Great food, great prices, lots of fun for the kids in the arcade. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean and family friendly.

I will recommend this. It was very good a good place to hang out and talk to family to eat and you can all eat. That's one thing about it. read more

Cicis Pizza - Pizza bar - Pizza Near Me - Waco, Texas

We go here once a week. We like it and the staff are very friendly. They know what we want and have it working as soon as we walk in.

i love pizza...........................................................................service was good,, ambiance is good.......

The most horrid, disgusting, and dangerous facility I have ever entered in my corporeal life. I've walked into bathrooms more sanitary than this place. The service is what I would imagine Hell's Kitchen to look like. I would rather have been cooked and served by the chefs than eat the "Penland" quality food again. However the arcade games were top tier and the exit was an experience like no other. Definitely saved this establishment. 5 stars - for 5 GTA stars the Safety Inspection crew needs to look at this "fun" place. read more

The place was dirty and not run properly. What do you expect when teenagers are running it.

Candace and her team were awesome! I asked them if they could make us fresh pizza and they did! Pepperoni pizza was delicious! If you like things really spicy I definitely recommend the pepperoni and jalapeño pizza! The restaurant was very clean. I would definitely go back! read more

if your coming for the pasta forget it, it was watery with no taste and I asked what seemed to be the manager and she rudely told me "it's supposed to be like that." NO ITS NOT. disgusting and disrespectful no thanks. not to mention the pizza was cold and they were running low on everything. Not worth the money. read more

This was the worst eating experience I have had. The pizza buffet was EMPTY for about,15 minutes. Dessert pizza was raw said bar was not refilled. Dirty..... I don't know who's in charge but it was awful. Only cheese and pepperoni pizzas. What happened to the special pizzas. This was a good place to eat when it first opened. Bad customer service. read more

I have ate at Cici pizza on a few different times and their pizza is good, Hawaii, Barbecue, Surpreme pizza, Veggie pizza and cinnamon rolls and their sweet tea are all really good and their buffet never stays full threw out the days and nights they stay packed full of customers, and their managers are really nice and friendly and caring if you work their they will send you home with their pizza foods to make sure you don't go hungry they are very thoughtful of their customers and employees, I recommend this place to anyone to eat and it's cheap it's a good deal read more

This was the worst experience at a cicis I've ever had. There were no pizza selection and the crew did not put out the pizza as fast at everyone expected. The pizza when put out have been grabbed or taken as fast as a mentally disabled mom with a short hair cut asking for the manager when a black employee helps her out. I belive the employees did not like there job since all I saw was three people just giggling and laughing at the back while this Hispanic man was working his ass off. At first look at the pizza, it was so depressing. Literally it was depressing. I wanted to say something but most of them were wearing airpods. One had a durag. The pizza( when I could grave one) was very odd. Had many different toppings despite being just one topping. A cheese pizza slice had only one olive on the side. A pepperoni slice had a chunk of chicken on the middle. My flatbread was burnt and tasted like cardboard. When I wanted to have a drink of a nice cool coke to wash this horrible meal I found out that the ice machine did not work. I was devastated. The drink was the only thing that actually tasted what it supposed to do. Everytime I wanted another slice dispite the horrible selection but hey, I payed for this horrible meal. When one whole pizza came out it was a war zone. The place were the two supposed pizza lines were was packed of hungry people when they saw my Hispanic brother put out a pizza. I named that place "no mans land" with all the people gathering, running for the slices. Adults and kids just hungry for the slice of an ordinary cheese pizza. I can still hear the screams. Most of the pizza was undercooked and distasteful. Ps. This was just a waste of money. Please just go eat somewhere else. If the crew is reading this I just have one thing to say. Step the fuck up. read more

Save your money and go somewhere else. The restaurant is DIRTY, Pizza does not stay stocked, and the staff are the most unprofessional bunch I've ever seen. Cici's at this location was a great place MANY years ago, but NOT anymore. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I was SHOCKED at the positive experience that I had at this location. The manager and staff were INCREDIBLE. The manager and staff were super nice and welcoming. The serving of food is very Covid friendly, and the staff was readily available to assist with providing desired items. Overall, AMAZING experience. I left happy and wanting to come back read more

Came here on my lunch hour by myself. I came around 4pm so certainly not a rush hour or anything, but they struggled to keep the buffet stocked. At one point there was only one partial pizza on both sides and for dessert, just a few squares of old brownie. I didn't want to order a whole pizza for myself, and figure it'd take too long anyway, so I just waited for WHATEVER they put out. Slowly but surely they got out a few. As two of the employees roamed and chatted with customers instead of being behind the counter pumping out pizzas. So I ate pizza that i didn't really like that was just okay quality and got out of there. read more

The food was good but they were struggling to keep food on the buffet. It wasn't the nicest place in the world but was what I expected it to be for CiCi's. The staff was nice and asked if there was anything we wanted. Overall it was a good experience and my daughter liked playing the games. read more

