I love that this is a vegan establishment. The cinnamon buns taste better than the ones from Cinnabon. There are many flavors to customize to your liking and did I mention everything is vegan??? Treat your mouth to a tasty cinnamon bun from there today, you won't be sorry. read more

Today, I had the pleasure of being greeted and served with such electrifying and welcoming personalities of Sydney and Zaniah at the Owings Mills location. They provided superb customer service, offering suggestions of flavors and encouraging me to indulge in the delicious lemon berry coffee cake. Walked after a drs appt just to grab something to take home to my little one, and was immediately given a warm greeting by the staff (already a good sign). Then the smell hit me. Fresh baked cinnamon rolls!!! They have 14+ different type to choose from. I got myself the fruit roll up and a coke (the glass bottles one with cane sugar) and an old skool for my little one as well as a few others for the rest of a family and a big brownie for my daughter. Took a pic of mine but was half was done when I realized I should probably add one. The cinnamon roll and fruit mixture was a surprisingly good combo. The cinnamon roll was nice and soft with just the right about of crunch where needed and they didn't skimp on the toppings. Each bite gives you the right amount of flavor, from the moist dough on the first bite then the fresh strawberries and blueberries topped with the strawberry jams then comes the sweet cinnamon that's you'd expect in a cinnamon roll! I'll update the rest one the family tries theirs. read more

VEGAN BUNS, HON! I've been waiting for a year for this place to open, and finally it happened!!! And the buns were worth the wait! Sure the lines were a little long, but what would you honestly expect on opening day? It would've been more alarming to see no line. At any rate, Cinnaholic-Hampden was well staffed and the long line didn't seem that bad because it moved rather quickly! One hiccup, when we got home to enjoy our buns (2), we discovered that one of the rolls was wrong :( Even with that, i still give this place 5 STARS and charge the mishap to, new staff jitters... I had the Apple Pie Cinnamon Bun.. (can't remember the actual name), but it was AMAZING!! Fresh, Flavorful and not overwhelmingly sweet... There is no deception or fine print here... THE BUNS are 100% VEGAN! Anyone who hasn't been living under a rock, knows that CINNAHOLIC is VEGAN! And that takes nothing nothing away from the AMAZINGLY YUMMY PRODUCT that is put out! Can't wait to return! read more

Delicious! No guilt sweets? How can you complain?! It is high priced but I can understand why as most plant based guilt free items are. The service is great and the cinnabons are delicious I do wish there was a reward system and perhaps more locations, it is a hassle for me to drive all the way here to have guilt free cinnabons. read more

I've been here a few times and I've only had the original cinnamon rolls with cream cheese, they're delicious! However yesterday was my first time having an off putting experience. I decided to order a half dozen of mini rolls to take to my family during a time of grieving. Before I placed the order online I called and spoke with a man that stated that if I needed a dozen or more of the mini rolls that I would need to order online as they do not have large quantities in store. He also stated that the mini rolls have to be baked and come 3 for $5. I got off the phone I placed my order for a half dozen online. When I get to the store and the guy places my order on the counter it's the complete opposite of what I expected and not to mention what is shown/stated online. The employee gave me two packs of mini rolls, rolled up in a clear plastic bag and two small containers of cream cheese icing. Online it shows a picture of the mini rolls in boxes! Also the cream cheese is on there! When I said that to him, he threw his hand up and said "well that's how they come." He literally just stood there and waited for me to just accept that. I asked for a box and he told me he could just give me a container (the same one that the individual cinnamon roll comes in). I let him know that I was taking these to people, and he said that was all he could give me. I am standing there with two rolled packs of cinnamon rolls, an individual roll and cream cheese containers. He did not offer me a bag, so I asked for one he then says it's 15 cent...I said okkkk I still need a bag how am I to carry all of this? I got a juice out the refrigerator, paid and waited for a receipt. The employee stared at me until I asked for one and he said I should have it in my email. This whole encounter was OFF and I did not like it. There was no greeting and no thank you have a great day or come again. Just think if YOU ordered what you thought would be a nice thoughtful snack for a small group of grieving people INCLUDING YOURSELF and when you get it, it's not as described. The website says nothing about building my own MINI CINNAMON ROLLS. Even once I said that to the employee, I should have been accommodated. This just left a bad taste in my mouth. It's hard to believe this company would want their products presented rolled up in plastic bags, no label or anything. The website description: Baby Buns by the Dozen bite size rolls by the dozen! price includes your choice of one frosting per dozen, and a pinch of one topping on each roll. advance notice may be required. read more

