This was my first time visiting this store. I have driven past it multiple times and decided to check it out to obtain my birthday Bundt cake. Once I told family about my birthday stop for the day they put in their request. I got a few for myself and immediate family including my mom too. The cakes were so good and moist. The flavor options were good as well. I believe my favorites are the red velvet and lemon and strawberry. I will definitely return. Plenty parking available is a plus too. read more

Though I am not new to the Nothing Bundt Cake brand, I have never been to the actual store. Leave it to my best friend to get me inside of one during my trip to Baltimore. LoL! The Nothing Bundt Cake location was easy to find as it sits on the main road. Once parked, we headed to the door and was met with a LONGGGGGGG line. Though the line was longgggggggg, the flow of the line was smooth and wasn't overly extended as it appeared most had placed their orders online, and the staff inside had a smooth process flow. Once inside, the store is beautiful and vibrant. The staff was all smiles and very pleasant to interact with. My best friend picked up her order as she had placed it online, and I ordered the Pineapple Upside Down Bundlette. OH MY GOSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! I couldn't wait to taste the cake. This was my first time with this flavor and I was excited. I decided I just wanted to taste it to satisfy my curiosity so I opened it and I took a fork full. HOWEVER!!!!!!!! Somehow, I blinked and the entire bundlette was GONE!!!! I mean completely GONE... The cake was soft and flavorful. The pineapple to vanilla ratio was spot on. The pineapple piece was perfect for the flip approach executed on the cake, and the frosting was a perfect blend of sweet and creamy to add to the experience. When I say amazing, I mean amazing. For my almost 80th birthday my children came the weekend before. Originally were to have a few more people coming but the snow derailed plans. My daughter wanted to get me a special cake and found this special place. Bundt cakes with flowers and their signature cream cheese frosting. Many different flavors to choose from. I would post pictures but they aren't on my phone. I received a chocolate chip chocolate Bundt cake with the signature icing, an 8 & an 0 candles, purple & violet pansies and hydrangeas silk like flowers in the center with a flowering can and bird. I love all shades of purple and enjoy gardening( among other things). I plan to create slices from the cake that's left,rearrange my freezer & freeze, take out when needing a chocolate fix. read more

The store is always near & clean and the staff is always nice. it's quick and convenient. They have something for almost every occasion. I got a white chocolate raspberry mini Bundt cake and omg. It was moist and the frosting on top was the perfect amount. I had asked if I could have more and she told me it would be a few minutes, I decided I could wait the few minutes. I'm a newbie to nothing Bundt cakes, so far I've tried the lemon, red velvet, and lemon raspberry bundlets. All of them have been moist and delicious. This review would have been 5 stars, I'm taking a star off for the ok customer service. The customer service isn't bad but it doesn't wow me. First time I came here I purchased the lemon bundlet but I really wanted the Keylime flavor that was advertised in the store. The person at the counter told me they no longer carry that flavor and it was seasonal. So the advertisement was misleading. Second time I came here I wanted the lemon bundlet and the person at the counter told me they do not have that flavor available. I came during the week earlier in the day and I was surprised they didn't have any since it's a flavor they normally have. I get sometimes ish happens but for me it was the nonchalant personality from the person at the counter threw me off. Overall, I would recommend and I would return. Seriously some of the best cakes ever! I got my parents 2 bundtlets and one for me as well. So soft and flavorful and there's so many kinds. My dad had double chocolate. This is a new review for this location. I called on Thursday May 11th, 2023 to place an order and the lady on the phone told me to go online immediately. I said to her I do not have a computer near by plus I am driving and she immediately said well find a computer or use your phone. You could tell she was not available or occupied but a simple please hold I am with a customer would have been great. Then guess what? She hung up the phone. I called her her 3times back to back and she did not pick up. By the way this was my second experience. The first one happened when I called to place an order and the staff placed me on hold for over 10mins. Each time I called back she would decline the call. I thought that was so ridiculous. I wonder if the owner would be available to see this message because something needs to be done immediately. The next closest location to me is In columbia and I have never had an issue. Got a cake day-of for my birthday. It took some time to prepare. Maybe it was just this location but the cakes aren't tasting the same as the use to years ago. Service was okay and bit slow. After missing many opportunities to try Nothing Bundt cakes (NBC) I finally got the chance. The cakes ordered were, Vanilla, Red Velvet and Raspberry White Chocolate. I was initially excited but that turned to disappointment. My friends and I agreed that the cakes didn't have any flavor. The icing though plentiful was of an artificial taste. This particular shop is a black-owned franchise. Each time I have visited, I have always had a pleasant experience. One day my online order didn't go through during an Xmas rush, and they were still able to get my order together with little wait time. Impressive because I thought I would left hanging. Going in and picking up an order is always an option, but I shoot for ordering online so that I can be sure my order is available before I make the drive all the way across town. Even if it's a short drive, there is nothing worse than having your mind set on something that isn't available. As a whole, Bundt cakes are a nice alternative to the classic cupcake. The flavors can be very sweet, so getting the buntinis allow you to try multiple flavors without the complete bundt cake overload. If you sign up for their emails, they send you coupons and notifications of new and seasonal flavors, such as key lime pie and dulce de leche. The key lime pie is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Get it!!! I went to this location and was very disappointed with my experience. They had very few flavors available at almost 2pm and had no plans of making more. The employee taking orders seemed distracted, she was on FaceTime with her phone propped up the entire time. Because of that, she was barely getting orders correct. The flavors were awesome and rich with red velvet being my personal favorite. Flavors like pumpkin spice are added seasonally. These are perfect for any occasion. Very slow, extreme lack of customer service tons of kids seem to be playing in the back where food is being prepared. Bad experience all the way around. Entered the facility and was told that it's a 15 min wait for bundtini's and the brought out 12 and said this is for your order. I never ordered I was a walk-in and told the lady that when I entered the store. Now I'm advised I have to wait another 10-15 min. *not to mention a lady came in saying her card was compromised using their online ordering* Pretty bad experience and sorry to say this but this is a poor example of this brand and I've had nothing but good experiences until coming to the Owings Mills store. read more

Two nice young ladies greeted us and one of the ladies explained the different sizes. They have many Flavors to choose from and different sizes too, 8, 10 inch and Mini's. We got 3 Minis. This place was easy to find. Located on an outside strip of stores. As soon as I walked into the well lit establishment I was greeted by the cashier.i immediately went straight to the display to decide what choices I was going to make. I let the cashier know that I wanted to redeem my email for one free Bundt cake for my birthday. I asked about the 3/15.00 deal. I was told that was only if you purchased the nice insulated carry bag for $3.49. I was also told there was a buy 2 Bundt cakes you get 1 free Bundt cake.
