Ordered an ice cream cake and although it was very good we noticed the cake didn't match what we expected and what was shown online. 2 ways of error. 1. The website says "2 layers" on both the petite cake and the largest rectangle cake. The picture for the petite cake shows what I would call 2 layers; Cake, ice cream, cake, ice cream, frosting. The rectangle cake we got was cake, ice cream, frosting. 2. We did not receive/get to choose a mid layer that is supposed to be some kind of sauce from the website. I say this to kind of warn someone in the future. Ensure you ask/request it look like the website. Not sure if the cake maker was rushing or if the cakes are intended to only be one layer of cake, one layer of ice cream = 2 layers. read more

I don't care what anyone says--Chocolate Devotion from Cold Stone is undefeated. The combo of rich chocolate ice cream, gooey fudge, chocolate chips, and that soft, fudgy brownie? ICONIC. Every bite with a brownie piece is the best surprise. I could eat this every day and never get tired of it. read more

Perfect treat to cool down during this heatwave!! We came on a Tuesday night and there was a line out the door - luckily it moved pretty quickly. There was plenty of parking in the area and lots of outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and the ice cream was great! read more

I got the regular size (I love it) Oreo Overload in a waffle bowl. Unfortunately, it was pretty warm on Saturday and the line was fairly long which was expected so my ice cream bowl did not last long enough for a picture. However, you will not be disappointed with Cold Stone Creamery. read more

This place is always busy for a reason. Typically I'll see a line out the door. I was surprised to not see it this time but that's probably because it was a Tuesday. It was quick to order and get the ice cream. I can attest Strawberry blonde is so refreshing and crunchy! It's been my favorite flavor here and the ice cream itself has never let me down. It's kinda neat to see the worker make it in front of you too! Inside, there are two small tables. You're better off eating outside. read more

I frequent this location and was shocked when I stopped by during the afternoon and there was no line. I'm used to visiting during the weekend and the line is spilling outside the door and forming near the movie theater. The weather is breaking so I'm sure that'll be the case soon. Anyway, I wanted a sweet treat and decided to get a signature creation instead of my usual chocolate create your own. The Apple Pie A La Cold Stone is French Vanilla ice cream, Cinnamon, Graham Cracker Pie Crust, Apple Pie Filling & Caramel. It was really tasty. I love Apple pie so I figured this was a safe option. The portion size was great for me. I always enjoy the ice cream when I visit. read more

Feigning strawberry shortcake, one of the young workers suggested i try the seasonal apple pie of my eye option. DELISH. Your eyes will be bigger than your stomach, palette. Cold Stone is soooo rich and with soooo many ingredients you WANT to order the large. i ordered the medium and it was STILL too much. lots of young people serving and creating and taking orders; all seemed to be enjoying themselves, courteous, and quick moving. definitely recommend for post dinner, post ice skating, on your way home treat! read more

The ice cream here is just like the other cold stone locations. I ordered a "like it" with peanut butter and reese cups. I received great customer service today at this locations. The staff members were very friendly and inviting. They provided the friendliest service I've had in a long time. I found parking relatively quick in front of cold stone which is unusual for this area. read more

Who doesn't like Cold Stone Creamery?? Last week was very kind to us as it relates to weather. The sun and the vibes warranted a taste of Cold Stone :) I must say I'm quite boring when it comes to ice cream. Cold Stone offers a plethora of ice cream choices, however I stick to Strawberry, Vanilla and butter pecan. I know I know... but if you want some good ice cream to satisfy your crave check out CSC. read more

Service was good, they took my digital gift card, the ice cream was as expected. Nothing to really complain about. I had the coffee ice cream which was creamy. Husband had the blueberry cornbread and honey ice cream which he really enjoyed. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Everyone hard at work. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - White Marsh, Maryland

