We were greeted as soon as we walked in and directed to choose a table of our preference. The waitress quickly came over and grabbed our drink order while we looked at the menu. We placed our order and the waitress was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. She also informed us they work as a team so we can stop anyone when/if we need something. We started with the "Burning Bush" appetizer (crispy Brussel sprouts w/ lemon garlic aioli). YUM! They had just the right bite to them, and the glaze on them paired with the aioli was delicious! For our entrees we had the Golden Calf Burger w/ sweet potato fries and sriracha aioli and The Weight of Glory Sandwich w/ broccoli slaw. They were both incredibly flavorful and fresh! You can tell they locally source their ingredients and prepare them onsite. The portions are also plentiful, and we left with a takeout box. To round off lunch we tried the special mousse on the specials board (coffee flavored cheesecake mousse). It was so delightful we dug in before I could snap a pic. Just enough coffee flavor paired with chocolate sauce (not hersheys ). The big windows allow for a lot of natural light and lends to a welcoming and warm environment. We will for sure be back and bring others!

Came here for dinner on a Wednesday evening. Had no wait time and found the service to be fast and…read morefriendly The appetizers jumped out to me as more interested than the main dishes, though some of the mains did sound good. In particular the deviled eggs and Brussels sprouts caught my eye, unfortunately the latter was sold out so I went with the sweet potato Both dishes I had were really good! The candied bacon paired really nicely with the creamy deviled egg, the hot sauce vinaigrette didn't add too much flavor, but honestly adding a significant amount of heat would've probably taken away from an already very tasty dish. The baked sweet potato on the other hand had a nice dose of heat from the Calabrian honey vinaigrette, the sweet heat combo worked really, I'm surprised I'd never come across a spicy sweet potato dish before, but I'll definitely have my eye out for it in the future Overall I had a very good experience and will definitely be back for future rest stop meals between Austin and Dallas!

The weather was perfect for dining on the patio. The cornbread was warm and perfect with butter. The friendly waitress kept my coffee cup refilled. Check out the luxurious green, white and gold bathroom while you're here! 100 stars for a relaxed, bougie experience.

Both were very good! Got the tonkatsu black ramen from Domo 1 it was heavy garlic but I personally liked that. Egg was a little harder than some other ramen eggs, but overall a good amount of food for the price. At CurryUp got the pad Thai with chicken - very good flavor. Not a huge serving size but plenty enough for 1 person. Overall the food hall is great - lots of options, students eating dinner so you can see what the like. Minor downside is parking - the lot was full when we came on a not-too-busy Sunday night, but we got street parking easily. Overall a great stop in Waco!
