This shop is located along Charles St. next to the Cross Street Market. The store smelled so cozy, welcoming and comforting! Such a delicious scent of fresh baked cookies. The inside of the store was very clean and inviting. There's counter space with chairs to sit on. You can enjoy your cookie inside in the warmth instead of outside in the cold. They have milk and other beverages on the menu to go with the cookies (: The worker here, Keisha explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. We got 100% excellent customer service! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about menu items. I loved that! We were able to customize our order. Insomnia Cookies has such a huge variety of flavors, it was sooo hard to choose! I couldn't wait to try these cookies with my friend. Their cookies are served warm! We decided to get a pack to try different flavors. We got the Confetti, Cookies 'n Cream, Salted Caramel, Sugar, and Snickerdoodle. I also got a White Chocolate Macadamia. Out of the bunch, the Snickerdoodle was my fave. The cookies in packs are placed into a box for easy portability and transport safe. The cookies recipes are tasty and balanced. They are baked to the perfect texture. Not too soft where they're falling apart (*cough*, like those other ones that are crumbling literally LOL). These cookies can hold their shape together. Nice crisp edges with a softer center. Very enjoyable. For the holiday season 2025, they have 3 special flavors for a limited time. The Candy Cane as described on their website, "brown sugar cookie with peppermint pieces and white chips in every bite", the Holiday Munchie Mix, "brown sugar cookie with bits of chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate chunks, marshmallows and festive red and green M&M's®" and the Jingle bread, "Ginger, molasses, and cinnamon come together in a warm cookie that's soft, chewy, and straight-up craveable". I would definitely try again and recommend to all my Yelp friends! They also got a rewards club that you can join!

When we arrived at 1230 the store was dark, closed, and no one was answering the phone. There was no one in the store. After a few minutes, an employee arrived. He said he could make our order for a waffle in 30 minutes. I said no my order was for cookies and i can't wait. We traveled out of our way to go here. We want a refund. Then he replied it would only be 20 minutes to get our food. we said no, we don't want old cookies. Then he said 10 minutes. We then left without a refund and without our cookies. I had to call the store three times on Sunday afternoon to facilitate a refund. The manager (who i never spoke to on the phone, only communication was between manager and employee) said we should expect a refund Monday. I was so excited to try this place but not being able to get our order, poor customer service, and lack of an actual apology make it unlikely i will ever try this entire chain of bakeries.

Their adorable setup and those HUGE cookies instantly caught my eye. I was torn between flavors, but the staff was so patient and helpful while I made my deliciously difficult decision. Let me tell you, store-bought cookies don't even come close. My top favorites? The Brown Butter Chocolate Crunch, the one with sprinkles, and the S'mores. Pure bliss. When I got home and warmed one up in the microwave... whew. That soft, gooey texture and rich buttery taste? Shamefully good. I couldn't even finish a whole one in one sitting, they're that big and indulgent. But the real heartbreak? My boyfriend ate the other half. I was not okay! Now I just buy him his own so I don't have to share (unless I feel generous ). Double Bunny has earned a customer for life. If you haven't tried them yet, trust me you will NOT be disappointed.

I don't know about the storefront differences, but on this day they were offering a variety of cookies and drinks. Cookies - Yes, they're that good, even at $5-6 a pop. Our friend let us try her Ube cookie (purple sweet potato popular in Filipino cuisine) and it was a real delight; I would get this again. We got a bunch to try 'em all: Sugar Sprinkle, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Sweet Corn Crunch, S'more, and the Brown Butter Chocolate Crunch. They are all good, but the two standouts (apart from the Ube) were the Sweet Corn Crunch and the Brown Butter Chocolate Crunch. The corn cookie is like a sweet cornbread that turned into a cookie. Different, corny, but good. The Brown Butter Chocolate Crunch was the favorite. A nice caramelized bit of brown butter sugar and just the right amount of chocolate made a delightful cookie that was chewy with a few crunchy bits. The drinks were mostly sweet Southeast Asian treats like Thai iced tea or boba. I got a iced Mango Green Tea which came with delightful pearls that popped with juice instead of being solid tapioca. These are a once-in-a-while treat. Not cheap, but worth trying.