Cinnaholic is like you gave an 8 year-old a free pass to make all the crazy, over-the-top, sugary desserts they could ever imagine. While seemingly impressive at first, they all kinda taste the same pretty much. Like sugar. Also given the prices of about $6 with a topped and frosted cinnamon roll, the value just isn't there. read more

Everything smelled amazing upon walking in! And realizing it was a vegan bakery was a different experience I was willing to try. I ordered their chocolate chip cookie and their snickerdoodle like cookie. Both were just the perfect amount of sweet and they were large cookies. I'd definitely go back to try more of their baked goods! read more

The cinnamon rolls are great but they let ppl in without masks. Literally girl walked up to the counter and placed entire order without mask on- I brought up the fact she wasn't wearing a mask to the staff before she made it to the front of the line. When I brought it up to the staff, they said it's not a big deal. This is the day 4,000 new cases were happening in MD, we have a city-wide mask mandate and Omnicron is in full effect. Can't visit a business where safety is not of the highest priority. First and last visit to this location. read more

It was just ok, I mean Cinnabon gives you a big and better bun for a lower price to be honest with you. This place appears to be in a high rent retail space next to Johns Hopkins and maybe that is the reason for higher prices, but for sub par quantity and quality. read more

Cute little place near Cinebistro, parking is a plenty. You can choose your own combination of toppings or get a special. Place was clean, service was quick. I shared with my friends and wasn't super impressed with the cinnamon rolls. I personally did not like the taste of the roll itself, it was very doughy and a bit salty. That being said, this made the roll not super sweet which was nice! It is nice to be able to choose the toppings. I particularly liked the chai icing. I probably won't come again because I'm not the biggest fan of cinnamon rolls but it's a fun place to come with friends and if you love cinnamon rolls. read more

The buns are decent, and Cinnaholic is a pretty good non-dairy dessert option. However, I don't feel like the buns are worth the price. Also, be aware the "oreo" topping is not your traditional oreo. They don't hide this fact, but it can be easy to miss if you're ordering on a whim. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, and the shop is always clean. When I'm craving a cinnamon bun this is my go-to place, but the price prohibits Cinnaholic from becoming a regularly rotated dessert place. read more

They were running a special promotion which was nice for $1 cinnamon buns but my girlfriend was injured in a car accident and had trouble entering the store and they wouldn't honor the promotion since she was not able to physically enter the store. I love that this place exists. My son loves it! Its hard to find him something that he can eat that is dairy, egg and nut free in the dessert category. I first brought him in November for his birthday and since i was working in the area today, i decided to treat him to another and he was calling me to see how much longer it would be until i brought it to him. A few weeks ago, my sons and I were in need of something sweet, so we decided on Cinnaholic. We went about 20 minutes before they closed and it took about that much time to get the deliciousness we ordered. Food: 3.5 Decor: 3.5 Ambiance: 4 Service: 3.5 Value: 3.5 This place has achieved a level of decadence that I was unaware could be possible. The first few bites are heavenly. Cinnaholic is a must! The cinnamon buns they serve are out of this world from their size alone. I was almost overwhelmed by what to get when I walked in because all the cinnamon rolls they had on display looked amazing. They had premade options like "smores" or "caramel apple," but you could even customize your own roll! The frosting options were classic, cream cheese, creme brulee, etc. Then pick your toppings, which ranged from fresh cut strawberries or blueberries to marshmallows to chocolate chips. Also at this Cinnaholic, the server was extremely generous with the amount of icing and toppings he put on our cinnamon rolls. You must try!! read more

