However, I ordered two cinnamon rolls (one original and one cookie dough), a chocolate chip cookie, and a brownie. The cookie was good! However, the cinnamon rolls and brownie just didn't taste very good. The frosting on the cinnamon roll had an odd taste and the brownie kind of fell apart and lacked flavor. When I go to Cinnabon I hate that the outer layer is dry and flavorless but that's not the case here. They also sell soft serve/dole whips. I even saw they had savory pizza rolls. Coffee/tea. But you get what you pay for. A single roll costs about 7.99 before tip. I come here on occasion when I'm willing to sacrifice my diet. They work fast here. Staff was very friendly and the shop looked very clean and organized. i got a cinnamon roll with caramel, bananas, and pecans. My first bite was delicious and had me saying im definitely going back there again. The ingredients tasted so fresh. The fluffy, soft, yet slightly crispy cinnamon roll was just perfect. My GF got a cinnamon roll as well with cream cheese and cookie dough and i was jealous after she let me get a taste of it. The amount of of options they have and the way you can add how ever many toppings for 75 cents is a price worth paying. We also split a pinapple ice cream which was delicious as well. I don't know the girls name because she never gave us a receipt so we didn't have it but she was incredibly rude right when we first started ordering. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY!! They will tell you it is safe, but I am speaking from personal experience when I say it is not---the nut contamination can KILL YOU if your reaction is severe enough!! I am a nurse with a severe allergy to nuts, and my coworker is as well. We walked into this location in search of a sweet treat and asked the man working behind the counter twice, do the items we want have any nuts in them because we both are severely allergic. The man answered twice, "NO!" However, we could tell that he was distracted because he was speaking to someone on a personal call through his air pod while checking us out. I took one bite of the regular cinnamon roll and immediately began going into anaphylaxis. I reacted quickly by taking my EPINEPHRINE, BENADRYL, PEPCID, AND MY INHALERS; which are all meds to keep my airway open, while my coworker just required benadryl immediately after. We purchased two completely different items and both of us had allergic reactions. At a later time I spoke with the manager Eric who was incredibly dismissive, unapologetic, and unfriendly. He said, "I don't see how that would be possible." Even though I explained that there were many opportunities for cross contamination if staff isn't careful; he just remained dismissive. What concerns me the most, is that this could've killed me or my coworker and I wish the manager had taken our concerns more seriously and had some empathy, and a plan moving forward for how to prevent this in the future. I DO NOT WISH FOR THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANY OTHER UNSUSPECTING PERSON OF CHILD SO PLEASE CONSUME AT YOUR OWN RISK! Adding the strawberries did make the flavor more palatable. They do have weekly specials posted on their window, one of them being a basic cinnamon roll for only $2.50. This is a great deal as the roll I got was about $7, so little pricey for what you're getting. I would return as I really liked the texture of the pastry itself but I would skip the cream cheese frosting. That being said. I had three things: banana bread, snoop a doodle, and peach cobbler with the latter two being cinnamon rolls. One word to describe all three: delicious! The way they make their rolls, you definitely think they would use some kind of milk or dairy or even eggs. But it certainly doesn't, which is surprising. All the foods were sweet and flavorful. The shoreline was a bit sweeter with nuts and granola. Very sweet in comparison but a more traditional cinnamon roll flavor. Same soft with a little give texture. I liked this one better but again I could have done with less sweet. Ideally frosting on the side but I get it. Then you don't have the aesthetic presentation of your products.
