All the guest had a great time. Fun spot. The only complaint is the heat. It gets really warm. I saw a few fan in the ceiling but that's about it. The kids were running around having fun but with the poor air circulation, they were overheating. Most of them were sweating with super red cheeks. Hoping the owner will fix the air/ or increase AC. Otherwise hot days is not a good time to visit. Overall a very fun spot for kids. Without the AC or improved air circulation, only 3 stars.

This community center has an indoor water park, fitness center, and aquatic program offerings for people of all ages. Our visit primarily surrounded the 32,000 sq ft water center. This water center consists of a lap pool, a kiddy activity pool, a 15 person jacuzzi, and a lazy river. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi and lazy river was closed during out visit this past weekend. Fees are required for each person entering the pool area- regardless of whether they decide to swim or not. Bathing suits are required to enter the pool with the exception of a t-shirt worn over a swimsuit. No outside food or drinks, aside from bottled water, is allowed. With that said, food|snack offerings through Ollie's Poolside Cafe. The menu consists of hot dogs, chicken nuggets, tater tots, fries, nachos, and soft serve. Seating is first come first serve but there is plenty to go around. My sister was kind enough to plan for a group cabana space for an additional fee which is highly recommended on busier days where seating could be scarce. Highlights of choosing Silliman: *The facility is super clean *Showers and changing rooms are spacious *Parking is free *Admission is affordable *Water is heated *Events & Parties Reservations accepted 5/5 stars. This was fun for our entire family!! So much fun that I may look into celebrating an event of my own here.

After that, there's also a park right behind it so if your kiddos aren't tired already, they can burn off some energy there. There's a little bit of everything, from hands-on science exhibits to animals, climbing structures, and the dinosaur garden. What I appreciated most was how interactive everything was. The exhibits encourage kids to touch, build, experiment, and play rather than just look at things. The zoo itself is small, but that's actually part of the appeal when you're visiting with young children. We saw flamingos, meerkats, rabbits, and other animals without having to spend an entire day walking around a massive zoo. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was incredibly crowded. It felt like every exhibit had a cluster of kids around it, and it was sometimes hard for my son to get a turn or really engage with certain activities. I understand it's a popular destination, but the crowds definitely took away from the experience a bit. That said, it's easy to see why so many families love this place. It's clean, well-maintained, educational, and genuinely fun for young kids.

It's really only just for kids and not really for adults", so I've never had the opportunity to go until recently and I'm glad to say that it's NOT just for kids, but it's definitely a GREAT place for kids to come and learn about the local natural history. The workers there are extremely kind and welcoming. Super helpful and I loved my entire time there. You can tell that this museum has been a staple to the community and that it's well loved by all those who visit. There's a scavenger hunt for little kids and big kids with a prize at the end (we got the big kids one, lol), an arts and crafts room, an electricity show (sad that we missed it!), lots of interactive exhibits that aren't too overwhelming (not a fan of touch screens and tablets everywhere, so a lot of the analog and hands on stuff was really, really nice), and a gift shop. There's also meetings rooms and such, probably for the field trips that visit. First off, the gift shop. I LOVED IT SO MUCH! The fact that there are actual items that are under $1 and that a child can purchase with pocket change is amazing. It's not junk either since you can get various shells, minerals, stones, and toys/items that are tangentially related to what you see going through the museum. Definitely got a bunch of souvenirs here and I really wish that I went during the school year cuz there's lots of small trinkets and knick knacks that would have been great for my middle school class! For all those crystal/gem people, it is definitely and INFINITELY much cheaper to get the crystals here than at any new age healing shop, just a side note haha. They also had a section with some lab items that are sold at a cost that is MUCH, MUCH cheaper than what I've seen on some STEM teacher supplies catalogs. There were even some free Periodic Table mats as well. Amazing! But now onto a review of the actual museum! The exhibits are on the second floor along with the arts and crafts room. If more time permitted I can easily spend hours here as there is a lot to look at, read, and engage in. As mentioned above I really like that this museum isn't like so many of it's more modern counterparts. It was nice to focus on what was in front of me and actually pick it up and interact with it (the ones that you are allowed to touch of course), especially in a matching and sorting sense (great way to get that pattern recognition thinking and learning for kids and adults likewise) without being overwhelmed by touch screen voices/recordings, etc going off at once. There's also something very nostalgic, familiar, and heartwarming about how aged some of the décor and how obviously homemade some of the stations are. Once again showing the love and care that went into everything. Now, I have to say that I am IMMENSELY impressed from the standpoint of a STEM major and from someone whose gone a decent amount of museums by the VAST collection of fossils, specimens, and REAL pieces of history that they have here. ALSO, from the standpoint of someone whose worked with zoomers before, very, very impressed that so much of it is OUT IN THE OPEN for the public to view. I've been to the LA Natural History museum and this children's museum has things that that huge museum does not and that is mind blowing for sure. I have never seen a taxidermy river otter, koala, or bear cub before. They had so many marine fossils and specimens of crustaceans that I have never seen preserved in such a way either. The 2 things that amazed me the most were the pieces of local natural history such as the fossils of prehistoric mammals that were found in Fremont or nearby and what may potentially be two real human skulls on display (how they got there, I REALLY wished I asked but completely forgot). If there's an opportunity to, I would LOVE to go back and learn, interact, and explore some more (and go shopping in their gift shop again).