Would say I have been to many cici all over and have tried to give this location a second Chance the first time I had to wait 30 min for a speciality would have live a different slice while I waited but ther e wasn't anything already made and this time I went in to give them a last Chance and they told me they weren't even making speciality so I asked if I could get a refund since I just paid for my buffet not 30 seconds ago not even a sip of my drink and for the salad bar all they has was empty pans with what might have been topping but now all that remained was juice so i Politely asked for a refund and was told no the manger didn't even have the couritys to exit the prep table she shouted over the wall I will make you a pizza to go so i was a little confused if she was going to make me one to go why couldnt she just make me one there i asked for the corporate number and she said the number was on the back but it would just come back to her with a smile on her face so I went out to get my phone because I wanted a picture as proof of the conditions of the location and she replied get out so I left with out a refund or a pizza never again read more

Cicis Pizza - Worse service poor management - Pizza Near Me - Waco, Texas

We just moved back to Waco and were in the area so we stopped at this location. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. I walked around the buffet area and saw one woman and a young kid - she was telling him how to mop the floors. They both made eye contact with me but didn't acknowledge they saw me. So I looked over the buffet hoping that someone would come to the front - the pasta was dry and old, what there was of pizza looked to be old and only 2 kinds on the buffet. The brownies were spread all over the buffet area - like people had picked thru them. The tables were all dirty with used dishes, chairs all over and food on the floor. Now here's my question to the franchisor - why, for the love of humanity would you franchise a restaurant, pay all those fees and not give a care about how your business looks ?? I am a food service manager and if that were my restaurant, I would be ashamed of myself. If the health department came in, you'd be out of business. Just some advice, if you're willing to listen - read these reviews and take them to heart - change managers, hire staff that care about their job (even if that mean paying them better),clean up the building and get your business in order. If this is a corporate store - shame on Cici's. Needless to say, we left after waiting for 15 minutes and I am so glad we did. . .probably saved ourselves some stomach problems. Ball is in your court now. . . read more

Whole place is filthy. Staff is miserable judging from appearance and attitude. Asked for fresh dessert pizza with only 2 pcs left on bar and was told no. Will definitely NOT be returning to this location. They could take a lesson from the one in Bellmead. read more

This place was so horrible the pizza was so stale and we couldn't bite into the pizza never coming back please get help.

The worst cicis i've ever been too. Food was cold, not to mention there was about 3 pizzas out Never coming back here again. Dude at the front was on FaceTime while we were trying to pay. Ridiculous. read more

No selection of pizza. Staff is unprofessional, bunch of kids working. McDonald's is better than this place. Never again.

Worst experience ever in a pizza place,we went 10-8-18 we paid and no food on buffet. Even soup container was empty.they said even not workin.put quarter of a pepperoni on each slice, hardly any cheese.crust like cardboard. Couldn't keep up with 10 customers. Dirty store.we love Tyler location tried Waco. Never going back there.should be shut down. read more

This place is disgusting. If the health dept walked in here right now they would close them down. There isn't a clean surface in the place. Every single table and every tile on the floor is covered in grime. I'm ashamed to say I actually ate anything. read more

Dirty. No dessert pizza. Poor service. This used to be a good place to eat, but something has definitely changed.

Selection was dismal, tables were uncleaned, and cashier mocked my step-dad who is hard of hearing. What happened to this restaurant?

Very disappointed in my visit. I had asked for a pizza to be made and a guy had told me he would make it and didn't. The guy with the gimpy eye copped an attitude with me about the pizza. Also, the pizza is being made by a guy with no gloves on . read more

I was very disappointed in my experience at this location at Cici's. I arrived at the store at 8:00 pm and was told that they will not be adding any pasta to the buffet. The store closes at 10:00 pm. So I am so confused to why they start to put everything up 2 hours before closing time. They did not bother making any fresh pizza. The dessert pizza ran out and they said "no" to making anymore. Keep in mind, this happened 2 hours before closing time. I am not sure if there was any management present because all I saw were kids working there that were talking on their cell phones, laughing loudly and sagging their pants the entire time. It seems like nobody took their job serious at all. I hope the owner takes some action to fix this because at one time, this Cicis Pizza location was one of the finest places in Waco. But, it has become one of the most mismanaged places in Waco. It was so unbelievable how there was no new pizza put out and I was actually told "no" to making anymore. The buffet was almost bare and yet they were still going to be opened for another 2 hours. In addition, they already put all of the chairs up on top of all the tables except for about eight boths that were closely put together. I understand if they do that 15 minutes before closing, but not 2 hours before hand. When I go to a restaurant, I like to have some choice to where I sit and not be confined to only a small space. And nobody was cleaning. Instead they were all partying in the back and playing on their cellphones. There was no purpose to have the chairs up this early. Again, hopefully the owner reevaluates what is going on at this location and makes some changes. The whole time I was there eating, I was in total shock to how the employees were acting and lack of food on the buffet. I counted around 4 employees and none of them were doing a thing but playing and having their underwear showing because of the sagging pants. Please make some changes. read more

