New bakery in Long Beach @cinnaholic.longbeach / @cinnaholic! Highly recommend! Please enjoy my many faces of pure bliss. All their goods are vegan, egg free, dairy free, lactose free and cholesterol free. Their frosting, omg, heart eyes. I got the Old Skool Rolls (3), Campfire S'mores Roll (1) and Queen Berry Rolls (2)! I'm a HUGE fan! I remember watching them in Shark Tank years ago i hoped one day to visit Berkeley to try their cinnamon rolls but never got the chance. But they are here in LB now!! Tears of joy! (A few pictures were from their grand opening event, which was soooo much fun! Awesome, down to earth staff!) read more

Hey Cinnaholic, welcome to Long Beach! ...and please don't take this personally but I'm also gonna try my hardest to stay as far away as possible from you because your plant-based cinnamon rolls are way too tempting and this can't be good for my caloric intake. But you know what they say, everything in moderation! So I guess I'll just have to practice self-control now that you've opened a location that is convenient-ish for me. The gal behind the counter was helpful and patient with me as I stood there undecided by the possible options. To help me narrow it down, she suggested that I look at the pre-created options then decide if I'd like to modify. That was a smart strategy! I ended up getting a cinnamon roll with crème brûlée frosting topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries. My intent was to take it home and eat it. But I could feel the warmth of the roll through the box and it looked and smelled so good! So I ended up eating it in front of the shop. Damn this was yummy! https://bit.ly/2TLppU9 Prior to this, I've been to the Echo Park location and experienced Cinnaholic pop-ups in Torrance and Long Beach. My fam even picked up a Cinnacake from an OC location that has since closed. This new brick and mortar in Belmont Shore is about to get a 2nd visit from me sooner than later because we received a $5 coupon for our next visit via square. I guess my plan to stay away from Cinnaholic is likely to fail..lol! Note to self: Hubby big time hinted at me that he wants a Cookie Cake for his birthday. Remember that he wants the coffee frosting with walnuts and pecans. read more

Never again will I drive to a Cinnabon location this place exceeded my expectations by far! I had been wanting to come here for awhile.. they have some INSANE customizations! (They have a chai frosting if you want to get wild) the apples and toppings on the apple cinnamon roll were perfect, the apples tasted like they'd just been sliced, and none of the toppings tasted like they came out of a box etc etc. We ordered and sat outside, our rolls were ready by time I washed my hands- also the bathroom was super clean which is something you need especially when you're around a beach area! If you'd like milk or water or you can even buy the cookie dough, my boyfriend is lactose and they even had mini almond milk to satisfy the craving. Definitely going to look for a location closer to home. RUN DONT WALK!!! read more

Wow!! The smell is amazing all by itself. Highly recommend. Erik is awesome and he recommends witches brew!

Fabulous service, friendly and fast. Scrumptious cinnamon rolls, so many flavors to try, dangerous! They went above and beyond to take good care of us. Ambiance was lively and fun. Highly recommend, even if you are NOT vegan. The best cinnamon rolls!!! read more

Freshly made cinnamon rolls with strawberries or blueberries or combinations, $$$ but with it for a craving or 1 off after meal on 2nd

This is on the pricey side for me but it was worth it in my opinion given the cinnamon rolls are about the size of your palm and come with delicious icing and topping of your choice ! I also tried the cookie dough ball which was good and worth it in moderation read more

If you have never had a cinnamon bun from Cinnaholic before, what are you even doing? This place is a true gem. It brought the cinnamon bun game to a whole 'nother level. They have so many to choose from (and mind you they are delish) but get this, THEY LET YOU BUILD YOUR OWN CINNAMON BUN. Isn't that amazing? I don't know y'all but I love this place. I'd probably come here more often if they were closer to home. Anyway, give then a try when you are in the area. Their staff is the nicest ever, the place is clean and the ambience is just so warm and welcoming. Oh, and this place smells so good. If that will not draw you to their store, not sure what will. Highly recommend this place! read more

Stumbled across this place while we were in the area, it looks tasty so we thought we try it. What I got for myself was the old school, I was told that was 1 of the best seller. My cinnamon roll was not as soft as I thought it would be, even Cinnabon is softer. Also 1 of the worst thing about this is that the more I eat it, it got really chalky and sugary. So I literally took another bite and it was nothing but a lump of sugar or something. Sweet to the point I had to spit it out. So I don't know if it's not evenly spread out but the roll was very sugary inside. It was like having a spoon of sugar put in your mouth. As much as I love sweets, not like this, this is poorly made. So I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My first time at Cinnaholic! And let me tell you this Cookie Monster Roll was absolutely crazy delicious but crazy sweet as well! The cashier was very friendly as I went in to pick up my order and promptly helped me and handed me my order as soon as I walked. The inside was very cute but there were a lack of seats, also keep in mind that there wasn't much parking, not surprised due to it being 2nd street, so keep that in mind if you do place an online order. I will definitely come back! read more

