Didn't have an experience. Why? Because they have deceptive advertising. I live close enough that I could frequent nearby locations. I just learned about them today. And I learned they are deceptive with advertising. First, comments are turned off on tiktok. More than a little odd for a business that needs engagement. More to the point, however, is their "contest". If I supposedly "won" free cakes after clicking the tiktok ad, living very close to the Baltimore location, doing the survey, and picking the "correct" gift, why am I then asked to input my Mastercard number so I can be charged (at least) $13.77? No mention as to why. Not even caveat saying it's for shipping or such. That's not free. I didn't win anything. But I've learned not to trust your company even though I just heard of them. read more

I've had Nothing Bundt Cakes many times, many locations, in different states. While the product is always consisten, this location has the best customer service! They aren't just super friendly, but go above and beyond. We walked by one evening after going to Mt Everest (if you haven't been, go! they're in the same shopping center) and they weren't open. We just said out loud "oh man, they're closed" and a guy walked up and was like, did y'all want some cake? He opened back up and dessert was saved. We also ordered online from this location once and got a wrong cake, they had the right one delivered ASAP the next day. We will always hit up this location! read more

In need of a sweet treat for New Years Eve I stumbled upon the newly opened Nothing Bundt Cakes. A cute little shop in the Nottingham area with good customer service. Given that it was a little later in the afternoon when I stopped by they still had a fare amount of bundt cake flavors available to choose from. I was torn between the chocolate peppermint and pumpkin spice, but settled on the chocolate chocolate chip cake instead. Nothing Bundt Cake also offers larger cakes and a variety of mini bundts which can only purchased by the dozen. It would be nice if you could purchase the minis in a smaller quantity to try multiple flavors instead of settling on a bigger size. The cake itself wasn't anything to write home about and was very reminiscent of grocery store cake or boxed cake. But nonetheless Nothing Bundt Cake is a good option for a quick dessert or for family gatherings and special occasions. read more

I love this place. I found out about it a week ago and have since ordered from there 5x. The cupcakes are so moist. The snickerdoodle is my fav, then the strawberry and cream. We have been anxiously awaiting the opening of NBC and this location did not disappoint. We tried the strawberries and cream as well as a gluten-free chocolate chip. They were both delicious and so fresh! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and also friendly! This is a great addition to the area, we will def be back! read more

I absolutely love their Bundt cakes, which the raspberry cheesecake being my favorite! They have mini ones that are three bite and a perfect size for a party. Today they threw together a beautiful set of 12 together in just a few minutes for me to take to my sister that had just had a baby girl. The staff was very sweet, helpful, and upbeat. The shop is cute and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I ordered ahead and it was ready when I arrived. The cake itself was moist and ok but the icing was WAY too sweet. So slow!!! And always out of items. Ordering ahead is no help because they won't have want you order and won't tell you until arriving at the store. I've been here 6 times and literally everytime the order isn't ready and items have to be changed. Don't come here unless you have 30 min to burn. read more

This place needs big improvement with communication. The young lady took my order and walked away I waited 40 minutes. Nobody noticed me standing, ok it was busy but people were leaving but not me. Manager called me over and asked what I ordered, and he than got everything I ordered, so why was I waiting again. These cakes are delicious and pretty but I would not order or buy from this location. I placed an order online and paid at the time of my order which I was picking up 2 days later. I went to pick up my order on the date and time and after waiting for almost 20 minutes and getting the run around from the counter girl, the manager came out and said my order was never made. I asked for a refund and he said he could not do this at the time (weird right!) but he took my name and number and he would process the next day. It did not get done so I called the store and after staying on hold for over 30 minutes I hung up. Short of it is the refund never got processed until I hounded them. Terrible customer service! If you purchase something and don't get the item, it should be refunded right away not 3 days later. I would never purchase anything from this location ever again. If you do consider this location, I would go into the store and buy what is on the shelf. I would never give them your money ahead of time. Oh and btw... the owner of the store never got back to me even after I tried to call and left a message. read more
