A banana pudding is one of the few dessert foods that I especially judge critically upon. For a dessert drawing heavily upon the quality of components to become the penultimate summation of creations, an unsuspecting bakery would crumble at the slightest oversight of presenting a food like this - not this bakery however. The Confetti Cake Bar has a level of detail that is remarkably optimistic and fresh to the Baltimore Bakery scene. Located on Monument St, it's location is an unsuspecting gem in a otherwise avoided area. The exterior is polished and well-kept, something that's truly admirable in this day. The interior is tastefully designed and modern, displaying their weekly rotation of desserts and pastries. My entourage were greeted at the entrance and immediately welcomed in. We were offered their lemonade slush samples, which were tantalizing and well-worth the return later on. The owner was kind and ensured everyone was satisfied with their choices - ensuring the highest of quality and attention to detail with their products. Although I can't speak further on the rest of the products, I do believe a well-crafted banana pudding is a major indication of a quality location. I will definitely be returning.

After following Duff for years I was really looking forward to it. Was sadly disappointed. Blondies were so dry they actually crumbled taking them out of the cellophane.