My boyfriend and I came here a last night after having dinner, we ordered 4 cinnamon rolls about $9.50 each and a pomegranate dole whip about $4. The rolls....THEY WERE ALL UNDERCOOKED! Presentation was okay but it was extremely doughy, you could feel the sugar/cinnamon grains when eating it. When I first ordered they told me there was no more dole whip. The person behind me was next to ordered and asked for two dole whip, and I tell my bf "oh it must be popular here to bad there's no more" but we saw him tap to pay and receive two orders????? I went back in line and they told me they only had very little and that's why they didn't sell me any but could give me the last of the last..... Overall spending about $50 here for 4 uncooked cinnamon rolls that we couldn't even consume was disappointing and a waste of money. read more

We just fell victim to online advertising and are happy we did. Each of us had orange frosting on ours which we do wish had more orange flavor but really was pretty good. Our big worry was a bun smothered in too much icing because that's how it seems in their photos but it turned out just the right amount. Not exactly on the same level as Cinnabun but lots closer to home and has a much more adventurous menu. We'll definitely be back to munch our way through the rest of their offerings. Very much looking to try the Banana Pudding version next. read more

Such a simple concept but you don't see it anywhere (at least I haven't). Delicious flavor combos for cinnamon rolls - perfect for the sweet tooth in you! Decent size - worth the $ but big enough to share amongst friends. I would highly recommend the apple cinnamon one on their menu. Perfect for a breezy, cool night. It was warm and flavorful! read more

I've see this spot every-time I'm and the area and was always curious to see if it was worth coming in. It was a no for me. The cinnamon roll was dry and the topping overwhelmed the actual bun itself. If you like a sugar bomb then this place is for you but if you're looking for a more balance taste then it's not. Yummy cinnamon rolls. I ordered for delivery because I had been wanting to try it. I just bit into the Old Skool Roll and am in Heaven! Every bite is just the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and cinnamon. The service was excellent, we did not dine in but were greeted by friendly staff. Very cute and clean inside. There are so many options to choose from! But you can't go wrong with the OG style cinnamon roll. The fact that its all VEGAN is wild. 1000/10 recommend. My other LB locals are gonna hate me for this but it tastes better than sweet jills' cinnamon roll (oops, sorry not sorry). The price and size of the roll is fair and probably shareable but after one bite, you ain't gonna want to share it! Lol. Enjoy friends. read more

Owner has confirmed in their comment that they do a bait and switch, showing one price on the menu and charging you a different price Price said $5.50. Charged $6.50. Asked why, they said tax. I said tax isn't $1.00 on a $5.50 item. Still charged more than menu listed price which is illegal in California. In response to the owners response, it doesn't make it any less illegal to advertise one price on your menu and charge another price when it comes time to charge. The only written place they had the charge was a different charge than what they charged me, So explaining that you're going to charge me more than what you advertise the price that doesn't make it any less illegal or any less aggravating. so you need to either change the price on the menu or not charge people more than what you're stating the charges because you're breaking the law Quite simply you're doing a bait and switch read more

I don't do a lot of reviews usually so please keep that in mind! I chose to leave a great review for this place I had such a pleasant experience. I ordered a cake via their website for a co-worker who is vegan. I am not familiar with a lot of restaurants in town who offer fully plant based products so I was stoked to find one who fulfilled my order same day (within 2 hours at that!). I went to pick up the cake and the staff was so friendly and helpful with my many questions on the establishment as I had never heard about it before. Once my cake was done, the staff who assisted me took the time to ask about when the cake would be served and gave me helpful tips on storing it until the next day. The attention to that while they were busy was wonderful! On top of the nice service, I also bought a caramel apple cinnamon roll to try at home. My my my it was very tasty!! Probably the best cinnamon roll I've had in a long time. Great service + great food= second visit soon! read more

10/10 !! I'll start off with the service since that's where my delicious journey began. The ladies welcomed me with smiles and accommodations. It was my first time there; definitely will not be my last. The ladies were patient with my indecisiveness and even gave me an insider tip that there are seasonal rolls. (I look forward to trying them). Now the moment we've all been waiting for... I chose the Caramel Apple Pie roll. I did not know I'd get fresh ingredients on top. That had to be my favorite part. Every roll is customizable! The apple bits were freshly cut, which was a bonus for me. I'm also a pecan lover, so if you like them too, trust me, you want to try this. My first bite, was Heaven! I told myself that I'd only take one, but I ended up locking myself in Heaven . Best decision. It was not too sweet, which is what I initially dreaded. There was a perfect balance. Hat off to the baker/creator of these perfect cinnamon rolls. I think I just became a Cinnaholic.. Bonus: The shop was clean with a clean restroom. I was able to see all of the signs and hear the person at the register; meaning the music wasn't overbearing. read more

