It's a Cici's Pizza, you know what you're getting. I come here once in a while for the kids, taking one for the team. Just can't believe it's now $9.99 for the adult price. The food is that there's always plenty to choose from. You can always special order anything. Plenty of seating. The salad bar could be an easy improvement fix if they really wanted to. Anyways, for the ones wanting to no carb, no/low sugar, just go to the end of the line, grab a pen and the paper and circle everything you want, but write No Crust on the crust part, or bowl under the special instructions at the bottom. read more

Service is always nice, and none of the workers have never been crappy towards me. The pizza always tastes pretty fresh, though you can definitely tell when some stuff has been sitting out for too long. The only problem is the salad bar. I'm assuming the majority of people that do the buffet don't go for it at all-- or at least, few enough that many of the available toppings go untouched. Either one of these ingredients was not replaced in a timely manner or was put out past its expiration date, because I was suddenly puking in the bathroom about 5 minutes after having a small salad bowl while not even being halfway full. I had a pretty strong stomach for these things, so I was pretty surprised by the violent reaction. Love the spinach pizza though. read more

We had pretty much the entire travel baseball team head into Cici's Pizza in Rockwall. The wait to get in was short, the pizza, salad bar and drink stations were all stocked and we went to town on the buffet. There was one lady constantly cleaning and wiping tables down, etc. although it was busy, the team was on top of things. I did take 1 star off because the mac and cheese was horrible. The sauce tasted like it was made from snails, I would highly recommend either changing the recipe or doing away with that on the menu altogether. Also the bathroom was a bit dirty, but it wasn't awful. Overall, an excellent experience, if you are in the area give them a try! read more

Affordable and friendly staff . Have been visiting the Rockwall location for the last 2 years and has been a good experience each time. Have been during peak and off-peak times; pizza bar is constantly replenished which is great! Special requests are pretty quick. It's Cicis - I do feel like it's a good deal for the price ; obviously not the best pizzas but for the price can't beat it. By far the best CC's restaurant I've ever been to in the United States, and I am a truck driver so I have been everywhere. The manager, Jonathan, is on top of everything. The pizza is consistently fresh, the tables and floors are cleaned regularly, the bathrooms are sparkling clean, anything you want is on the buffet with a fresh pizza right behind it ready to go. I don't put many expectations on any Cici's. They're geared for kids. But come on! This place isn't even trying! The place is a pigsty. Every booth and most tables were dirty, there was pasta and god knows what else on the floor. It looked like the aftermath of a food fight. Instead of helping clean the manager was walking around with his energy drink and talking to the front desk clerk. One busboy that was in snail mode. Steer clear of the salad bar. Looks like people just grabbed handfuls of lettuce and threw it on the counter. The pizza, surprisingly, was the best part of the whole thing. And we're talking cici's pizza! A good variety and tasty for the most part. If the health inspector dropped by he'd probably close the doors. I don't know how the manager, who was standing around looking at the whole place, couldn't see the problem. He looked like some greasy guy hanging around a bar looking for chicks to hit on. We were there for thirty minutes at least and it didn't look any better when we left than it did when we walked in. And we came in around 1:45pm. Well after the lunch rush. Cicis Rockwall hit the spot for us tonight. We came in fairly late, which we hate doing, but our daughter has cheer in the evening and sometimes we don't have a choice but to go into restaurants late! Even at 9:15 the salad bar was fresh. My daughter went to grab a cheese pizza and one of the employees stopped her and told her to he was about to make fresh pizza and just to wait a few minutes. She was SO excited! Everything was made fresh for the late night stragglers even though I'm sure everyone was ready to clock out. The manager was so welcoming. Thank you for serving us tonight and making us feel at home. Sounds cheesy but this was a super memorable experience for us. that kind of service is just hard to find these days. im not sure if any other cicis out there can top it! read more

I love coming to this cicis, every experience is a good one. Food is great and the staff is usually welcoming. The only issues I have with this cicis location is the lack of effort put in to clean it up a bit. Sometimes it's way dirtier than usual. This place was very disrespectful we got the 12.99 deal with 2 cheese pizza and got charged extra for cheese and when we asked the MANAGER Jose to explain to us why we couldn't get a topping when that's what it comes with all he said was "that's just how it is" over and over again. Last night I called this location to place an order to pick up. My mom cannot have tomatoes and up until recently, it had never been a problem to replace the tomato based sauce with the alfredo. However, I was informed by the employee helping me that having alfredo sauce as a substitution is an extra $2. For sauce. For my mother's dietary restriction from acid reflux. $2 to pick up a different spoon makes the regular 2-topping pizza a "specialty" pizza. This is just a completely ridiculous attempt to nickel-and-dime people and no other pizza chain (i.e. Pizza Hut or Dominoes) charges extra for this. I cancled the order and will not go to any Cici's location while this rule is still in place since all it does is punish people for dietary issues. I could see the issue if we were asking for a completely new menu item, but this is a cheap pizza chain that has the sauce readily available. Please be real here. This isn't any different than charging extra to use mushrooms instead of pepperoni for vegetarians or to not add cheese for people who have issues with lactose. I would give 0 stars but that isn't possible and also the associate and manager I spoke with were polite and apologetic about this total pain in the rump issue curtsey of corporate. Speaking of which, the number to complain to corporate about the issues in these reviews is 972-745-4200. I grew up around the area and I've been here multiple times and it's always had splotchy service. I went the other day to pick up 2 pizzas and an Alfredo and when I got home the Alfredo wasn't with my order. I had declined my receipt because I didn't think I would need it. When I called the store back to try and get my Alfredo (that I paid for!) they wouldn't let me. The girl at the front who picked up the phone handed me over to the manager and the manager was even less helpful then the previous girl. Without my receipt they said they couldn't give me my Alfredo pasta dish even though I LITERALLY was at the CiCi's 10 minutes prior to that and they knew what order I was talking about. Apparently they let you get you're own pasta when you pick up ToGo orders, but no one filled me in on that information and they let me leave knowing I didn't have it and that I paid for it. I'm angry not because of the money necessarily but because this is not how you handle your customers. It wasn't even a busy time of day. Regardless I'm never going back to this location and neither is anyone I know. read more
