The portion was ok-a lot of rice a couple bits of protein with a squirt of the sriracha ranch which was 'totally mild' as advertised. If you think about the Magnolia siloes as an amusement park then I understand this place, you're paying a slight premium for something that's just ok because you're in an area designed to part you from your money while you're caught up in the atmopshere.

We chatted while she took my order and then I was told to come back in 10-12 minutes. This is longer than I've waited at Press Waffles (Plano location, which we also have in Waco), but I think you may get more waffle. I also love supporting local so this wasn't a big deal for me.
