot or whatever else I want. Han Yang has already made those decisions for you. The galbitang broth was noticeably sweet and salty and eventually it became a little much for me. That's preference as much as criticism, plenty of people will probably love it exactly as it arrives. I just wanted the volume turned down. The banchan was similarly mixed but mostly good. The napa kimchi was solid and nicely balanced. The kkakdugi was particularly good. The mustard greens, however, were ferociously sour. I like fermented food. These had me physically wincing. The dipping sauce for the galbi was excellent, though and I kept going back to it. Rice was average and a little dry. It did its job. Service was good and the whole experience was easy. The room itself has some age on it, tables are fairly close together and depending on where you're seated you may find yourself with a commanding view of the bathroom door. Nobody has ever requested the chef's table at the restroom, but here we are. Somehow I don't particularly mind any of it. Han Yang feels like a restaurant that knows what it is. It isn't polished into anonymity. People are here eating giant bowls of soup, mixing rice in scorching stone pots and getting on with their lives. And when a restaurant can put something as good as that gondre bibimbap in front of me, I can forgive a dry bowl of rice and a bathroom with excellent sightlines. Absolutely coming back. And next time, I'm getting that bibimbap again.
