I was disappointed they did not have pulled pork so I got the turkey and the turkey was good, but still nothing in my opinion to rave about. The way you order is pretty unique, as you go through a line to get your sides and then go straight to the meat counter where you can ask for custom amounts of whatever meat they have. I went with Pork Ribs and a Brisket sandwich to get a variety and had the green beans with coleslaw for sides. I'll start with the sides. They really paid great attention to the sides. The green beans were some of the best I've had. They were cooked perfectly with onions and what seemed like a hint of vinegar was soo good. The coleslaw was not far behind. It had a blend of sweet and acid that was good on its own but went even better on the brisket sandwich. Now for the Q. The brisket was amazing and they slice it to how you want it, chopped/sliced/lean or a little fat. It was so moist with the perfect amount of smoke. As good as the brisket was the ribs were the star. They were fall off the bone tender, great smoke and seasoning. BBQ sauce is available to your taste, it is good enuf to skip the sauce. Excellent BBQ.