It's a very small museum in a very old office building. But it's a hidden gem. Probably best for kids at least 4-5 and up. The artifacts are fragile and kids need to be able to follow directions to not touch things that shouldn't be touched. But there are hands on activities as well. Highly recommend!

The kids especially enjoyed the variety of jumping areas, the small arcade, and the snack shop. Unfortunately, this year's experience was filled with several organizational issues. We were told we could enter at 9:00 AM, but when we arrived, the facility was still closed. Standing outside with 45 excited students waiting to get in and another bus on the way was not an ideal way to start the day. Prior to our visit, we submitted student names, birthdays, and waiver numbers in advance to help streamline the check-in process. However, none of that information appeared to be utilized, and check-in ended up being long and exhausting for both students and staff. There was only one employee handling the entire check-in process, which created significant delays. We had also prepaid for a package that included unlimited pizza, drinks, chicken, and fries. It quickly became apparent that the facility was not prepared for our group's arrival. Food service was slow, and overall operations felt disorganized throughout the visit. The students were disappointed that the photo booth was out of service and that the rock wall was not fully functioning. To their credit, they still made the most of the activities that were available and had a good time together. One of the most confusing parts of the experience occurred at the end of our visit. Our group had already paid in full prior to arriving, yet we were asked for a final payment before leaving. This created unnecessary confusion and did not inspire confidence in the organization's record-keeping. While the facility itself offers a fun experience for students, the management and organization continue to be a concern. Since this has been an annual trip for our school, I would expect the process to become smoother and more efficient each year. Instead, many of the same logistical issues seem to persist. The kids still had fun, but the experience for the adults coordinating the trip was far more stressful than it needed to be.

It's neat that they have bird houses on some of the trees too and we got to see some ground squirrels. I think the prehistoric themed playground is super nice too. I LOVE themed things so the little saber tooth structure from the distance was quite nice. Along the lake are some "work out equipment" like a pull up bar and parallel bars. Lots of bird turds, so be wary of where you walk, but other than that. A solid park.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled my son's first bday party here. It was terrible (and that is being too nice). I had to keep leaving the table to check where the token/play cards, drinks, pizzas were and did not get to even enjoy the company of my friends who came. They were HORRIBLY understaffed & mismanaged! EPIC FAIL!My guests left 2 hours later without eating because they were hungry and their kids were getting fussy and tired too. Party was scheduled 5:30-7:30 but the food came at 8:30 when we (the birthday family) were finally walking out Also I had ordered ice cream that never came & a 8" round pizza for my son to dig into (as 1 yr olds do). The most anticipated part of the party...they ruined...brought me a frozen cake straight out of the freezer. Seriously? I wasn't even able to get the candle into it. Yet he was supposed to eat/smash that?!I was furious that they ruined his special day and our pictures and memories. The manager with fake eyelashes said HE would come to talk to me but HE never did. The party hostess Ja'la was trying to serve 2 different parties AND make all the food herself. I almost felt sorry for her. CEC wants to take your money but they don't want to staff enough people to serve you. Every single party that night was complaining. There was another lady who was not with any party complaining about the restrooms that were overfilling with dirty diapers. She said she complained 3 times already in the 30 min she was there but they still didn't service it. It makes me sick to think about what the kitchen looks like and how they handle food...especially since there is a salad bar. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here or at the very least do NOT book a party. Thank GOD Johns Incredible Pizza is going to open soon so our kids have a better place to have fun. read more

Bittersweet Birthday Party Experience! We celebrated our 4-year-old's birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was a mixed bag. Booking online was easy, but be sure to accurately estimate guest numbers, as downgrading is simpler than upgrading. The party package included 2 slices of pizza per child, but only one large pizza for adults. I upgraded to 3 toppings and ordered additional XL vegetarian pizzas, which I confirmed multiple times. However, the host wasn't proactive, and I had to request everything, including refills and resolving issues like dirt in the water. There were also mistakes with the pizza orders, but the host and manager made efforts to rectify the situation, offering to remove charges for one XL pizza and discounting another. Despite some hiccups, the birthday dance and usual Chuck E. Cheese festivities were enjoyable. The ambiance was classic Chuck E. Cheese - lively and fun for little kids! We were accommodated with two rows of seating, which was helpful since we had a large number of adults attending alongside the kids. Tip: For the best experience, book the last slot on Saturdays (5:30-7:30 PM). We ended up staying for additional 2 hours, enjoying quality time with friends and family. Keep in mind that you're supposed to vacate the birthday table after two hours, but we were able to linger and make the most of our celebration. I recently booked a birthday party for my child at this Chuck E. Cheese location, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped. While playing skee ball with my kid, a visibly intoxicated woman, reeking of alcohol, wandered over to the games area and started playing basketball next to us. She was unsteady and repeatedly fell, even landing on my child a couple of times. We decided to move to another area, but the woman then brought over another man--also clearly intoxicated--who quickly escalated into a verbal confrontation, hurling abusive language and even threatening violence. Feeling unsafe and shocked by the behavior, I immediately approached the manager, expecting support, especially given that we had a booked party there. Unfortunately, the response from the staff was dismissive. The manager refused to address the situation, even saying she'd only review video footage if she "wanted to." We spoke with several other staff members, hoping someone would step up, but it became clear that they knew these individuals, as one employee later admitted they had let them in as personal friends. It was disheartening to feel disregarded and unsafe in a place meant for families. Our experience felt discriminatory in nature, adding an uncomfortable layer to the lack of accountability we encountered. Given this experience, I would strongly recommend considering alternative venues that prioritize safety and customer service for family events. read more

