I love it when Maggie the bartender puts on a high speed pursuit!

The best place to go in Seal Beach to watch Football games and have fun is hands down Clancy's! The open on the wknd and there's always hot bartenders working the early Fri- Sun! They will even change the game for you if no one else is watching. For sure you can catch your game on many of the big TV's they have there. I think it's 7 or 8 tv's. I love the fact that this bar feels like home. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. They also have one of the best bathrooms for a "Dive Bar" ha ha. The other Irisher bar doesn't even have a door in the men's bathroom! This a picture of Maggie one of the bartenders there's. She definitely provides you her Southern Hospitality!! At night they have a younger crowd so it's never a dull moment in there!

Amazing service. My friends and I were celebrating birthdays, and the bartender with blonde hair and glasses was the most welcoming and sweetest ever!! Bar was not crowded at all. Would def come again!

Once upon a time, Clancy's! This is a tried and true locals pub where everyone is welcome. There is always a good bit of Craic here. Great conversations, antics galore, and rapid-fire service. Not glamorous, but such a good time. How can you resist? The end.

Matty and Jake are the best bartenders in seal beach They will make sure you have a good time and are taken care of. Go longhorns baby

The drinks are exquisite, they are well worth your money. They're tasty, and have liquor that other places usually don't.

I'm a sucker for a good benedict, so I ordered their Irish Benedict, which is made with corned beef. This thing was loaded! It was so much food that I took about half home as leftovers. The corned beef was tender and juicy and went well with the hollandaise. I like a little more hollandaise on my benedicts, but that's personal preference. I had a tea with my meal, which was ok. I hoped that an Irish establishment would be better at handling tea than American places are, but I also understand it's a bar and most people aren't coming here to order a hot tea. There was a soccer game on when I arrived and the place was packed, but it cleared out pretty quickly once the game ended. This is a lively pub, not somewhere to come if you're looking for a quiet ambiance. That's not a bad thing, but I've noticed a few people mentioning it with surprise in other reviews so I'm pointing it out to help other people make choices in line with the type of dining experience they want to have. I personally didn't find the noise of the sports or sports fans overwhelming, and felt it added to the vibe of the place. I had one small issue while I was there and the manager was quick to make it right. I really appreciated their responsiveness and eagerness to make sure their customers are well taken care of. I will definitely be back thanks to this!

I visited this establishment and tried their Corned Beef Sandwich. I asked that they do the…read moresandwich without some sort of onion spread and they honoured that request. The sandwich was excellent. In fact the sandwich hit the spot. Perfectly. If I was to grade strictly on the sandwich alone this establishment would get a perfect score. Alas that is not the case. Washroom is satisfactory, clean and paper towels were available... good. There was a band that played part of the time... just a bunch of loud noise in my opinion. Even when the band was not playing the ambient noise level was very high. I am dinging this establishment one point due to the noise level. I have a general complaint about the personal appearance of one or more of the guys who work at this establishment. One or more of the men who worked at this establishment wore his shirt untucked. I consider that to be highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I am dinging this establishment one point for allowing guys to wear their shirts untucked as this is something I am OCD about. If I was to assign a letter grade as is done in school, this establishment would be in there solid with a "C".

I got the lettuce wraps as I am trying to watch my carbs. The chicken was flavorful however, I only like 1 of the 3 sauces it came with (not a big deal though). They have a Sunday brunch that looked really good but we got there 30 minutes before it ended, so we will go back another time to try it. Next visit I want to try their French Onion Soup! Always looking for a great one! Interior has nice cozy booths. Parking was easy with a share lot. Cocktails were great! Martinis made right! I enjoyed my glass of Malbec. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised! Bread was warm and excellent! First impressions with bread is important and they measured up! We ordered the Beet Salad and the Asian Pear Salad. Both came with fresh Burrata and so good! For entrees we ordered Sear Ahi, Salmon, and Seated Scallops. My husband waa so impressed with his salmon, his quote, the best he has ever had! I had the seated scallops. The menu stated they were East Coast, where I grew up, and why I orderd them. I can't tell you exactly the differencebl but I prefer them back there vs West Coast, seem more meaty to me. They were preoared perfectly, definitely enjoyed the dush along with the side cous cous (pearl type) and lots of colorful al dente veggies! Our son ordered the appetizer size of the Seared Ahi. Perfect size when paired with a full size salad! It also was an excellent pick! Desserts. This place is known for their inhouse made desserts. If you know me, you know I have a sweet tooth. Nice offering if desserts. Since it wa our anniversary, they comp'd us a dessert of our choice! Very nice! We ordered two, Bread Pudding and Apple Tart. Both were excellent! Very generous portions too! Coffee was very good and paired well with the desserts. Definitely will be coming back! Too many items on the menu we didn't get to try!
