The Phò Tái (#18) is my go to. I usually order this and a Vietnamese iced coffee when I go to Pho #1. Their phò is the best after a hard workout, a night out, when you're sick, or on a cold day. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and their service is prompt and professional. You seat yourself when you walk in, and it's never crazy busy or over crowded so finding a cozy booth to enjoy your meal is always easy.

Ive been going here for years The food is amazing the service is the best and the restaurant is clean. They play Kenny g- My favorite things are the combo fried rice, the egg rolls, and the number 18 pho! I would recommend this place over any pho place in the area Their broth is authentic and Rich not too floral.

I came back here over half a year later and order their bun bo hue again. It seems like they really improved it and their ingredients seem way more fresh! I really like their chilli oil, which is a must have in all the pho that I eat! I brought a little bit of my own shrimp paste from home to eat their sliced jalapenos and to add to the bun bo hue soup. There is just something about that salty (shrimp paste) and spicy (jalapeno) bite that pairs well with bon bu hue. Their menu is huge! I took some photos of the menu, but not all of them. Something that you don't see often about pho places is that they offer alcohol also, such as liquor not just beer. I didn't order any so I can't comment on that. The servers were also extremely attentive and refilled our water probably 4-5 times! There is plenty of free parking outside.

Came in a whim as we were craving pho and were in the area. Customer service was not bad, especially considering we got here towards the end of the evening. The highlight was honestly their egg rolls - crispy, full of flavor. Other than that, the summer rolls were okay, mostly noodles (filler), and unfortunately the pho was disappointing, especially the broth. I focused on eating the meat and noodles, but the broth was more sour than you'd expect for pho, so I definitely think focusing on the broth quality and flavor is what would make things better. I do not plan on returning, unless it's to get those egg rolls again.

#1 Beef Pho Large! - A bowl of traditional Vietnamese beef pho contains sliced beef, chopped green onions, cilantro, and onion rings in a clear, flavorful broth. The dish is served on a white plate, with a side plate of bean sprouts, basil, and sliced jalapeños visible in the background. The setting appears to be a restaurant with a wooden table surface.

This was the third Vietnamese restaurant I have been to since relocating to the area from the West Coast. Inflation has affected everyone and everything so with that said when a restaurant labels something as "Large" I expect just that for the price being charged. I was really surprised and impressed to see my Large bowl of Pho arrive at my table with a great ratio of meat and noodles. The broth was flavorful and seasoned well and noodles were blanched to the proper texture. Service was prompt and the restaurant was clean. Great variety of condiments table side as well. I know there's many more places to try but I will definitely keep Pho #1 in my rotation.

Great place for authentic Vietnamese food! Big menu and even has pictures of many dishes in the back. I got #54 which was shrimp, pork and egg too on vermicelli with some veggies and nuoc mam. It was yummy. Hubby got Bun Bo Hue and also enjoyed it. I truly appreciated my Vietnamese iced coffee was served the legitimate way. That is separate glass with condensed milk on bottom and coffee drip on top and separate glass of ice - delicious. So many places serve it already mixed and flavors can vary a lot. Service was great and very clean restaurant. We will come back with more of the Phamily to try more dishes.

After a long night of partying.. Pho will always hit the spot.. This is my fav Pho spot.. conveniently located rt off 695..wide variety of soup dishes.. the staff are attentive but not overbearing.. reasonable priced w/options between large & small.. Very intimate setting.. Soft jazz is typically playing... Today, I didn't feel well, and the young lady was so nice and recommended quite a few dishes.. I ordered them all A lrg no#1 w/extra noodles and a lrg 51 - extra spicy!!! I thoroughly enjoy this place!

Was on this side of town last week running errands. Me and a friend stopped in for dinner and I'm glad I did. Everything was delicious, tried both types of spring rolls. I actually liked both spring rolls. Depending on your preference. The clear rice paper ones are extremely fresh, with the basil and sprouts. Their peanut sauce is so delicious. They are known for their Pho, and the bowls are extremely large here so be prepared for a filling meal. I also love that they have other Vietnamese dishes as well so it's hard to choose. My friend snagged a bubble tea on the way out as well, and he said it was really good. Their service was really good as well. In and out with no issues. Highly recommend if your by the Route 40 corridor

I feel like I've had better versions of everything and it tasted good, I just wouldn't make the trip specifically to eat here. The services was very quick and attentive. They filled my water glass regularly, which for me is a plus. I tried one of their specials. The shrimp balls were more like shrimp wonton pockets, they were tasty, just a little over cooked for me. The shrimp on sugarcane was my favorite item on my plate. Perfectly fried shrimp, so even the tails were enjoyable to eat. The pickled vegetable were good, just a sweet pickle, which I'm not a huge fan of. The fried calamari was more breading than calamari, which I know is a bonus for some people, but I could have used less breading. The spring rolls were a little loose, but everything inside was fresh. The peanut sauce leaned soy sauce, which normally isn't my jam, but was a nice contrast to most of the sweeter foods in my plate. The lemonade was a little sweeter than I like mine. So I guess my overall review food wise was that everything leaned very sweet.

