Great food and service. Restaurant needs a small facelift but very clean. My pics show the spice for those that like it spicy.

Tough time to open a new restaurant. Happy that they are keeping people distant and cl Pho in Owings Mills. Across from Stevenson University. Vietnamese iced tea and iced coffee. Pho of all kinds. Pork and rice and more. Call ahead for takeout. Can take 15-20 minutes for food or teas to be made.

This is probably one of the few, if not the only, pho restaurants in Owings Mills. The appetizers were very disappointing. The spring rolls were tiny and didn't not have much in it. The fish sauce that came with the spring rolls was not a fish sauce. It was gooey with no flavor. Very strange. The peanut sauce was watered down. The pho broth was good and hot. The pho noodle was over cooked and it melted in my mouth. We also sat behind two males in their 60s that were sneezing, coughing, blowing their nose, and clearing their throat every twenty seconds. It felt like we were breathing in COVID-19. It was not a pleasant experience and we will not be back.

The restaurant is pretty clean, the waiter was quick on taking orders. I ordered the special bowl. The broth is really tasteless, honestly it's a step above hot water. The noodle is really pasty like, a sign that the noodle being boil too long in hot water. Disappointed, hopefully they can do better, I do not recommend this place.

It was extremely hard to place our order over the phone as we were having it delivered and that wasn't an option online. After placing our order we got a call back that the driver was running 15 minutes late. Called a half hour after delivery time and food came about 10 mins later. Now the food. Broth was oily and not very flavorful. Portion sizes were good. Ordered two Thai Ice Teas with no ice and they barley filled the cups half way. It was super sweet and had no milk. My aunt wanted chicken and shrimp in her bowl. Was told it would be an extra charge and she got one shrimp. Will not be returning for such an bland experience.

Com suon nuong

This was a quick stop for lunch and I didn't even know there was viet food in Ownings mills. I got a com suon nuong and the flavor was on point satisfied the Vietnamese in me but the portion was so underwhelming. For $11 there was 5 pieces of small pork I was not full after eating it. I usually expect a whole pork chop for that dish. I do want to come back and try their pho hopefully they give more food then.

Authentic pho, staff are friendly, they tried to be open throughout the pandemic. Quality comparable with Pho around Ellicott city. No need to drive if you live around Owings Mills.

It's a small place in a strip mall that's just outside of the nice historic part of Annapolis…read more Nonetheless, it was quite busy when I stopped in, and I was lucky to get a table. The menu has some vegetarian selections, and I opted for a unique dish of tofu with pineapple and some savory sauce. I was not convinced this combination would work, but the sauce was excellent and the pineapple stood out without clashing. They offered me a house hot sauce and it was powerful stuff. A Thai tea came with rice-based creamer; most of these use dairy and occasionally coconut, but I think rice was appropriate and was filling without being heavy. And they claim to source their tea from Vietnam and the tea flavor came through strongly. I was surprised that they didn't have more rolls on the menu, and there aren't a ton of places like this in Annapolis, but the fresh and intriguing flavors are clearly a draw.

This review is based strictly on customer service, as my interaction with the restaurant was so…read moredisappointing that I never had the opportunity to try their food. I was genuinely interested in visiting after seeing their advertised pho bowl featuring a massive beef dinosaur rib. Since the price wasn't listed on the menu, I called to inquire about availability, pricing, and placing an order. The woman who answered informed me that they were out of the beef ribs and that they had to be specially ordered. Fair enough. However, as I was preparing to end the conversation, she apparently spoke with someone nearby who mentioned they had one smaller rib remaining and could sell it to me at the regular price. I politely declined. What happened next was completely unprofessional and honestly shocking. Apparently unaware that I could still hear her, the woman loudly remarked to her coworker, "I told you so, he wasn't buying it!" She then began speaking in another language in what sounded like an angry, aggressive tone before abruptly hanging up on me. Seriously? Is this how you treat a potential paying customer? First, why advertise a specialty item if it's not regularly available without a special order? Second, why would you expect a customer to pay full price for a smaller, leftover portion of the advertised product? And most importantly, why become visibly irritated and disrespectful simply because a customer politely declines an offer? The most unfortunate part is that I was still interested in trying something else on their menu. I genuinely enjoy exploring new pho restaurants and frequently share my dining experiences through reviews and recommendations. A positive experience could have easily turned me into a repeat customer who recommended the establishment to others. Instead, one unnecessary interaction completely changed my impression of the business. My recommendation to management: If the beef dinosaur rib is a specialty item requiring advance notice, clearly communicate that on the menu. More importantly, ensure employees understand that courtesy, professionalism, and respect are fundamental to customer service, regardless of whether someone ultimately places an order. I can't speak to the quality of the food because I never got that far. However, I can speak to how I was treated, and unfortunately, that experience was unacceptable. For now, I'll continue supporting my favorite pho establishments in Washington, DC, where I know I can count on excellent food and, just as importantly, being treated like a valued customer. Bottom line: Great food may attract customers, but respectful service is what earns their business and keeps them coming back. Unfortunately, this restaurant lost mine before I ever placed an order.