I don't usually indulge in Coldstone. It often sits heavy because the ice cream is pretty much all cream. But on occasion I get the craving and brave the crowds at the avenue to come get it. I have always encountered friendly staff, and the flavors aren't rediculously diverse, but it's the toppings you put inside that make your ice cream interesting. If you've never been, they scoop the ice cream out and you ask for toppings and they mix it right on the frozen countertop. Kind of an interesting concept. I'd give it 3.5 if I could. Not quiiiiiiiiite middle of the road but not the best ice cream I've ever had. That title still belongs to Brooms Bloom in Harford Co. read more

Kudos to this place. My funnel cake ice cream was made deliciously and the staff was so warm and friendly. A breath of fresh air after dealing with horrible service at the restaurant we just left. I enjoy a good cold stone selection but what I enjoy even more us good service and this place offers just that. read more

We arrived 30 minutes before the posted closing time on 31Dec to learn the owner was kindly allowing his employees to knock off a little early for New Years. Seeing my 11 year old daughter standing dejected by my side, he then unlocked the door and handmade her ice cream dish while his employees finished the close down procedures. In my view, the owner went above and beyond to make a little girl happy and that is worth every one of these 5 stars. read more

This Cold Stone is ALWAYS super busy. The ice cream is always pretty good in my opinion. I always get the same thing, though - Birthday cake remix or a Cake n Shake with strawberries added in. There are better ice cream establishments in Baltimore, but this one is alright if you are in White Marsh and feel like waiting in line forever. read more

Went to cold stone to surprise mom for her birthday. My dad always thought this place was "over loved ice cream". Well, last night he started laughing as he ate his and said, "well, I like ice cream and this really is better than the other stuff!" Thanks, everyone! Stay safe and keep scooping!! read more

Zero stars really ...Very DISAPPOINTED...Brownie sundae and churro caramel sundae. Brownie hard ...Neither a plastic nor metal spoon could cut through it. Little to no caramel on churro sundae. I called today to order a cake last minute (my mistake). I spoke with an employee by the name of Tony, he was super helpful. Not only did he try to accommodate me but he contracted another member of the staff to come in just to complete my order. I was unable to wait due to bad timing on my end but that was very thoughtful and excellent customer service. I come here often and I am always pleased. Thank you so much to Tony and the rest of the staff at this location read more

I LOVE COLDSTONE!!!! I usually get Berry Berry Berry Good but decided to try Apple Pie Ala Coldstone! It is delicious!

I ordered a custom birthday cake on Dec24th for a 31st Birthday party. I received a confirmation through my email saying white marsh Cold Stone confirmed my order to be picked up 1/1/14 at 12 pm. We arrived at 1:00pm and the cake was never made. I am extremely disappointed as I promised a cake made exactly as my relative ordered. Someone dropped the ball big time. I do appreciate the store member Doing everything he could to make it right. It was not his fault and he did what he could to make the situation a little better. I received my money back and he took my info. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Stick with a bakery. read more

Horrible staff!! Tonight at 9pm, 7 employees behind the counter and only 1 mixing ice cream. DON'T TRUST THE READY-TO-GO CAKES!! I went in to grab a cake for my fiance's birthday because I know he likes the standard ready-to-go flavors anyway. Wanted something with more mass appeal than the Midnight, and we're so tired of the Cookies-n-Cream compromise. Would have grabbed Cookie Dough, but it has yellow cake and the chocolate cake part is a must. There it was, the "perfect" cake - Mocha Pie Mojo, the Manager's Choice flavor. Sounded awesome - coffee ice cream, cookie crumbs, peanut butter, and - best of all - CHOCOLATE CAKE. Grabbed it, paid for it, didn't get it personalized because I had a tube of frosting at home and a line was forming, it was Labor Day and hot after all. Got it home (the perfect drive for thawing), put on the letters and called everyone in. Sliced into that gorgeous baby and WHAT??? Yellow cake. Epic Fail. Not happy. Why bother doing a special flavor if you can't do what the ingredients say?? Why not mark it out and write yellow cake so that someone knows?? Really disappointed. read more
