Despite this, I was planning to bring in my second car for an estimate after the first repair was completed. However, after picking up my car, I called to get the contact information needed for my insurance claim. The receptionist was again so blunt and unpleasant to speak with that I decided not to bother him again--including asking my follow-up question about the second car.
