We walked in and there is a line to pick your food. This is basically a seafood market and they will cook what you pick if you want. The additional cooking fee is $3.00 per pound. I ordered my food to be cooked I was hangry and left with a triple wide big back. My seafood I picked was Alligator, Baby octopus, Basa, Catfish, Jumbo Lobster Tail, Jumbo Tiger prawns, Sea Scallops, and Oysters. I also ordered a bottle of Kim's Crack Sauce. My total damage with cooking fee was $130 it was well worth the price with the amount of food and the seafood per pound is great! I was told it was an hour wait for my food to be cooked and I was totally fine with it. Less than an hour later my food is done and I am handed 2 giant shopping bags full of food and head home. My food was still warm after driving 1.5 hrs home. I dig into the bags and when I tell you they cooked everything to pure perfection and seasoned properly they did their big one. You can also request you food to be fried hard if you want. I will definitely be back. I want to try other seafood items. There is no dining area to sit and eat Soultran's is strictly order to go.

I asked for a super burrito, asked what meats they had, and after she listed steak, chicken, al pastor, etc., I asked if they had lengua. She said no, so I said, "Okay, I'll take steak." She asks, "Anything else?" I said, "Can you cut it in half?" She starts speaking Spanish, so I'm like, "What?" Then, clearly annoyed, she gets loud and goes, "YOU WANT IT CUT IN HALF?" Yes, ma'am. That is literally what I just said. I hung up and immediately thought, "Damn, hella rude." Fast forward 5 minutes. I walk in and say, "Pick up please." Her: "TWO BURRITOS?!" Me: "No... one burrito. One steak burrito, cut in half." Apparently "cut in half" somehow turned into "make two burritos." And instead of simply realizing there was a misunderstanding, she gives me the stankest face and acts irritated with ME the entire time. Ma'am... YOUR mistake is not MY inconvenience. What I should've done was leave both burritos sitting right there because at that point, the attitude had already ruined it for me. For a small-town business, that is a WHOLE lot of attitude toward someone simply trying to give you money. And judging by some of the previous reviews mentioning similar customer-service experiences, apparently I'm not the first one. I forgot to mention...while I was standing there waiting, she took another phone order and VERY loudly repeated and clarified the customer's order back to them.
