I ended up going with the grilled ham cheese and tomato sandwich on ciabatta with a cheddar cheese, and they give you a few choices for sides. I went with the orange slices and I also picked up a cup of coffee - their chocolate hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar. They even came back a few minutes later because they saw I had a peanut allergy and just wanted to make sure that hazelnut was safe for me as well. They were so sweet. Every person there was really accommodating and when I first walked in, they were helping a customer choose a cake for their daughter's birthday, which seemed to be taking a while, but they were patient and kind with her as well. This is a family owned operation and they really put their heart and soul and everything. The spot itself is just tucked into a shopping center and the interior is cozy and cute. They have a wide variety of desserts and pastries, along with sandwiches, breakfast options and drinks. Everything smelled and looked amazing. I wish I had been able to try a dessert, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area that is able to eat their desserts. Their cakes looked so good. I really enjoyed my sandwich. It was so filling and had a really good flavor! The tomato just made the ham pop and the orange slices were really refreshing. I don't usually go with fruit as a side, but I think I need to start doing that more often! Their coffee was really good too. The crobar (croissant-donut) texture was awesome but I did not rally taste the cranberry or orange advertised. The buttercream frosting on top was sickeningly sweet so ended up scraping that off...finally the coffee donut. Not my favorite but not bad - it tasted like instant coffee and was kinda punchy coffee flavor, bitter. But I liked that the bitter offset the sweet. Overall, it's a fun place for a gourmet donut but be sure to not get here when it's too busy and to come early - they sell out of fun flavors fast!