Ok are you kidding me? THIS PLACE IS A MUST TRY!! i was driving along 2nd and wanted to grab something different for me and my boyfriend for breakfast and thought I'd grab some old fashioned cinnamon rolls. Im not a cinnamon roll kind of person but it's been years and I wanted to switch it up. I was a bit overwhelmed with options when i walked in so i just got 2 normal cinnamon rolls.. NOTHING NORMAL ABOUT IT . My GOODNESS. Ive never had such a fresh, soft, delicious cinnamon roll in my life. The PERFECT blend of cinnamon, butter, cream cheese, & sugar. PERFECT BLEND . I'm definitely returning and def trying their other options (blueberry, lemon, fruit, etc) well done!! read more

If you are ever in the Belmont Shore area, I 100% recommend this place for a sweet treat! The service was a 10/10. We entered close to closing on a Saturday night (unknowingly, we failed to look at their sign) but we were served politely & promptly! The workers were super helpful and sweet in helping us order. The environment was very clean, and smelled delicious! We ordered: Caramel Apple Pie Cinnabon: 12/10! Super sweet, but very good. Kind of reminded me of an Apple pie crust, with the cinnamon roll combo!! Old skool: traditional roll. Super yummy & sweet. We also had two people in our group who got the cookie dough scoops in flavors Mocha & S'mores! Also a hit! I believe all of their treats are VEGAN but you can't even taste the difference. Definitely check this place out! I am definitely returning soon PS: the cinnamon roll servings are pretty big, could definitely be shared amongst 2 people if desired! read more

I've been meaning to leave a review here! I will start by saying my family is not even vegan and we enjoy the desserts here. I've been here many times for cinnamon rolls and the dole whip and every time it's been great. In December my son was having a birthday and he is not a fan of traditional cakes or cupcakes so I decided to order a "cookie cake" I did initially order a double layer cake to accommodate the amount of kids at the party but there was a mistake on their end and I ended up with a single. I want to say I am very impressed with the customer service I received. I contacted the shop and they had the manager reach out to me swiftly and resolve the issue. We will continue to come back (: the cookie cake was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend. We got the cake batter frosting, with cookie chunks, globs of cookie dough, and sprinkles. read more

In my book, outside of mom's homemade cinnamon rolls on the holidays, these are the rolls to beat. Not only are the rolls perfectly baked at that puffy but not dry stage, but they are then blessed with a dollop of mother truckin' DELICIOUS icing. The four of us shared three flavors of icing; maple, cream cheese and vanilla. There are many others to select from and I feel the banana calling my name next time. Things I'm not a fan of in a cinnamon roll - a hard crust - a burnt bottom - an undercooked center - icing that is too sweet or too "cream cheesy" These cinnamon rolls were none of the above and we all really enjoyed them. Highly recommend. Also, I had these delivered so I'm not aware of what the store looks like but they were quick to get it to the driver once they arrived so kudos to the fast service! read more

Stopped in on a Tuesday evening to try them out. Nice spot- but the layout a little weird. They was our first time, so took a minute to figure out ordering process. There were 4 girls running the counter- not the best service, they seemed more in tune with chatting with each other than helping us out. Took a few minutes to get the roll (snoopadoodle)- was pleasantly surprised with the flavor but disappointed with the size (that's what she said). Seemed a little small for the price point, but flavor was pretty good and there are plenty of different options to customize your roll. Not sure if I'd hit them again (reading many comments about the poor service), but I guess if Sweet Jills is closed, this might fit the bill. read more

My family and I love to stroll down 2nd street to see what treats we can get our hands on after dinner lol! We usually stop at Sweet Jills to indulge in Cinnamon Rolls, but we decided to give this place a try. Ordering was easy and quick due to the friendly staff. There were so many options and we were new customers, but they were patient and answered all of our questions. We ordered an OG cinnamon roll that came with vanilla frosting, a 4th of July themed roll that had cream cheese frosting topped with raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries, the "raw" cookie dough, a black coffee with oatmilk and their mango/pineapple Dole whip. I must say I'm impressed. Before coming I was made aware this was a vegan establishment so I was curious how cinnamon rolls were going to taste without butter lol! But I was made a believer! Lol. The frosting tastes a lot like Cinnabon. The rolls were served hot, very soft and melted in your mouth. I must also say that they were overly sweet or sugary, and I think they do that by not sweetening the dough as well. The cookie dough was very good and something I'd recommend to chocolate lovers since it taste like they used dark or semi sweet chips, it made for a rich taste. The Dole whip was very refreshing and fruity, perfect for a summer night! I would come here again if I need a treat I won't feel TOO guilty about! Lol read more
