Since this shop only does alignment, I thought it's safer to come here so they won't try to sell other services that I don't need. First tip - make an appointment. They are very punctual. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment, and the owner Chris pulled my car into the shop right on time! Second tip - be nice to Chris and his son Zack. Chris has been doing this since 1988. He is super knowledgeable and efficient. He is not talkative, and he is definitely someone who does NOT manage his Yelp reviews at all. But he is honest, diligent, and hard-working. At the end of the day, he does exactly what we want him to do - takes care of our cars and get the best alignment. And he is very good at it! I had a good chat with Chris and told him the bad Yelp reviews about his lack of smiles. Then right there, he smiled!! Zack has been helping his father in the shop for 10 years. Made an appointment after getting my tires put in at Costco. They advised that I need to get my car aligned after 24 miles. I looked up areas in WC and this one came up. Called in and made a same day appointment for 1pm and would be ready for pick up by 3pm. When I came back to pick up the owner let me know that he checked and my car actually didn't need alignment( he tested it to see ) and didn't charge me for anything !