Went to Cinnaholic last night and the total for 2 cinnamon rolls (no drinks or anything else) came to a little over $16. Today my husband and I went to Chickfila for lunch and our total was a little over $14, WTH! I sort of felt robbed by Cinnaholic, somewhere I was so excited to go! Cinnamon rolls are truly one of my favorite guilty pleasures, so when I heard about a place where you can customize them? Um yeah, count me in! When we entered and saw the beautiful display case, I thought we were in for a big treat! We drooled over them for a while and then decided to place our order. We asked what the most popular one was and the cashier said apple pie. Apple pie fixins on top of a cinnamon roll? Yeah, I am about that life, so I ordered that. My husband doesn't like apples, so he made his own with some chocolate (chocolate on a cinnamon roll? no thank ya). When we saw our total, I was in a bit of shock. Almost 20 bucks for a medium sized roll? Ok, wow, they must be pretty good. Finally we get our rolls and dig in. Mine actually tasted like poison, that is the only way I can describe it. My husband said his was OK so I took a bite and it was just that, OK. He didn't believe me that mine tasted like poison, so he tried it and spit it out. We tried to figure out what was causing the taste, but didn't have much luck. I mean, this place has good reviews and there is part of me that thinks something was actually wrong with mine if this was the one considered the most popular. Unfortunately I will not be back to find out. I feel like if you are going to open a shop that specializes in cinnamon rolls, the bar is Cinnabon and I am a big ol fat Cinnabon fan, never lets me down. I would choose Cinnabon over this place every single time and my wallet would thank me. read more

Tried Cinnaholic because I was in the area and was just happening to pass by. The environment definitely reels you in and makes you want to try them. I ended up going pretty basic. Simple cinnamon roll. It was not nasty by any means, but it wasn't knock my socks off good. I didn't even eat all of mine. The bun itself was slightly doughy with a hint of cinnamon. The topping was lightly sweetened and tasted like a cream cheese base. I wanted it to be baked a little more so that the entire thing tasted like it came piping hot out of the oven. I think for me that would have made the difference in taste for me. Service was definitely good. I'm willing to try again to see if I'll have a better flavor experience. read more

I had much higher expectations for this place. I visited this place with my boyfriend after seeing that it was vegan and had delicious "looking" treats. The staff is great, and they even let us use our tiffin (they don't have regular plates, only styrofoam, or a compostable box or styrofoam box). We got a plain and a hot cocoa - marshmallows, cookies, syrup and hot cocoa flavored icing. The taste was, for lack of a better term, store bought. The dough was most likely frozen and the toppings were okay. Not really worth the trip, in my opinion. read more

Those with dairy allergies know how hard it is to find good non-dairy desert options but vegan restaurants and bakeries are wonderful, and this shop was a good example! I got a cinnamon roll with maple icing and pecans on top. Teen A got one with maple icing and "oreo" topping. Teen B got orange icing and both chocolate syrup and chocolate chips. The hubby got a green tea frosted one. I loved mine, but Teen B's was a "very close second". I have seen reviews complaining that this place is pricey. It was a 5.25 base price plus .25-.5 for each thing added. This is, to me, what I consider reasonable pricing for "a treat". The staff was friendly and the site was clean and smelled delicious. If you're travelling through the area, it's worth a side trip. read more

I won't deny, the cinnamon rolls here are amazing. However, for the price there charging for ($5.25 for just a cinnamon roll, and then $0.25 for frosting and $0.50 for each topping) is very much not worth it. Would definitely go back if the rolls were cheaper. read more

Wowee! The cinnamon rolls from Cinnaholic blew my socks off. As a lover of desserts, it's pretty hard to impress me when it comes to sugary delights. Cinnaholic is such a well-kept secret. I went on a Friday around 4 and it wasn't too busy, but the staff acted as if I were the only one in the room. They took their time explaining every flavor and allowed me to sample different icings to find the best fit. I ended up getting the Good Karma roll-- topped with "cream cheese" icing (it's vegan), strawberries, bananas and graham cracker pie crust. When I say I now know what heaven is like, it was in that cinnamon roll! Since going, I think about that roll every single day, and that's pretty darn impressive. read more

Went to Cinnaholic the other day for the first time and loved it! Once you open the door you are greater by bright purple walls and the rich steel of cinnamon rolls. They're displays are very appealing but I would have liked to know what was on each displayed cinnamon roll without having to ask. I ordered the good karma roll and it was delicious! Once I opened the container I was surprised by how much was on top of my roll. The only thing I wish they had done was make the cinnamon roll warmer. Lastly, yea they are a little more on the expensive side but if you take into account the amount that you are receiving it's worth it. I will definitely be coming back again when I'm in the area. read more

I ordered an Old School cinnamon roll topped with vanilla icing and the pie crumble topping and it was DELICIOUS! Absolutely scrumptious. You couldn't tell at all it was vegan. It was hands down the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. They have so many great toppings options, and I highly recommend the pie crumble! It was so good.