Nice cozy place! Had the Alfredo pizza which was the best ever. They didn't have much out since the store does open at 11 am but we will definitely come back because the buffett was worth it. read more

The restaurant was cold and so was the pizza. The only thing that was warm were the Cinnamon Rolls and they had just been brought out. We wont go back, at least not to that location. read more

Personally I didn't enjoy my visit, as a paying customer I expect the workers not to be talking back to the customers because of their mistakes. When did personalizing your own pizza stop ??? Every time I came we were always allowed and now the place is very dirty and now even the workers aren't even wearing gloves like their supposed to. read more

This place is disgusting, not one clean table, no deserts the entire 30 minutes I was there, asked for ranch dressing fir my salad, which was pretty sad as every tray was empty, it took them 15 minutes to bring it out. This was my second chance for them never again. So sad seeing as I like cicis but will never go here again read more

Usually really good, manager is great. But I guess this time he wasn't here. Horrible time. Food was gross. No more pizza brought to the tables. Workers were not working just playing around the whole time while the buffet line was really dirty and disgusting, could have been wiped down while they were "playing" around. Flys were everywhere, the same tables that needed to be busted were here when we left. Dirty rags were used to wipe down buffet when the workers would feel like doing it. Loud, lyrically explicit music in the background where kids can hear. The "blue shirt guy" that is apparently a manager is constantly on his phone, and standing around. Salad bar is horrible, the workers are just playing around while they could be cleaning. read more

First time in forever I've been here definitely the last! Pizza was cold and rubbery. I was here for almost an hour and only two fresh pizza came out. The guy making pizza had his phone to his ear while making pizza with his other hand. Yeuuch! The young lady who was in charge spent more time with her husband and children who were there than she did taking care of business. Tables and floors were very dirty. read more

Never eating there again..... Kids were unsupervised, and licking the spatulas, putting their hands in the food, restrooms were uncleaned, a woman sticking her hand in the ice machine, and employees acting like it's normal and not saying anything about it. If the employees looked more competent, I would've asked for my money back. The health dept should really investigate. read more

Came in here yesterday because my kids wanted pizza. When we walk in, everyone in the back was running around looking busy but nothing was getting done. Pizza on buffet was cold and there wasn't any new pizza being put out and we waited there for like 15 minutes. When we asked for a refund the black guy in the back was very rude saying stuff to us despite us being calm. We will not be going there again. This place lacks good management and leadership as most people working in there looked very young and inexperienced. If I could give them half a star I would but luckily for them they get one because they did give us a refund. read more

The pizza was ok but the restaurant was very dirty.the napkin holders were covered in old food and the chair backs were greasy.

Do you like greeters who mumble incoherently and won't make eye contact or smile? Then this is the place for you! This fine establishment has it all: pasta that's been on the buffet so long that it's hardened to a crisp, food and trash on the floor, lots of unbussed tables, and that charming atmosphere one can usually only find in the waiting room of a free clinic. I also like that they didn't waste any effort on ensuring that there was variety on the buffet, because who needs it? Speaking of needing things-when you arrive, don't be shocked by there only being 6 total slices of pizza on the buffet with no plates in sight. It's just their fun, quirky way of showing how much they care. It was a nice touch as well that they completely skipped setting out a lot of the items that they advertised would be on the buffet. When we were almost finished, a few flies landed on my food to wish me a good night. I don't know how they trained their flies so well. read more

The food was really cold. They told us we could not order a personal pizza. I only ate 2 pieces of pizza and they told us to come back between 11-4 the next day and the gm was going to take care of us. Why would I want to go back to a place that serves cold food. Never going back such a waste of money. read more

I've frequented various CiCi's in multiple states and in general appreciate the friendliness of staff and the food is good for the price. But, this CiCi's is the exception. By far the worst in regard to food and service that I've experienced. Also, it's pretty dirty throughout. The men's restroom was disgusting. The food selection was sparse, so I requested a supreme. While waiting I had some of the selection that was already available and regretted doing so. The supreme took probably 30 minutes and when it came, it was actually decent. Just the overall experience was not good. read more

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. It was that bad. AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE! My girlfriend and I were literally charged for water. Although the manager gave us free buffet passes for our next meal, I doubt I will ever use them. There was a horrible selection of pizza, pasta and other dishes. If there was any food available, it was cold or hanging off the pan clinging for life. There were many tables full of plates and dishes from previous customers that were not cleaned off the entire time we were there. The corner of the restaurant was especially gross and had candy and trash spilled every where. The entire upkeep of the place where customers SIT AND EAT was horrendous and what's even more frightening is thinking about how they treat the cooking area. I decided to eat with my own hands cause I saw how dirty their forks were. Trust me. Avoid at all cost! read more
