First time visiting. Dined in. Cute, clean space with one indoor table that can seat two. Staff were nice. Got the brisket pho with spicy broth and lemongrass tofu banh mi, and one iced coffee. Pho - good portion. Although we got the spicy broth it was not as spicy as I expected, and generally not very flavorful. The noodles were all clumped up at the bottom. Banh mi - mediocre. lacked flavor and the bread itself was ok. Iced coffee - not bad, but had an unusual after taste. Overall it was nice, but did not have the depth of flavor I'm used to for pho.

Such a flavorful broth. Great prices. Big portions. Made two bowls from what I ordered. Love that you can build your own bowl. Thai tea is amazing. Friendly staff. One table is available if you want to dine in.

I haven't had Pho in years but pregnancy cravings cant be denied. I was driving by and decided to stop in though I had not been there before. Its a small restaurant that offers take out only. You select your noddle, proteins, toppings and sauces. Its all written out at the counter making it easy to make your selections. The cashier was so kind and patient as I inquired about spice level and various sauces. My total was under $15 and the portion allows for at least 2 meals. I also appreciated how hot and well packaged the food was. I got home about an hour after ordering the food and nothing spilled during the ride home and the food was still warm. Bottom Line: its good food and high quality service.

Had a great experience at Man Vs Pho. It's a small carry out type restaurant. Would like to eat there but this doesn't feel possible why I removed a star: I got the lemongrass pork banh mi. It was only 7.99 before tax and was full of flavorful fresh vegetables, tender juicy flavorful pork, and the bread was also really nice. Felt healthy but still decadent. I really enjoyed this meal. The staff was nice and gave great suggestions. I will definitely be back.

THEY'RE BACK! I cannot tell you how devastated I was when I heard manvspho left us during the pandemic. I considered quitting my job and making it my life's mission to bring this place back. I almost invested my life savings to reopen this place to be able to enjoy the flavorful broth of joy. That's how good it is, and I'm not exaggerating. But now my favorite food place of all time is back and I've already gone an embarrassing amount of times. I would definitely consider this to be a "hole in the wall" type of place. As a pho connoisseur, I had to try all of the pho places when I moved to Baltimore. It's a very small restaurant that has a fast causal vibe, so you wouldn't expect anything special. But I am so grateful I decided to order from here one day because that day changed my life and how I view food. And to be completely honest, most places are alright, they do the entrée justice with some flavorful broth and yummy add-ins. However, this place REINVENTS THE WHEEL with their variations in their recipes still maintaining the integrity of what pho should be. My go to order is the Special Chicken (which is a pan fried rotisserie chicken in a homemade sauce) in Spicy Chicken Broth. These seemingly simple variations add so much to a bowl of pho, letting it come alive as you slurp it down. The Special Chicken has a small flavorful kick to it to compliment the broth and the toppings, and the Spicy Chicken Broth is bursting with flavor (although I do have to say it's not hot spicy, it is just so full of flavor and spices). I just need everyone to have this incredible dining experience, I could eat this stuff everyday if I could. And for the price, you are getting like two or three meals in one bowl! So next time you're in the mood for some delicious Vietnamese cuisine at an amazing price, you have to try this place out. It has such a special place in my heart as one of the most delicious and comforting meals I've had the pleasure of enjoying.

While I was sick, I asked my coworkers to recommend a local soup spot and MULTIPLE people said manvspho, hands down. They were so right, this pho is the sh*t. I always order it spicy, I always order the fatty juice to add (it's only like $1) and I typically order the steak. Last night, I ordered the special chicken and it might be my new favorite! The broth is phenomenal and I typically get two meals out of an order. When you pick up, it's ready so fast! Definitely a to-go spot, there's not a lot of room to eat inside. It's packaged and separated so well which is really helpful if you're getting it delivered.

This place never stops amazing me! Everything I have ever gotten is delicious! Today, I ordered online and had my husband pick up food for me, bc I couldn't get away from work today. I got a pho with tendon, beef and shrimp, and an iced coffee. I ate it all quickly bc it was so good, that I forgot to snap pictures for you. Another great thing is that their pho is packed in a way that I was just able heat up the broth in my office and pour it into the bowl filled to the max with great ingredients! I will be back soon :)

Came here since it was the only pho place with outdoor seating. Really wasn't expecting much since I'm Vietnamese and this place doesn't have the typical Vietnamese vibe but it was really good! My 7 yo daughter was craving pho so we came here and ordered the pho with steak and beefballs!! The broth was quite fragrant and tasty and perfectly seasoned. It really didn't need much more but I like to add hoisin and sriracha and lime and jalapeños and basil!! Which was all there. My daughter loved it and asked for more! I took home a banh mi for my husband. Haven't tried that yet so can't comment. Would definitely come back here if we are in the area and during Covid for outdoor seating!!

Food 5/5 Every time I come here the food is fresh and yummy. Service 3/5 I hate to drive back because they forgot it to give me the garlic chicken and rice that I ordered so I ended up having to reheat my food. But it was still flavorful I just prefer it fresh. Ambience was very small but ok for take out.

Garlic Butter Porkchop w/rice - The image shows a Vietnamese dish with a bed of white rice topped with cooked meat garnished with chopped green onions. The meal is presented in a black container, highlighting the traditional presentation of Vietnamese cuisine.

Is this place connected to Pho Saigon? Their website used to be manvspho and their slogan was "best hangover food." As far as I can tell both are still open. Was there a rift?

They are related. I've seen their van over at Pho Saigon multiple times, presumable restocking for the smaller ManVsPho location.

All delicious with a plate of super fresh basil, bean sprouts, lime wedges, and jalapeño slices. Super clean, crisp place to eat with easy seating and prompt service. We took off one star because we thought that mango smoothie wasn't available per the wait staff, and we ordered spring rolls. What was weird was that 2 of 3 pho came out first -super prompt, then the third pho arrived about 5 minutes later. Then the spring roll showed up (after) then a mango smoothie showed up. So while service was super fast, it was out of sync. Maybe they were learning the process and what to say, but if they say. "I will check" you might want to clarify that they come back with options.

A blogger that I follow on IG reviewed this place, so today we decided to give it a try. We ordered a couple different Banh Mi's - the BBQ pork and Grill pork. For those who are familiar with this dish, the bread is the star of this dish and the baguette was fresh and had a nice crunch with every bite. Both of the meats were seasoned well bursting with flavor and the pickled carrots and daikon were nice and thick. They offer many different options for summer rolls and while the safe side of me wanted to stick with just the "traditional / original" style, we decided to venture off and got the Grilled Beef, Grilled Sausage, Shredded Pork, and Grilled Pork. All of them were delicious in their own way and they each come with different sauces. While we were there we also got the original Cafe Su Da (Vietnamese iced coffee) which was delicious but my favorited was the Salted Latte which tastes like a Salted Caramel coffee. Staff was very friendly and got all of the food and drinks out in a timely manner.