all i can say is ew. the bathrooms make me want to throw up! it smells like piss. there are tissues, toilet paper, even dirty diapers scattered all over the floor! the stalls are too small for any adult unless you go into the handicapped one. there is never any paper towels to wipe hands dry with unless you take it from the over flowing trash. the workers look like they're in hell! they all have an attitude when asked for help. the machines are always out of tokens or tickets. the classic game, skee ball is constantly broken. it takes over ten minutes for any assistance. even the managers have an attitude when asked! it is waaayy too hot in there too! i mean come on! splurge a little on the ac! the food is so incredibly over priced. and it's not even that great. it's ok when it comes out. just dont let it sit for more than 10 minutes. it'll get cold and taste like plastic. it's just an overall no for me. i suggest nobody goes there. in fact, i suggest that place closes down, now. its not even in a prime location. i dont know why its there read more

This place is better than the chuckecheeses in hayward just because this place is 1 1/2 times bigger than the one in hayward, and they had an employee who helped us with some lost tokens. other than that, the pizza is horrible, worse than frozen pizza. the place is too dirty, too much dust, gum, and sticky stuff on the games. This place actually wouldn't be that bad if it spent a couple hours every morning cleaning and provide us with much better food. Every time I come here, I just give the food a chance, but it disappoints every time. A month ago, I discovered a place called bounce rama at great mall. I go there almost every week now even though it's a 25 min drive for me... it is worth it. try it out and judge for yourself... much cleaner, and it has way better food, an clean arcade and inflatable park for kids to play on. read more

We had a fantastic time at Chuck E. Cheese! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The location is clean and well-maintained, with a great selection of games to keep kids entertained. My sons especially love the jump area and the basketball game--it's always their go-to! One of the best parts is that during slower times, Chuck E. himself walks around to meet and greet guests, which adds a special touch to the experience. The food is surprisingly good, and the salad bar is always fresh, which is a big plus. Overall, this is a great place for family fun, and we'll definitely be back! read more

Good place for kids! No entrance fees and kids feel safe. I like how the bigger kids arcades are separated from the younger/toddlers arcade. Even when there are private parties place is not crowded. Would be better if there are more arcades for toddlers. Also in the couple of times i went there, at least 2 or 3 of arcades were always out of order. Location is good and parking is plenty. Food/pizza was ok. Too expensive for the portion i think. Pizza quality is comparable to Little Caesars but price of Round Table. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Chuck E. Cheese. I ordered a pizza for my son and waited over 45 minutes. When I checked with the store manager, Jazmin, she informed me that there was only one person in the kitchen, who was new and lacked sufficient support. She offered a refund, which I accepted, but the overall experience was extremely frustrating. Poor customer service, high prices, and no response from the general manager make it difficult to recommend this location to others. read more

When my son was small, I used to love taking him to this place. He wouldn't want to come back . But somehow I don't enjoy taking my daughter taking their though she loves it very much. Dear Chuck E Cheeses Management Team, Your new nasty "rat" made my kid cry. Why would you change Chuck's look? he use to be so lovable and fun, now he looks like nasty vermin and dresses like a dealer. This one is definitely cleaner and better staffed than the other location in Hayward. The games are not all broken.

However, the party felt really rushed. They schedule parties back to back, and each section is only available for a limited amount of time. There was someone who came in to lead activities with the kids here and there, which was nice, but everything moved very quickly. For the cost, it personally wasn't worth it to me. In the glow-in-the-dark room, the balloons never dropped, which felt like a waste because the kids were excited and waiting for it. One of the air hockey machines kept cutting off, and another one wasn't working at all. Parking is also horrible, which added extra stress before the party even started. Overall, it's a decent concept and the kids still had fun, but between the rushed schedule, the issues with activities, the parking, and the price, it wasn't the best experience.

I rather drive an extra 10 minutes to visit the other safer and cleaner locations. There is a foot smell inside the play structure.

She seemed openly apologetic for the girls' behavior, but I wish I could have received a better response for my inconvenience and delay of food. Her response was that because it was one of the owners' nieces, they couldn't do anything about this behavior or delay or food. No compensation for cold food and uneven portion.