My friend and I were looking for a pho spot since our go to spots were closed on Tuesdays. Thought we'd give this place a try from the reviews. This place is not the best pho you can get in the area. The broth didn't have much flavor, felt like it was water based on the color of it. We ended up adding a lot of additional ingredients and condiments to improve the taste but it still felt like it was missing something.

#2 with spicy broth - A bowl of Vietnamese pho features a spicy, reddish broth with rice noodles, slices of beef, and floating oil droplets. Accompanying the dish are fresh herbs and vegetables on a white rectangular plate, including sliced green chili peppers, bean sprouts, and basil leaves. The setting includes a wooden table with additional bowls of soup and drinks visible in the background, indicating a restaurant environment.

Great pho, mediocre table service. Our table was not wiped down and we had to ask the person who sat us if he could give us a rag to wipe it down. Server showed up after a bit and just stared at us, then went "what do you want". Asked for spicy broth with my order and from the attitude he gave me, it looked like it was too much to ask. After we gave our orders, we did not see him again until he brought the check. Bartender, on the other hand, did an excellent job with the drinks. Ordered some type of strawberry/pineapple cocktail and It was hands down the best cocktail I've ever had... and it came in a huge cup! As mentioned above, the pho itself was actually REALLY good. BUT there was not enough meat!! I will probably order from Pho 1 again because of the taste. However, it will be a To-Go order.... Not worth eating in.

All delicious with a plate of super fresh basil, bean sprouts, lime wedges, and jalapeño slices. Super clean, crisp place to eat with easy seating and prompt service. We took off one star because we thought that mango smoothie wasn't available per the wait staff, and we ordered spring rolls. What was weird was that 2 of 3 pho came out first -super prompt, then the third pho arrived about 5 minutes later. Then the spring roll showed up (after) then a mango smoothie showed up. So while service was super fast, it was out of sync. Maybe they were learning the process and what to say, but if they say. "I will check" you might want to clarify that they come back with options.

I had driven past this location many times but never had a chance to go in to try them…read more Pho is my go to nourishment when I start feeling a little under the weather. Since the location I typically grab my broth from crushed my heart when they told me they no longer sold broth when I tried to pick some up on my way home Friday, I had to find an alternative. Not being able to leave the house today, I was fortunate my mother wanted to bring me something to help me feel better. I instantly remembered Man Vs Pho and ran to Yelp first to look at recommendations as well as pictures. I then went to their website to check out the menu and was pleased to find they offered the broth by itself in a 32 oz container of either beef, chicken or vegetable and I quickly added it to my list. I was expecting my mother to call me when she got there but the next thing I knew, she was telling me to open the door. I love she didn't have a problem with ordering and she informed me that it was nice inside and she jokingly rubbed the Buddhas belly and head for good luck. She did say they didn't have any takeout menus at the counter to take with her since she was curious about the food and wanted to try some also. They also didn't put one in the bag either. The broth definitely did is job. I almost passed out after drinking about 75% of it. Steaming hot and burnt my tongue just as wonderful as I could have asked for. It was a little bit on the salty side so I did have to hydrate myself throughout and also why I couldn't finish all of it. The death of the flavor wasn't as intense as others I've tried but I would have to try their beef broth to actually compare it to others. They really came through in the clutch and I'm so glad for that. There's definitely on my list to try again so that I can see if I have a new Pho spot.

A blogger that I follow on IG reviewed this place, so today we decided to give it a try. We ordered a couple different Banh Mi's - the BBQ pork and Grill pork. For those who are familiar with this dish, the bread is the star of this dish and the baguette was fresh and had a nice crunch with every bite. Both of the meats were seasoned well bursting with flavor and the pickled carrots and daikon were nice and thick. They offer many different options for summer rolls and while the safe side of me wanted to stick with just the "traditional / original" style, we decided to venture off and got the Grilled Beef, Grilled Sausage, Shredded Pork, and Grilled Pork. All of them were delicious in their own way and they each come with different sauces. While we were there we also got the original Cafe Su Da (Vietnamese iced coffee) which was delicious but my favorited was the Salted Latte which tastes like a Salted Caramel coffee. Staff was very friendly and got all of the food and drinks out in a timely manner.
