As you can see from the finished product below the cake looks rushed and incomplete. For an almost $200 cake the finished product left us underwhelmed to say the least. The baker tells you she doesn't promise the exact picture but we didn't think that meant providing an incomplete version of what we requested and paid for. When trying to resolve the issue, the only option that was offered was to return the cake for a 50% refund, which would be leaving us with wasted money and without a cake.
