I arrived to the Owings Mill location at approximately 8:25pm this evening and as I was walking in the door, I was greeted by two young ladies behind the counter, saying we only have one cinnamon roll left. I continue to enter the store as I didn't know who they were talking to. As I walked towards the counter, one of the young ladies repeated, we only have one roll left. I replied what time do y'all close? The one girl said we close at 9 o'clock but we're not cooking anymore. We are cleaning up for the tonight and continued to sweep put a wet floor sign up and lock the door. It's 8:30 PM at this time. I asked for the information to file a complaint and I still bought the one cinnamon roll that was available as I was trying to buy three. The cinnamon roll that I received was not the normal quality that I get, but I didn't notice until I got home and check the bag. This type of behavior is unacceptable especially for a store that supposed to close at 9 o'clock. The doors were locked by 8:30 PM. This concerns me as I frequent the store a lot and depending on what day it is you have some young ladies who have really good customer service then you have others that will bring your store down. I just wanted to bring this to your attention as I'm sure you are not aware of this location being closed a half hour before it's time. My Son treated me to this new Cinnamon Bun place. I didn't know that they had different varieties of toppings you can get on your Bun, my Son failed to tell me that. I've been wanting a cinnamon roll from Cinnaholic since they've been in Hampden, it's now here in Owings Mills, and I'm excited! To start I tried the old skool roll and the blueberry berry roll. Both were delicious. The blueberry roll does have a slight stench maybe it's the cheese that was used and the temperature of the rolls could be warmer. I wasn't too impressed. The breading was pretty tough not ooey and gooey like the Cinnabons you can get at the mall. I also ordered a cookie dough scoop which was pretty good but I feel like I would be just as satisfied getting cookie dough from the store and eating it that way. I've given this place so many chances because it's very hard to find vegan desserts, but this place is so disappointing. Every time I've gone there, there has been some kind of problem and the staff couldn't care less. Twice they've been out of something I ordered and tried to just hand me the bag with missing items. When I told them, all they said was they were out of it. They knew my order was missing items but still handed me the bag without saying a word. I explained to them that you have to give customers their money back if they've paid for something and you don't have it. Either they didn't understand or didn't care. Service was good, but the cinnamon rolls were disappointing. My son and I love cinnamon rolls, so we were super excited when we found out about this place. We have enjoyed cinnamon rolls from Cinnabon, Costco, and many other places. We even enjoyed Ikea's, and theirs aren't even that good, lol. We came to this location and took our first bites. Wow, too sweet! My 6 year old has the biggest sweet tooth, and even he couldn't finish his. I'm hoping it was just an off day, because I want to like this place. Was in the Owings Mills area and decided to stop by Cinnaholic. There is limited parking directly in front of the restaurant but you can just park at the edge of the Lowe's parking lot and cross the street and you're there. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and the gentleman at the register patiently waited for me while I decided what to order. The place was very clean inside and I liked that I could see the person as they prepared my order. I decided to go with the Old Skool and the Caramel apple pie. I found both to be delicious although I prefer the Old Skool. In my opinion one roll was big enough to be shared. The frosting is extremely rich so you may want to either go light or ask for it on the side. It reminded me of eating a cinnamon roll back in the day. As an added bonus, the establishment states that they are vegan, kosher, dairy and lactose-free, egg-free, and cholesterol free...that about covers everything! It's a wonderful treat but not one that I'd plan on having too often. read more

I visited the Cinnaholic at Owings Mills because I love cinnamon. I Was not familiar with it so I decided to go in. The staff was pleasant but not very informative. I ordered the old sckool with just frosting. By the time I got home the frosting had crystallized and was hard. There was not that much cinnamon In it, only in the inner part of bun which was also a little more moist. By and far it was not bad but I will not buy again. A store selling cinnamon buns should have had the aroma of It but did not. That should have been my first clue. read more
