Unprofessional, and Completely Disrespectful I rarely leave reviews, and as a matter of fact, the reviews I did post were all 5 stars. This experience was so unprofessional, stressful, and mishandled that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my car in for an alignment because my steering wheel was shaking. The owner started the alignment, came back and said he had "bad news," that the right front strut and another part attached to it was damaged, which he showed me. He explained the repair; I told him I would bring the car the next day and needed it completed by the end of the day. I asked him what time I could bring it in, in order to have it completed. He gave me a specific drop-off time, promising it would be done by the end of the day. That was the last time I heard from him. I waited all day for a call and when I didn't receive any updates, I called at 6:03 PM--just after their posted closing time--and left a voicemail. I followed up later that evening. Still no response. The next morning, I left more voicemails at 9:17 and 9:32 AM. Again, nothing. With no communication and no car, I asked a neighbor to drive me to the shop. We waited for over an hour outside a locked door even though their posted hours say they open at 9 AM. No one showed up. No call. No text. No accountability whatsoever. Eventually, we gave up and went home. I continued calling. Left another voicemail at 11:59 AM. Still nothing. I finally got through to the owner at 12:13 PM. He casually said the wrong part had been delivered, so he had to go pick up the correct one, and it would be ready by 4:30. He claimed he had tried to call me but said it went to voicemail. That was simply not true. I had my phone with me the entire time - no missed calls in my call log, no voicemail. I asked him why, if he got my voicemail, he didn't leave a message, he had no answer. His story didn't add up, and his tone showed zero concern for the situation he had created. I was stranded for over a day, stressed, and completely in the dark. I even started wondering whether the shop had shut down altogether. The total lack of communication, ownership, or even basic courtesy made an already frustrating situation so much worse. This shop had been recommended by America's Tire; I've since contacted them and asked that they stop referring customers here. I understand that delays happen. But not updating a customer, ignoring calls, failing to show up to your business during posted hours, that's not a delay; that's a complete lack of professionalism and respect. A simple call or text, that would have taken less than a minute letting me know about the wrong part, could've saved me hours of unnecessary stress. And unbelievably, it didn't end there. After finally completing the repair, the owner told me I'd need to come back the next week for an alignment, once the new parts had "settled." He vaguely apologized, saying he had "forgotten" to call me--an excuse that's just as careless as the rest of the experience. We set a follow-up appointment for 1:00 PM the next Thursday. A friend who was with me at the time asked him "are you definitely going to be here?" He promised he would be. When I arrived: locked doors, empty office, no sign of anyone. I called--no answer. I sat there for half an hour. At 1:30, I tried again and got a message that the voicemail box was full. Finally, at 1:35, the owner called and said he'd be there "in 10 minutes." That turned into over an hour of waiting - 2 PM. A different guy eventually showed up, unlocked the door and said the owner was "on his way." When he finally walked in, incredibly he didn't apologize - he just asked for my keys with an attitude like I was the one inconveniencing him. The total lack of concern, accountability, and basic respect for my time throughout this entire ordeal was inexcusable. The owner showed no sense of urgency, no ownership of his repeated mistakes, and no regard for how much time and stress he was causing. If you value your time and your sanity, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of reputable shops out there, this isn't one of them. Lesson learned. read more

Best place for alignment. Not even close. Literally had Firestone, Honda and other shops not even try doing alignment on my lifted CRV. Then when les schwab did it, the first time I had a "death wobble". Second attempt they left the bolts loose so the adjustments came off. Finally I was recommended by a friend to try city alignment. Should've went there first. Took them 20 mins and price was even a few dollars cheaper than les schwab. I arrive there 10 minutes before my appointment time, he arrives late, and then the owner *without explanation* takes some kid in front of me for a "quick job". So literally I pared down the list of items I need taken care of down to an alignment----and now 3 days later it drifts to the right. $90 down the toilet. I'm not even going to bother returning. Customer beware! I only trusted this place because America's Tire had their business card on their desk so I thought they could be trusted and reputable. Please don't be like me and make an assumption. I am an owner of two small businesses so I don't like to do this but I feel it is a public/social service duty to share what I experienced. I took my 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid in for an alignment. I thought, well, what could go wrong? It took much longer than promised. There was no communication until I got there. Once I got there, I could tell something was off, strangely off. The owner, Jose, pulled out his printout to show me how "bad" it was when he got it and then how "good" it was now that they "fixed" it. But you see, the bad news was that something was now broken and because of that, he was such a nice guy, he wasn't going to charge me. Hmmmm, red flag number one. I said, okay, well, how much does it cost to fix the broken something? Well, he couldn't give me an answer as prices do vary rhetoric came flowing out of his mouth. He promised to check prices and call me back. What do you think happened? You guessed it. He never followed up. Red flag number two. What a joke. I smell something dirty. Do not go here! I am going to write a letter to America's Tire Corporate and management to let them know that their little promotion of this corrupt crook probably cost me a lot of money. I had my tire's rotated and balanced at Americas Tire in Pittsburgh. I asked the owner who recommended for alignment's, and without hesitation he recommended City Alignment. Even though my Infiniti only had 15000 miles on it, the tires are over $500 a piece. so I wanted to get the most wear I could out of them. I called and Jose the owner answered and said to come on down, that they don't take appointments it's on a first come first serve basis. I got there, waited maybe thirty minutes and he got right on it. Forty five minutes later it was done, he showed me the before and after measurements and charged only eighty dollars. One nice thing I noticed about there new alignment rack, is that the sensors hook on to the tire not the edge of the rim so that was cool. Two weeks later same thing, I took my 2010 Taurus to Americas tire had the tires rotated and balanced. Called Jose went down and no one was there. They put it up on the rack inspected it, and unfortunately they found that the front struts were bad. We had the rears replaced last year, so I figured yeah it was bouncing slightly,and one time it bottomed out on me over a bump so it was time. I was so astounded that Jose had two quotes ready for me, one with the OEM equipment and the second one with a Monroe strut and spring. I went with Monroe after Jose said it's not only cheaper but it comes with the spring and all bushings. Ten minutes later they arrived and the mechanic started the job. Once installed he put it back up on the alignment rack, adjusted it and said come back in two weeks and we will check the alignment once it breaks in. Immediately I felt the difference in the way the car drove. I needed an oil change and asked Jose if he could do it while I was there to check the alignment. I bought a gallon of Mobil 1 synthetic oil and an oil filter. Brought it in, the mechanic changed the oil and filter checked all fluids and air filters, replaced the in cabin filter and readjusted the alignment. I was quoted $25.00 for the labor which was great. At the end Jose said don't worry about it no charge. I would not hesitate one second coming to this place for engine work, alignment or other services they perform. Jose is honest, his team are great mechanics, and he doesn't sell you anything you don't need. Thanks again Jose! read more

I needed to get all four brakes done and had a tire sensor issue come up. Jose was happy to help. He lifted my car and showed me how worn my brakes were. He gave me an estimate quickly. Pricing was the best pricing I could find around Concord. Took my car in the morning, picked it up in the evening. He showed me my old rotors and pads and the bad tire sensor. In the middle of the day he texted me a video of how loose my rear wheel bearing was. I had him replace that as well. For more than a year and half, my car cabin sounded like I was in an airplane and no one could figure out why. When Jose replaced my wheel bearing in the rear, the loud noise was gone and I can have a conversation in my car again. Jose is a great mechanic; knows what he is doing. Super chill and upfront with what needs to be done. I like that he showed me the work that needed to be done and I appreciate that. No other mechanic has ever bothered to explain their work. Wish he was open earlier or later and maybe on the weekends but I can't have it all. I'm an appointment type of girl but going here is totally worth dropping my car off for the day. 10/10 highly recommend. read more

I called at 10:am, they made me come back 4 hours later, but wouldn't give me an appointment. I gave them my van, and after waiting 90 mins, they told me they couldn't align my mini-van. Told me I needed a set of camber bolts which they didn't have - They didn't attempt to get them, or to have me come back at a later date to complete the job. Waste of time. Update: I called Concord tire center, got an appointment for the alignment - they did the whole thing in one hour and it turned out I did not need the camber bolts anyway. read more

I had went to them to get an allignment and had asked if they do allignment for drift cars with am parts and they said yes . Went and they cut my tie rods and made them shorter saying they would still benfit me and give me more angle . Drove home next day took it to the track my tie rod completely came out because they forgot to tighten my bolt... If the bolt had came out while I was driving I could of toatled my car crashed and got hurt , luckily it happened on a closed course hadda pay to get the car towed and order completely new inner tie rods .
